Did an OPK and definitely negative, at least I know now! Cba with DTD tonight, got a sore throat and feel a bit urgh 🙁 hoping it's just a cold though xx

@Mumofboys17 phew! I'm not sure i could cope with you getting another positive OPK after all the hassle getting there this month 😂 we haven't DTD in over a week... we always seem to have a sex break in TWW. Not even intentionally because my OH has no idea what a TWW is or when it is

Oooh a few glasses of red would be good... My partner runs a mobile bar and obviously it's not so busy right now, so might have to raid the stock room. Not like we'll be selling it anytime soon 😂 I am also raring to go, based on last few cycles my fertile "week" could be starting any day between now and next Friday, and it is just like my luck to get preggerz during a pandemic/zombie apocalypse. At least I won't have to deal with morning sickness on a train 😎 GET ON IT

@LV1987 yeah do you know what I was embarrassed yesterday and today I'm just fuming. We do swear, quite frequently, and 99% of the time it's in normal conversation. Out of nowhere she said if you eff and Jeff at me I'll have you son 😂😂😂😂 err wtf. Whenever we speak to them we are so pleasant! Invite them round for bbq's new year etc.

I still can't look at her in the eye ever again.... I think we've argued twice since being here and did cry both times 😂

Made us sound like right chavs. I was actually brought up quite well and my parents don't tolerate swearing at all 😂 my OH is foreign though and South American's are passionate people so maybe that's where I get it from haha

@Beau20 I swear constantly 😂😂😂 my other half hates it I'm like up yours. My mums cockney though, 🤷‍♀️ we shout and swear plus my dad's Italian haha hot blooded.

I'm definitely a swearer, I've been complained about by other people in the office for it previously, which really hurt my feelings as I mean no offence by it I'm just very passionate! I try not to swear in front of the children though, so do say "sausages!" a lot more these days 🙄

Neighbours are straaaaange! We've got a weird set on the left who were building their extension into the early hours of the morning about 18 months ago, then accused me of making it up when I asked them to do it during sensible hours. They now do not talk to us and all I can hear while working from home is him on his bloody electric sander, god knows what needs that much sanding! The other side are grandparents and really nice, just dropped them some eggs round as they couldn't find any, and we chat to them over the fence all the time. People are funny 😂

@Missgoldilocks oh I'm so sick of baby sex really am. So much so we have a TWW break. It's not even enjoyable anymore. I'll I think about is when it will be over and how I can preserve the sperm for as long as I can. It's mad. This is why I'm not 'trying' after this cycle. It's sooo depressing

@LV1987 I'm interested in knowing what needed sanding so much myself... the old neighbours are great. The one not attached to us next door is lovely, I love her.

@Beau20 I'm desperately thinking of ways to do it without trying but I know myself and I will keep track of things even if I tried not to and like I said prior it's just not easy for us to do it 😤🤦‍♀️my OH is saying we should take a break but that would make me sad! I don't want to completely break... I think I might just make it so we only dtd around fertile week instead!! We all need to get pregnant ASAP it's such a strain and a common problem

There are loads of threads going on here about people going mad saying anyone would be mad to try for a baby during coronavirus...

Am I the only person that thinks this whole thing is a major over reaction???? Yes I am self isolation (for no reason other than I've been told to do so) and of course I am conceded for the elderly and those who have health issues. But really, we're putting the economy on hold for effectively a bad strain of flu?

@Beau20 if you waited to try for a baby after the virus is all over we would all be waiting another 6 months or longer! I think we have all waited long enough and I for one would struggle to take a six month break. I'm happy to fall pregnant and stay inside for months if that's what it takes to have a baby x

@Danni2019 yep 100% agree!! Although next month I'm deffo not doing the whole tracking trying etc. I'm really really down with it and what will be, will be!

@Beau20 from what you have said it sounds like you need to take a break as you said sex with your other half was becoming more like a chore rather than just enjoying it and having fun together. Try to just get back to having fun and not worrying about the outcome but it's hard to switch off from it as you will still know when your ovulation would be near. My partner doesn't really know when we are trying and when we are not although he probably works it out as I'm more up for it in my fertile week than at any other times but we have fun at other times too and I try not make it too obvious. I'm feeling better now I have had my bloods taken and my thyroid count was low as after reading up about a lot of people have Conceived quickly after it getting sorted out and it may well have been the reason for my miscarriage so I have my hopes up again for continuing to keep trying x

@Beau20 yeah I do think it's an overreaction to endeavour not to conceive during this time, however I work in the NHS and I do have to say it's so much worse than I ever expected. Symptoms are very similar to flu however it's a disease that attacks your respiratory system, much more contagious than flu and A LOT more dangerous, this is why it's spread so quickly.
Honestly until about a week ago I really thought 'what's all the fuss about', but my sister and her household have now contracted it and I can't see my mum because she's severely asthmatic and on lock down for 12 weeks 😭
It's so shit, all our plans this year have been totally ruined. I reckon a pregnancy would be that little ray of positivity in our lives right now!! Xxx

@Danni2019 you're absolutely right! My OH doesn't know when FW is or anything like that as he's always said from the start he doesn't want to 'try' he just wants it to happen. Probs a good thing really because I think he'd be more peed off than me at times sex. I find non-FW sex sooooo much more fun but then when it's not FW or at lest coming up to it I'm like thinking about timing it and avoiding certain days and thinking about saving up good sperm reserves - it's mad!!!

@Mumofboys17 I'm actually quite glad you said that! Sometimes you NEED people on the front line so to speak to say it how it is - not all the crappy fake news and shite like that. Good or bad I like to hear how it is from the people actually dealing with it. I totally agree we seriously need to keep each other safe as well as put as little stress on the NHS as we can. But at the same time I'm a strong believer that we need to keep the economy going as much as we can. We are all in a tricky situation right now... a lot of uncertainty x

@Mumofboys17 good shout!! 😂 I don't want to hear about corona! I'm 8DPO today CD26. My longest cycle in the last 7 months has been 28 days so expecting AF any time. My temps are still rising (since this morning) and I've gone from 63 bpm RHR to 65 today. My base when AF comes for those 2 weeks is 60bpm so my progesterone must still be rising
