TTC after ectopic pregnancy

Hello I'm hoping to chat with other ladies ttc after ectopic pregnancy with tubal removal. I recently had an ectopic pregnancy and lost my left tube. I don't know anyone who has been through this so I've no one to talk to about this. I would love this tread to become a kind of support group where we can support each other on the scary journey of ttc.

Ring up 111 and tell them how much pain you are in ( lie if needed ).

@littleeggcup I’d go to A&E tbh. If nothing else they can give you strong painkillers to tide you over until Monday

They've eased off again!! What is my body doing to me :( Monday needs to hurry up I feel so anxious

If I were to go to a&e today would they be able to scan me?

Tried calling epu but they are shut until tomorrow.

Pains are across my stomach now. Really don't know what to do as my scan at EPU is tomorrow anyway.

Partner thinks I should go to a&e but if they can't do anything then I might as well wait until tomorrow??

Going to a&e now. My discharge is really yellow with spots of blood. Why is this happening to me again??

@littleeggcup Oh bless you 😔 how awful! When I went to A&E at 5 weeks exactly and was then subsequently admitted to gynae ward they didn’t scan me as they said it was too early. I imagine as your scan is tomorrow they will probably just leave it until then. Hopefully if nothing else they will give you some decent pain relief to see you through until tomorrow and do more bloods. I really hope everything is okay for you and bean, let us know how you get on xx

Yellow CM could be a sign of an infection which could explain the pain?

Just going home. Cervix is closed but a little bit of blood around it. Could be anything- miscarriage, or normal. Just got to wait now

@MrsB2019x thank you. Not feeling very hopeful but just need to get it over with now. I've had no bleeding since yesterday. Haven't passed clots or had bright red.

I did have a cervical ectropian (sp?) with my son 9 years ago- unsure if this is something that goes away?? As that could be the cause of the spotting it not.

Scan is at 1.50pm xxx

Still got yellow thick discharge- is this something that they can check on? The doctor said i had very minimal bleeding around my cervix last night - but closed cervix. So worried xx

Definitely worth mentioning it, if nothing else probably because you’ll regret it if you don’t!

I'm dreading this appointment I really am. Partner is taking me for brunch in a min to try help my nerves. Such a shame he can't come in for support. Hoping the bleed is from something less sinister xx

Just had scan- my womb is in a funny position but my sac and yolk was seen in uterus 😭😭 just waiting to see a nurse now for her to check my cervix to see what's going on with bleeding

Just left! So I definitely have a cervical erosion and that is why I am having spotting. I also have thrush so just going to get something for that.

My uterus is in a funny position but I remember they found it hard with my son to locate it etc, but I'm back I on 31st for another scan xxx

There’s a really good probiotic, safe to use in pregnancy, which helps with thrush. It is the Optibac for women, in the purple packaging. It’s a miracle worker.

Thank you! I just used a soft pessary as was told it's allowed- but to not use the applicator. So hopefully that'll clear up. I have ordered some of those tablets @NigellasMicrowave but they don't come until New Years!
