TTC after ectopic pregnancy

Hello I'm hoping to chat with other ladies ttc after ectopic pregnancy with tubal removal. I recently had an ectopic pregnancy and lost my left tube. I don't know anyone who has been through this so I've no one to talk to about this. I would love this tread to become a kind of support group where we can support each other on the scary journey of ttc.

So I called epu as I just want to let them know what has been going on since seeing them at lunch time yesterday.

Told them my pains have increased and my shoulder pain is bad this morning too. And the pink spotting which fingers crossed hasn't come back since.

They want me to come in so just going there now.

I just don't want the tube removed. I'd rather be able to have the injection so I at least know I have a tube left.

Could they not scan me vaginally to see if a cyst could be causing me the pain?

Good luck @littleeggcup! They probably won't be able to see baby yet, but at least you will be able to rule out other issues like cysts or see where the blood might have come from x

So nothing on scan- but I guess no news is good news? Just sat waiting for the doctor now. But I think I'll just be coming in tomorrow at lunchtime for my bloods x

I know I should keep doing tests but I can't help myself as it's the only bit of reassurance I can give myself at the moment.

This was yesterday's 14dpo and today's 15dpo.

Unsure as the control line is the same darkness as yesterday's.

@littleeggcup To me it looks like today’s test line looks darker than yesterday’s and the control line on today’s looks lighter 🤞

Girls I can't believe I'm writing this but had really bad pain and collapsed this morning. Pelvis was full of blood from a ruptured right ectopic. I'm out of theatre and I'm safe.
I can't believe this has happened again.
It will be the ivf road going forward but I want to focus on getting better.
I've never experienced pain like it. It was the worst pain I've ever had, worse than the last 2 ectopics.
I'll be laying low for a while but will be thinking of you all and will come back in a while

Oh my god @coffeewithmilk you poor thing, I just can’t believe this has happened again. It’s so weird you were saying you had a lot of twinges too! It’s worrying the blood work was showing things could be normal, you did everything you could to keep an eye on it.

I hope you feel better soon. Will they put you straight forward for ivf?

Good afternoon,

I have been in for my bloods. I was told my endometrial lining was only 8.1mm yesterday at 4wk 1 and that usually anything under 13mm indicates pregnancy in unknown location.

So my hopes are now at zero. I just have to wait for these bloods to come back this afternoon but already geared up for bad news xx
