@scrumdiddly123 I'm just waiting so I can date it if I get pregnant quickly plus my hubby has been reading up on the NHS website and that's what they say so he's being a bit off a stickler!! If I didn't need him I wouldn't wait either! Lol

Please let me know how you get on? It's crazy I have never really used this site but it's such a comfort that I can speak to people who have gone through the same thing. as in my normal life ! No one talks about these things .

I know what you mean @bb077 it is so reassuring to read so many people feeling exactly the same as I am! Although it would be better if none of us felt it...
I threw myself back into it @scrumdiddly123 and this is my first 2ww. Just dont put too much pressure on yourself, I definitely did. It was a distraction though and I feel lower now in my 2ww as I have nothing to obsess over! I think it gave me some hope.
Had some pregnancy announcements of people close to me this week which has upset me far more than I thought it would, feel like I am going backwards at the min. Ah well, nearly through the week

Also for those who have just had a loss - I highly recommend floradix. This replaces your iron, I started taking it this week and physically I feel so much better now. I was really tired and dizzy which has gone now. Also think it has improved my sleep, although that may be a coincidence

@Whiffle77 spatone liquid iron sachets (i know not very environmental friendly!) But they are excellent as well.

I've been taking them for ten years now and I have some to my pregnant friend when we were both expecting. When our iron levels were tested they said they were both the highest levels they had that day and were the same as a man's , pretty amazing stuff.

Maybe I should try floradix instead though because it is in a glass bottle isn't it? I hate the sachets now, they are so bad for the environment, I think they are trying to make them illegal

Oh wow, that's impressive! Is it ok to take long term then? I really feel a lot better with it.
Yes it came in a glass bottle, I got it from amazon as that's so easy but I imagine they sell it in chemists etc. Keep it in the fridge and have some before breakfast and dinner. Was worried what the taste would be like but it's like prune juice really, so is fine in a small amount.
They do tablets too but I was recommended the liquid as your body takes it in easier I think.

I’m officially in the 2WW now! I think 1DPO today (got my peak on Tuesday on CD13, after eating ALOT of pancakes haha. Not ideal 😆)

@Michette when I was trying for DC1 I was 32, it took about 7 months but it felt like forever and I was convinced it wouldn’t happen. I’d been on the pill for 12+ years and since coming off it my periods were very irregular and very short/ light so I had convinced myself I was going to have an early menopause and had missed my chance! But then I fell pregnant on a month I had completely written off It will happen for you I’m sure, try not to get disheartened.

I am currently CD17, I don’t use OPK but think I ovulated in the last couple of days so entering the 2ww 🤞

I think I'm 8 DPO...so AF probably sometime next week

I am 10dpo so AF due on Monday/Tuesday

Feeling pretty fine - no real symptoms apart from being an absolute bitch to my DH in the evenings 🙈 if I am not pregnant I have some apologising to do haha!!

@Michette I was being dense and replying to your comment on page 4 (didn’t see we were on to page 5 already) When not in tww madly symptom spotting i google away all the possible disease i could have that could affect my fertility And also worrying i am too old (31 soon) and will never have a baby not just giving you a random anecdote in case it wasn’t clear!

Hello everyone!
I had a MC in january.
Still on that cycle, I had positive OPKs wed,thurs and friday last week. With alot of EWCM. Neither of which I have ever had in the 20 months of trying!
FF keeps changing when it thinks I ovulated so I am either 5 or 7dpo.
My temps are all over the place so I'm not even 100% convinced i definitely ovulated.

I took an opk earlier and I am getting a second line on them again so I really don't know what's happening!

I am going to test around the 6th of March 🤞🏻

@Anny27 have you decided when to test?

I’m 9dpo today. FF telling me to test on Sunday at 12dpo but that would only be cd26 and I sometimes have longer cycles than that. Can’t decide what to do, was hoping to hold off until about 18dpo but tww is killing me already. I’m temping so might be obvious from that anyway.

@EssJayyCee hope you don't mind me asking as I had a MMC last day in January have you not had you first period yet?

@sparkl thata sensible - I would go with the day that AF would arrive on your longest cycle. 10dpo today and no symptoms really so not tempted to test. Will test on Sunday earliest (13dpo) but I'd like to wait till Tuesday! We will see

@EssJayyCee didnt see your message as must have been typing at same time.

You could have had a surge and then not ovulated. Sometimes your body gears up numerous times a month. Hopefully this is the right time!

@bb077 No I've not had my first period yet.
Although 14days before my positive opks I had two days of spotting so I wasn't sure if that was a mini extra light period.
I am on CD43 since first day of MC bleeding.

@Anny27 yea I know. That is probably what happened to be fair but I'm trying to be hopeful. My bbt is a bit hard to go by at the moment because I have been waking up a few times in the night the last 3/4 days.

I find this all so confusing ... I would be CD28 if I count from when I had the operation. Ovulation I haven't checked but feel like I could be now .... I dunno 😔 Would that be too late ? This will be my first time TTC as the pregnancy I lost was a surprise, now I want my 3rd more than ever ( children are 21 and 14) but wanted to wait a cycle first but I'm not sure when I'll get a period . I'm trying not to let it drive me mad ! And time isn't in my side 😔

@SunnySideUp2020 like the new name!😄 I’m also on new cycle..CD7 now. It’s proper cycle since MC so hopefully a bit more normal!

A little update! I took a cheapie today and I can see a v v v faint line- LINE eyes please, can anyone else see this? Feel like I’m going mad!
