Tracking your cycle and possible bfp with rhr on Fitbit.

I saw a thread about this back from 2019, a few people noticed their resting heart rate started to increase steadily after ovulation and they got there bfp. (Although people did report it rose then dropped before AF)

Just wondering if anyone on here has tracked and got a definite bfp?

I'm currently 10dpo and my heart rate has jumped from 60bpm to 67bpm since ovulation.

Not sure when my period is due as they are irregular.

@BabyDust13 I test daily and with different brands 😂 I have already done a basic digital and have some of the weeks ones coming today, ive found B and M cheap tests to be the best!

@EllieJai44 I ordered 2 more digital week ones my OH thinks I'm crazy but it makes me feel better 😂 I've told him I won't get anymore so these last 4 will have to do 😂

@BabyDust13 my DH is used to it lol I have 3 first response left, will have the two digitals and then a handful of cheap strip tests, so will stop after those.....maybe 😂😂 ill get an early scan hopefully so that will help

@EllieJai44 I just noticed my RHR went up again this morning 😬

@BabyDust13 mine has too! Well so far, I have Samsung and it does the average over the day but its already higher today than this time yesterday

@BabyDust13 @EllieJai44 just remember the hook effect might start kicking in at like week 6! Means your lines will start fading due to TOO much HCG but lots of women freak out and think it's cause they're losing their beans. Just to spare you some heart ache in case you continue to test for a while xx.

Second day of 59 for me, expecting AF to turn up tomorrow!

11dpo and rhr is on the rise, think this means af is imminent xx

Girls I don’t know. I have had a really rough week! I was having a couple of drinks last night so my dh insisted I test to make sure I wasn’t preg and I got a definite evap and bfn. I’ve marked here where I think I Ovulated. What do yous think? I was v disappointed after my false positive days ago and my mum has been really sick so I backed off here for a day or two.

I’ve inc yesterday’s tests and chart showing o. Any help is welcomed.

How is everyone keeping in here? Are yous still tracking rhr . Xxx

I’m 11/12 dpo today and af is due this weekend. I am too late surely for implantation, surely I’d have a bfp by now if I was preg xx

@Mrsi2020 I have seen a lot that some don't get bfp until AF is late, although I would try not to stress and just enjoy the next few days as much as possible and wait and see what happens with AF! 🤞🏼

I am still keeping track of RHR but only CD10 today, just about to start FW so not a lot going on with mine yet!

I always think the people that say they don’t get bfps until af is late are looking for I kid dark lines. 🤣 I highly doubt I’m preg. This TWW is actual torture! Why cd do you usually ovulate? At least tracking passes the time xx

@Mrsi2020 Oh I know it's horrible isn't it! My last TWW I went through phases of convincing myself I was/wasn't pregnant just based on what I had read! This time round hoping to just go with the flow and not think anything but doubt I'll stick to that 🤣

I would say looking at your chart there may still be a chance but if I was you I would just try and relax (easier said then done) and wait for AF sometimes a bfn on a stick is worse than AF arriving

Plus it sounds like you have a lot going on and this is just adding to the stress levels

Does anyone know why my heart rate would be 106 at 3 am when I’m sleeping? I’ve looked back at this and it’s never happened before? Has it happened any of yous? Could it have been a bad/vivid dream? Xx

I reckon it could have a bad dream I checked mine I haven't had anything line that

Hi can I ask whether you all think this is normal/hopeful? I've marked on where I ovulated. I can't believe my rhr has jumped up 14bpm seems crazy 😂

I've noticed I've not had any of the nice dips that people here have had after ov and implantation so I'm a bit worried about that.

@lavenderlove I don't think everyone has an implantation dip. I would say it looks good
