Tracking your cycle and possible bfp with rhr on Fitbit.

I saw a thread about this back from 2019, a few people noticed their resting heart rate started to increase steadily after ovulation and they got there bfp. (Although people did report it rose then dropped before AF)

Just wondering if anyone on here has tracked and got a definite bfp?

I'm currently 10dpo and my heart rate has jumped from 60bpm to 67bpm since ovulation.

Not sure when my period is due as they are irregular.

I've gone back up 1 bpm to 64bpm now... I've got a general upwards trend going now, but not significant enough just yet for me to think that it's going to be great news. I think it's normal to see an upward trend that tails off just before AF, so the next few days will hopefully be more telling 🤞

@Mrsi2020 if you're 7dpo maybe it's an implantation dip 🤞🏼

So today at 10dpo I got a positive test! Heart rate dipped a bit yesterday but I was very inactive and today is back up again! I will post current chart below

oops forgot to attach, I did have a slight bleed 3 days ago which I'm guessing to be implantation

This is really interesting! Would your rhr dip on the day of implantation and then spike again after?

@xoJellyBean mine seems to have done that? When I had the dip I also had a very small bleed, was only there when I wiped once! Threw me off completely as I thought AF was gonna show early!

@EllieJai44 I'm now obsessing over mine lol the dip on my chart was at 6-7dpo (6th-7th May) I'm now 10-11dpo. I ovulated around 1st of May

@EllieJai44 @BabyDust13 thank you both. I'm so scared to test lol maybe tomorrow 🙈 I don't have any symptoms! If I do get a BFP this month I'll be so shocked!! We took it easy this time to have a break lol

@xoJellyBean I didnt have any symptoms till today after I tested, its like my mind now knows I'm pregnant and is hitting me hard atm haha

@EllieJai44 I'm exactly the same only tested this morning and this afternoon I'm feeing so sick 🤢

@BabyDust13 its so odd! Do you have any other symptoms? The only other thing I have is like a heavy sensation in like uterus area, its not cramps, just more of a heaviness....

@EllieJai44 @BabyDust13 what DPO were you both when you got your BFP?

@xoJellyBean 10-11dpo for me I got my peak ovulation test 30th April but I could have ovulated same day which would make me 11dpo today, if not 10dpo

@EllieJai44 I'm the same no other symptoms really a few twinges but not really cramps

Thats a beautiful positive test! Makes me feel better someone else got theirs at 10dpo lol

@EllieJai44 I'm being cautiously optimistic I've had 2 chemicals before and AF is due on Friday but I've never had a line this strong so I'm feeling good about that

Have you been trying for a long time?

@BabyDust13 technically no, its a bit complicated, I had my daughter in Feb 2019, then since August 2019 I've experienced 2 early miscarriages and 1 missed miscarriage, last one was in Feb and then we took a small break and this was first month back trying, im also due AF Friday and thats what worries me lol

How about you?

@EllieJai44 we started trying in September but I didn't properly start tracking my cycle until after my first chemical in February

Sorry to hear about your losses it's such an emotional rollercoaster I'm just keeping all my fingers crossed that this time it works out 🥰

@BabyDust13 I'm keeping everything crossed it will work out for the both of us! Especially my legs 😂
