Morning! Feeling good today... 9dpo and managed to talk myself out of wasting an frer today 😅 I was so ready to do on it, but then checked Amazon delivery times on more and I've have to wait until Friday - the world and her mother must be buying extra tests this month 😂 trying my absolute hardest to hold out until Weds at the very earliest (due AF Friday/Saturday I think).

Hi ladies x had few minutes so thought I’ll drop you all a message x attached is my cheapie from yesterday, haven’t tested today and probably won’t until tomorrow PM or Tuesday as I haven’t got any FRER x I’m not feeling any different which makes me think that line was a fluke x boobs still sore, and starting to cramp today as well which may mean that af will arrive x nothing else to report really x

@ange211 so nice to hear from you!! Aww I am so happy but so sad for you at the same time. I'm glad you've decided to form something closure and you are happy with that choice. I'm a true believer in what will he will be 💕 well done you for making thar choice. WE WILL MISS YOU!

CD6 for me today so relatively boring 😂 doctors on Tuesday but in reality I'm just preparing myself for her to turn me away and say 'keep trying you've been pregnant before so it's all good'. Meh. I'm going to ask about getting my thyroid bloods done as it's been mentioned in the past I may have an overactive thyroid (although again never held me back in the past).

Sorry to jump on I've been keeping away from the threads recently as been quite stressed since TTC after mc in July. Please can you let me know your thoughts on this test? 12dpo and not taken with fmu

@katie1109 I really don't mean to be a Debbie downer so please don't take me like this but I can't see anything and I think it would be wrong of me to say I see something and get your hopes up. 🤗
If you're going to test early I really think you should use first response for a more definitive answer (I know you're waiting on them) but because these IC aren't sensitive I wouldn't expect them to pick up a line so early so you could be pregnant and it's not pickling it up xx

@waitingformyturn sorry, was you part of this group before? I don't remember you. Probably best if you make your own thread for this.

@Missgoldilocks as these are essentially anonymous threads on the internet where people can go for support I don't see why people can't pop on and off. I do it myself; sometimes I will stop interacting or become very involved in a chat, depending on my frame of mind. But they are open to anyone.

@calimommy never said they can't! I said might be best to make your own thread for that particular query and that I don't remember them which I don't 🤷‍♀️😁😘

Hey ladies x just a quick update from me x I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend x I have just checked my cervix, it’s still high but my CM has got brown tinge to it which means af is on her way although no cramps x I knew that IC was a fluke x Fully expecting af by the morning x

TTC is a highly emotional time for all involved and it can be quite hard to be happy for posters that you don't know who just pop up and post a very obviously positive test. We are however a very supportive bunch for people who want to join us on this crazy journey.

@ange211 I'm sad to hear your update, but pleased that you seem confident with your decision. You read lots of people who stop trying and then it happens so if you're one of those you better make sure you come back and tell us!

@Katie1109 it looks like some good signs, but chemicals are always a possibility so I think it would be great if you can hold off until Tuesday. I've got my fingers crossed for you :) x

@Beau20 are you hoping for a referral at your appointment, or just some tests? I think you've said before you have a short LP, have you ever had the 21 day progesterone tests done?

@calimommy I know where @Missgoldilocks is coming from. It's just that we've had this thread going since about July with the same people on all struggling TTC. We are all really welcoming it's just a bit 'meh' when someone jumps on a thread that's clearly labelled as a long going TTC thread asking for advice on a positive pregnancy test.

There are plenty of other threads going for analysing pregnancy tests. Anyone is of course more than welcome to join our TTC journey gang 💕

@Fredthespider I'm not sure what I'm hoping for really, just anything! I've not had any tests done so thar will be a start. I'm going to ask for thyroid and also ask for day 21's as well IF she's feeling generous! I'm asking for a lot considering I'm only on cycle 7 but my cycles are not like they used to be. Regular as hell but short luteal phase.

@Beau20 well I'm also sick to my eye teeth of seeing other people's BFP and nada for myself but if you haven't been on these threads/forums before then it takes a while to understand the norms of them.

@calimommy agreed! No hostility here either, just a gentle reminder/push in the right direction to others :)

I have decided to return to work full time in a few weeks after going part time after my son was born. This is in the hope that this will only be for a short time and I will be able to go on maternity leave in a year or even less would be good! What's the likelihood that my body will listen to my plan and decide that now my finances can cope with another child it will give me one! X

Hi ladies!

Sorry I've been awol. Preparing for our big move to Cornwall (from Bristol) later this month so it's been crazy. Also thought my cycle would be super long again this month but looks like I'm just about to ovulate.

Attached this morning's OPK and a photo comparing to yesterday late afternoon OPK. I've been testing for around a week and they've been getting progressively darker. OPK's not really worked so well in the past but changed to a different brand.

We DTD last night. So guessing tonight and maybe tomorrow eve are the best days for DTD? I can feel ovulation pains coming too so feeling more confident this month!
