6DPO here today - going by my 2nd LH peak. Back still weirdly aching/numb x boobs are starting to get tender, especially around my armpits x looking at my previous cycles boobs getting sore around CD22 is quite normal for me, so I won’t be reading anything into it x

@Katie1109 I'm CD28 11DPO today. If I go past tomorrow if will be my longest cycle in 6 months however I did have one 29 day cycle 3 years ago 😂 I'm still having the same pre-AF cramps although I normally start with acne about a week before AF and I've had nothing this or last cycle. Boobs are still agony and I actually feel like they may have hardened a tinny bit today. They definitely feel firmer. I'm really not holding pot much hope after a BFN the other day when I had a BPF at the same time last cycle xx

@Beau20 oooo that sounds positive!x when are you going to test?x I’ve got everything crossed for you x I’ve done opk just now to feed my POAS addiction and it’s not what I would expect it to be on 6DPO. Thoughts? My Femometer reads it as mid range of high - 42 and I’ve just checked some other opks I’ve done on CD22 before and they’re all low x

@Beau2020x I have everything crossed for you!!!! I really really hope this is good news for you :) you could be implanting right now and that's the reason for your bfn. But I totally get not wanting to get your hopes up too so fingers crossed 🤞 you'll get a bfp and af won't come! Xxx

@katie1109 I actually don't know where I am but I'm not ahead of you lol. I should be 1dpo, I always ovulate cd15 and I got my peak opk Saturday night but my temps are all over the place, I don't have a definite spike in temp but I also wasn't taking them properly I'd say and I was ill with a cold all week! So hoping I'm 1dpo! We dtd Wednesday and Friday through to last night so hopefully we've done enough.
Ohh why do you think you have a higher reading?? I don't know what that can mean on opks! Xx

@Ellsbells112 sorry don’t know why I thought you were ahead of me x I really don’t know why this opk is so dark at this stage. I’ve heard opks can pick up hcg but 6DPO is too early for that x unless I ovulated after my 1st peak which would make me 8DPO - but I think even for that it would be too early x Ovia is telling me to test in 6 days x but I’ll probably start using cheapies in couple of days lol x 😂

Hmm that's strange then? I mean I am a believer that it can pick it up earlier if you implant super early because it happen to me before x

Still here! 😂 AF is just finishing for me today, due to ovulate around 9th March according to glow so got a while to go just yet but going to try and relax a bit this cycle. Went a bit military headed last cycle 😂 will still use OPK's but try not to just go through the motions with DTD lol

@Mumofboys17 thank you x there are couple of things this cycle that make me think hmmm maybe x but I’m trying not to get my hopes up too much x I had couple of hot flashes, never experienced them before so it made few girls here chuckle lol 😂 Heartburn few times now and lower back is weirdly sore, sort of like numb and my boobs are starting to ache x Quite a bit of creamy cm but honestly don’t know what’s normal what’s not anymore! 😂 feel like a complete lunatic recently 😂

@katie1109 that is really strange about the OPK... I've never done one past CD17-18 or as soon as I get the negative after my peak. But I have read that it can mean you are pregnant eeek! I might do one tonight just out of curiosity! (as I have no pregnancy tests left other than my sacred BC digital).

@Mumofboys17 nice to hear from you! 9th March will fly by. I'm not going to use OPKs nothing next cycle. I;ve done it once before without I can do it again.

Hmmm really REALLY trying not to get my hopes up. I feel 'different' but at the same time I don't, I just didn't DTD enough. This boobs thing is really getting me though. However I have all other typical symptoms of AF arriving (the cramps). BUT, last time I was pregnant 3 years ago I had AF cramps for about a week around AF due and after, I was on holiday and kept running to the loo because I thought she was here and nada.

@Beau20 I have done them before at this stage but they were never that dark x although 6DPO it’s way too early to be picking anything up anyway x I’ve got everything crossed for you x I really hope you’ll get your BFP x I’m surprised you haven’t been testing yet!! I will be going mad by that point lol 😂

@katie1109 this is true but you never know!

No I don't dare since I got that BFN on Saturday PM. I'm not buying any more tests and if no AF by Thursday, I'm going to do the CB digital with OH. Maybe even wait for the weekend.

@Beau20 just remember that the digital tests require higher hcg level than normal tests, so it may not show anything until a bit later x fingers crossed for you hun x

@Katie1109 I know this is why I'm waiting until earliest Thursday which will be 14dpo 🙈🙈 if o even get that far x

Just experiencing horrible heartburn, worse than yesterday and I only had a porridge with banana this morning so nothing acidic to cause this!

I'm full on tempting fate this month. Just applied for a new job.. and although I do want it, it really wouldn't be ideal as I'd get zero maternity pay if I do get it and get pregnant next cycle 😬
This happened last time, applied and got my nursing placement then had to drop out because DS decided to make an appearance!

@Katie1109 meant to say I've had dark and positive OPK's before AF had arrived 😬 I don't want to be that person but it's happened to me a few times. I hope and pray that's definitely not the case for you though xxx

@Mumofboys17 ohhh tempting fate is the way to go! We need to buy another car and I'm looking at 3 doors (wouldn't even normally go for one of these WITHOUT a child) so yeah fuck it come at me pregnancy!

Honestly, it's hard but the best thing to do is carry on living your life as if you aren't even trying.

@Mumofboys17 yeah I had them dark before af but not that dark and not that early - usually around 12DPO x it’s all to early to be anything. I have just read that the reason why lots of women feel “symptoms” around 6-8 DPO is because that’s when progesterone peaks whether we’re pregnant or not x and that causes some changes x

@katie1109 I dunno if progesterone would be picked up on opks tho right? Don't they look for Lutenizing hormone only, those particular ones anyway?? But the symptoms for sure can be progesterone early on which is annoying. Every month I get some sort of Symptom and I'm like nooo it's not but realistically in the back of my head I'm like maybe 😂🤞 x

@Ellsbells112 Yeah just have the one! He'll be 3 this year 😱😭 it's kind of a playful name, we have 2 cats, and some other pets (potentially outing if I say too much hah) and they're all boys, plus with DH I'm forever a mum to a house full of boys!! Total sausage fest. I love being a boy mum but I'd like to have a girl to even out the odds a bit 😉😂
