@Ellsbells112 wooo okay keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow! 🤞🏼

Honestly if I don't keep myself busy I think I may keel over and die. Luckily my dog is getting lots of extra walks as fresh air does me the world of good 😂

Katie1109 · 22/02/2020 13:17

Hi girls x
4DPO here today and feeling ok. Some lower back aches and twinges and a occasional twinge in my pelvic are but nothing more than that x @Beau20 are you sure it’s af on the way and not implantation? How many DPO are you?x @Ellsbells112 fingers crossed you’ll catch it this month! x @Fredthespider I’m glad you won’t be having a surgery, I hope you’re as ok as you can be xx look after yourself x @Symptomspotter86 so sorry about your grandma x I lost all my grandparents now, so I know how difficult it is x enjoy your new home and lots of love your way x

Morganmom · 22/02/2020 15:17

Beau20 · 22/02/2020 15:36

@Katie1109 I'm 9dpo today. I caved and did a test but BFN 😫 I had a faint positive by now last time. The cramps definitely feel like AF.

@Morganmom congratulations!! I can definitely see that line! Xx

Katie1109 · 22/02/2020 19:37

@Beau20 9DPO is the most common day for implantation! So your cramps might have been just that x keep your chin up and don’t loose hope just yet x give it till 11-12 DPO and test then x I’ll probably start using my cheapies from 8DPO to satisfy my POAS addiction lol 😂 just had another hot flash and my back and right side of pelvis feel sore x I’m feeling quite hopeful and different so really hoping it will come to something this time 🤞🤞

Ellsbells112 · 22/02/2020 20:05

@katie1109 fingers crossed!!!! ❤️ ❤️ 💕

@Beau2020x yessss it could be implantation!! Let me know how it goes xx
I just got my static smiley woohoooooo so happy, like it was a bfp lol so definitely in with a chance! We will dtd again tonight even tho I'm super sore!! Has af stayed away for you??

@Morganmom
Congrats!! Best of luck that it sticks xx

Ellsbells112 · 22/02/2020 20:06

@Beau2020x also if you're getting cramps now and it's implantation you won't get a positive for like at least 3 days. The walks sound good and distracting :)

Beau20 · 22/02/2020 21:30

@Ellsbells112 woooooo for the static smiley!! How amazing is that little face though?!

@Katie1109 no AF for me yet, although only CD26. Longest cycle I've had is 28 days, last month was 26. Glow is saying I'm gonna have a 31 day cycle based on 14 day LP noooo chance 😂😂

Beau20 · 22/02/2020 21:31

@Katie1109 what are we like with our POAS addictions 😂😂 I used my last FRER and I only have a CB digital now and I ain't using that until at least 14dpo. So no more testing for me until then as I ain't buying anymore bloody tests!

Fredthespider · 22/02/2020 23:16

@Ange211 it's a definite no chance of baby. Officially still pregnant as haven't properly started to miscarry yet, but there is no baby unfortunately. My HcG levels are reducing, albeit slowly. At this rate it'll take another 2 weeks to get to 'not pregnant' levels. The hospital want me to go back for repeat bloods until I get to below 10.

Ange211 · 23/02/2020 09:36

@Fredthespider I'm so so sorry. My heart breaks for you. It really is the most shit thing to go through. I hope you have a good support structure from your GP/ employer/ family etc. take care of yourself & feel free to get in touch if you need a virtual shoulder to cry on XXX

Beau20 · 23/02/2020 10:17

@Fredthespider oh sweetie my heart breaks for you, it really does. I'm so sorry to hear this. I look forward to welcoming you back when you are ready but for now, some well deserved TLC for you both 😘💕

Mumofboys17 · 23/02/2020 10:56

@Fredthespider wish there was something I could say. How awful to be going through all that. Hope you're being well supported and being kind to yourself xxx

Ladies I was just scrolling through Instagram and I came across an interview Anne Hathaway did about struggling to get pregnant, omg it really hit home for me! So refreshing to hear someone else physically say how bloody hard it is for some of us. Deffo recommend a watch x

Ellsbells112 · 23/02/2020 10:58

@Fredthespider I'm so sorry 🙏❤️🤗

LV1987 · 23/02/2020 11:35

Hi Ladies... I've been lurking for a while, and have a little question I hope you can give me a bit of a steer on. I might hang around after that if you'll have me, as you seem like a nice bunch!

This is my 2nd cycle off microgynon. The first was a 44 day torture, as I had no idea when or if I would ovulate. We missed it by about a week, as we'd run out of steam by then 😂

This month, I got EWCM on Friday evening, which was CD 28, so of course I used my womanly charms and we DTD that night. That was my only day of EWCM, I didn't notice any last month.

So, my question is, how close to ovulation do you tend to get EWCM? I know that this will vary from lady to lady, but I am not sure whether to just count Friday as O day for the purpose of working out when AF is due?

Thank you all in advance x

KrissyMB · 23/02/2020 12:21

I think I have just read a very very faint positive opk! Might be going crazy though :/

New thread for the crazy gang - part 3!
Beau20 · 23/02/2020 12:47

@LV1987 CD28 is very very late to ovulate. Although if your cycles are 44 days long then it's perfectly possible.

EWCM varies for everyone, some get it up to 5 days before ovulation some only on the day of ovulation. When you see it, you are fertile and it will stop the day after you ovulate. So if you only got it one day, then that could have been the day you ovulated. The best way to know is to use OPKs as you'll struggle to be sure with such a long cycle. Your body is probably still adjusting so there's no guarantee you are ovulating yet x

Beau20 · 23/02/2020 12:48

@KrissyMB not positive yet lovely. It's only positive when the test line is darker then the control line

Beau20 · 23/02/2020 12:51

@KrissyMB these are my OPKs to give you an idea. I had a 2nd line for about 10 days before they started to get darker. Maybe download this app to help you tel when they are positive. Only when they read 'peak' are they positive x

LV1987 · 23/02/2020 15:36

Thank you Beau20, that's really helpful.
I know CD 28 is quite late but I'm hoping that it is just due to regulating after the pill (I've been on it for just over 10 years this stint) as opposed to not ovulating. I think I will give it a couple more cycles to hopefully level out before going down to route of OPKs. I'm thinking that if I count CD29 as 1DPO then I am probably being as accurate as possible without having used OPKs... Bring on the TWW 😂😅

Beau20 · 23/02/2020 15:43

@LV1987 it's perfectly normal for cycles to be all over the place after stopping any BC. Microgynon for me was okay, I went back to 28 day cycles right away. The implant however has totally messed with me! My cycles have been reaaallly short though rather than long. The whole TTC is an absolute nightmare! Nice to see you are taking it slow and seeing what happens before tracking anything :)

LV1987 · 23/02/2020 16:07

The first time I took a break from Microgynon, I went for 90 days between cycles twice, before settling into 32 days... 90 days!!! This time, I'm on Rigevedon so I'm kinda glad it's only 40 something each time 😂😂

MrsTtobe · 23/02/2020 17:04

@LV1987 I came off microgynon in Oct 19, first cycle was 28 days, then a 19, a 17, and finally a 29 before falling pregnant this cycle. So think it def takes a while to get your body back to 'normal.'
Are you ttc your first baby?

LV1987 · 23/02/2020 17:50

Hi @MrsTtobe my first, but my partner has two children from his first marriage x

KrissyMB · 23/02/2020 17:52

@Beau2020x great thank you for your help hopefully few more days. It's been hard as I came off the coil and I have no idea where my body is at at the minute. Hopefully once I've had this cycle I'll know where I'm at
