TTC after miscarriage - end of January 2020 testing

I don’t think I’ve got everyone so please tag anyone else who is still in TWW/planning on testing from now - end of the month.

This is for when we run out of space on the other thread! Then from here we can move to the Feb group set up by @terribleimagination or hopefully a pregnancy thread 😊

On CD28 currently and did a test this morning - BFN. AF due CD33-34 so hopefully was just too early 🙈.

I'm so confused, 12dpo, just got bfn on a frer.
Still no signs of AF coming anytime soon!
AF should have arrived Friday just gone but then this is my 1st since MC, so things clearly aren't back to normal.
I'm going to start using ovulation tests again just incase I ovulate again.

@kkr168 I would add a week on to your AF due date after miscarriage (or there abouts)
I had a false LH peak followed by a real peak about 5/6 days later.

@kkr168 it could still be too early... hang on in there! (That's where I'm at at the moment... but too scared to take any more tests) on CD34 and af due yesterday or today. Just hoping she doesn't show and then bfp is delayed!

Hopefully it is the case that I had a 2nd surge later on, I stopped testing after the 1st. Luckily we've pretty much bd every other day still. I'll keep testing with my IC tests & save the frer for later

Hi 👋🏼 @MilsCookie I’m doing ok, HCG up over 1000 I’d say today and the nausea has arrived 🤢 still terrified to get my hopes up though! Il have a scan next week so hopefully there will be a heartbeat

@kkr168 yes hopefully you had a second surge and you caught it! Test again in 3/4 days maybe? Hopefully there will be a BFP

@Cruiser1 such good news!!!! I was just reading To follow on the thread (having moved to Feb) and you were one of the only BFP so super happy to hear the levels are good and exciting for the scan next week!

I'm still sat here waiting for AF! She was due yesterday or today and no sign yet. Haven't tested since Sunday AM cos I'm too scared to see a bfn. Might test tomo am but my DP wants to wait until Friday!! 🤔

Thanks @Anny27, me too!! How are you doing today? All I have (and have had for a week or even more now) is a dull, heavy pressure type feeling in my uterus. It's there on and off throughout the day but more noticeable in the morning when I wake up. I'm scared that if it's not to do with being pregnant there's something wrong with me since I had the ERPC, cos it's not normal for me to have this feeling in a normal cycle!!

@MilsCookie I am on cd3 so period will be ending soon and then back to DTD haha!

Hopefully you have your bfp! And if not, hopefully the feeling is just you being hypersensitive to your body giving that its first cycle ttc

Morning all... HELP please!! 😩

I did a FRER this morning (CD35) as now my period is late and got the faintest of faint lines... you really had to hold it at a certain angle to see it and it hasn't picked up well in the photo but I'll attach it anyway to see if any of you can see anything.

My DP is not convinced and I think it's stressed him out cos he wanted to wait till Friday!! 🙈 oops.

I'm also worried it might just be left over HCG from the mmc so I'm off to the doctors right now!!

@MilsCookie i can see the faint line.
I don’t think it could be leftover from hcg though...
Maybe a late implantation? Or i (hope not) a chemical?

How many dpo are you?

I can kinda see a faint line @MilsCookie !! As you weren't tracking ovulation you might have just ovulated late and so you might be early for period still.

I'm not sure how many dpo I am cos I wasn't tracking. Around the time I thought I would've ovulated I had small bout of BV, which might have delayed it? (Don't know if that's a thing or not). I'm really hoping it's late ovulation/implantation and that's why it's so faint/low HCG.
I went to the doctor this morning and she assured me that it wouldn't be left over from mc as I'd had negative tests and a period since then. She also said she could see a very faint positive when I showed her the photo. She said to just wait and see and did warn me about chemicals 😔. But she also said that many women have low HCG levels at the beginning and still go on to have a normal pregnancy.

Basically I don't know anything more than I knew before the test! I may or may not be pregnant and I still have to do another test on Friday!! 😩🔫

My AF is due Friday, and I'm usually pretty regular even after MC.

I've had cramps this morning, and now have an upset stomach, which is often a symptom of AF for me. But it could just be a stomach bug. So, no answers here either. I've not had the stretching cramps, my heart rate isn't raised, and my boobs aren't sore any more, so I'm not hopeful. By the weekend, I should know one way or the other!

I checked back on my notes over the last week and I wrote on CD24 that I had twinges on the right side then CD25 twinges on the left! So hopefully one of those days I ovulated which means today I am only 10 or 11dpo which could explain why the line is so faint? 🤷🏼‍♀️ i will test again on Friday and just pray this isn't a chemical!!

@MilsCookie eeeeek! I've tracked my cycles for years now and I've had it happen a few times thay ovulation has been delayed because of illness so hopefully that's your case too! I can also see the line clearly. Horrible waiting though but I'm hoping so much that you get that darker line soon! xxx

@MilsCookie please keep us updated! I'm really anxious and sad that I can't just be happy but I'm trying to forget about it as much as possible and then if I get to 7 weeks, I'll book a scan.

I've been having period-type cramps for the last hour and just had some pink spotting on wiping so I think AF is on her way 😞 x
