Despite my TTC last month, it resulted in my AF arriving Christmas Day (deep joy!) it's round 2 this month! I'm due to ovulate on Monday (6th) so anyone else wanna join me, with the overthinking, being excessively paranoid, mystery pregnancy signs and taking PT's when you know you shouldn't be! 🤣🤣

Sorry I've not been online the last few days have been hectic!!
How was everyone's weekends? Lots of 'dancing'?!!😁
I'm 7/8dpo now, had around two hours of twinges/poking/pinching feelings last night quite low down in tummy ( defo not ovary pain ) and a couple of twinges this morning then nothing. Stopped completely. Have also had a few waves of nausea last two days ( maybe down to progesterone from ovulation ). Boobs continue to have painful twinges now and then. Really tired!!!!
Just want the next 7 days to fly past so I know one way or the other ....

@newmum2020 try not to get too caught up with what happened. It’s possible you’re ovulating. But also possible AF is on her way! It’s beyond your control so think positive thoughts and don’t stress yourself out. I’m still waiting for my periods to regulate after coming off the pill in October. It’s a torture.
I was hoping to get DTD today as we are on day 3 without. Trying to do it every 2nd day as I have no idea when I’m ovulating. However I came home to a husband fast asleep 😫 I don’t think he would be impressed if I woke him up!
Still cramping in abdomen today, slight stings. And I’m very bloated with wind (beautiful). Could be a sign of AF 😣
Going for fertility reflexology on next Monday. I had been in November to try boost regularity with AF.

Thanks ladies. I'm feeling slightly more rational today!! Only a slight pink bit of CM when I wiped this morning and nothing after shower. The colour was more pinky than my normal AF and just looked different so I'm trying to keep a positive head today!! I also have a twinge on my left side which I'm happily trying to believe is ovulation related!! I have had a huge spot on my chin for the last day or two and another of my famous articles I've read said that sometimes spots can coincide with the ovary your egg egg released from 🤨probs nonsense but I'll take any positive I can just now lol x

@FarmerWantsABaby I hear you. With breastfeeding I've no idea whether I'm even ovulating yet. Apparently most people get their periods back before now even if breastfeeding, and the later starters are likely to ovulate a few times without having an AF (no idea whether that'd result in pregnancy or not due to potentially thin uterine lining. It's all a bit 🤷

@newmum2020 sounds like you were ovulating if no more bleeding! 🙌🏻
Just in middle of DTD as well so fingers crossed you hit the nail on the head the month! 🤞
Just did my OPK test this morning and I FINALLY got my peak fertility (solid smiley face!)
So I don't have time for the morning quickie I'll be texting DH when I get to work and telling him to be prepared again! Haha! I'm really really hoping that because we DTD last night too I'll have myself covered this time!
I get really bad cramps when I ovulate and I felt like that last night and when I woke up this morning so I'm pleased I got my peak fertility result otherwise I would have been worried! 😅

Ok, I'm an idiot, did a test with FMU ( internet cheapie.... notoriously inaccurate...) and BFN but what did I expect at 8/9dpo.... felt really nauseous this morning but well aware that could just be from hormones relating to ovulation ( I only ovulate once every 12-14 ml the as PCOS) so maybe I'm a bit sensitive to them.... telling myself it was way to early to test and holding out some hope

@DustyDiva it is definitely WAY too early to test, there is definitely still hope. Sit on your hands for another few days! xx

My temp was up this morning so ov Def yesterday or day before I think. Really hope we caught it... But who knows. The waiting game begins!

@BecauseReasons sorry I have missed how old is your little one? I'm still bf too but only bedtime and not even that every night! My periods came back at 11 months even though at that point I was still feeding loads. Funny how the body works!

I am 10 dpo today and did the FRER I was keeping. Wasnt planning on doing it until saturday as that would be 6 days before my period. BFN. No idea why I'm surprised. Really need to stop testing. Never felt like this before!!!

@debbs77 Oh I have been there! I am resisting buying any tests until my period is due (or at least as long as possible!) because I have been there! hope you're ok xx

It is a horrid feeling isn't it! I've still got until next Friday before my period is even due.

All my previous pregnancies were first time every time (I realise how lucky I have been!). This feeling is all consuming!

Afternoon ladies! I text my DH and told him I require his services later and he hasn't even replied! Haha! 😂
As it's my OD then I feel my craziness is now only going to get worse.
However I am curious as I've ovulated later than normal. will my period be late? AF due to arrive 20 Jan, but I want to know what everyone else says as I don't want to get all excited if I'm late, but I'm not actually late! If you know what I mean 😝

@Ginge35 I'm also curious to know if AF will arrive later as I OV a day later than I expected to! I'm due on the 19th and the wait is already killing me!

@Ginge35 @HighlandMam1 from what I understand the luteal phase is pretty constant and so your period will (generally) always be X days after ovulation. So yes, late ovulation would delay period a day.

We all need to keep busy now! I'm due on 22 or 23 I think...

I've come home to a poorly hubby choked with cold so I'm feeding him lemsip and shoving olbas oil sticks up his nose as I feel tonight is my last fertile chance in this window.....if i am assuming the blood yest was ovulation related 🤞I better go gently lol.

My period isn't due until Jan 26th so it's going to be a long waiting game! Although I think I mis tracked one of my cycles on clue a few months back and it's thrown my cycle length off. So we started DTD early just to cover all eventualities. Think I will do OPK next month if there's no luck on cycle 1. Takes away the guess work then!

@EffRam she's 18 months old! Time flies. She does feed a lot through the night (and the day whenever I'm home) so that's probably delaying the return of periods. I've said to myself that if I'm not pregnant by June I'll just have to night wean her.

@newmum2020 that sounds like it's far more likely to have been ovulation-related than AF then.

My poor DH is knackered bless him! Managed to muscle up the energy bless him but I think he was running on empty 😬
Anyway count down officially begins from today! I can't get my DH to DTD again!
He's poorly too bless him so I think I need to leave him alone! Haha.

@BecauseReasons I hope so. I think last night I just panicked! I had a proper period at Xmas and it was 5 weeks after MC which is pretty much textbook according to my old pal google 😊so it SHOULD be ovulation time, I think I might try OPKs next cycle if I'm not lucky this month xx

8dpo and having the sore boobs, tiredness, cramping and strange feelings in my tummy.
I've done 2 tests I know far too early both bfn.

I know how you feel @Togstiree ... I'm 8dpo and tested twice and both negative, feeling nauseous in mornings and when I'm hungry and had some weird pains in tummy/uterus. I've just poured a large glass of wine as I need to stop thinking about it all!!

My Hubster keeps saying that to me also to stop stressing and worrying. It's very hard. No friends have ever said the trying part was such an emotional roller-coaster. This is meant to the the first part. I cried most of my drive to work this morning.. 😢 How long have you been TTC xx
