Despite my TTC last month, it resulted in my AF arriving Christmas Day (deep joy!) it's round 2 this month! I'm due to ovulate on Monday (6th) so anyone else wanna join me, with the overthinking, being excessively paranoid, mystery pregnancy signs and taking PT's when you know you shouldn't be! 🤣🤣

@Ginge35 that's brilliant 😂😂😂😂i would love to be able to but I don't think my arms could hold me up 🤣🤣so I'll just settle for lying with my legs in the air for a few mins 😆last night after we DTD on the sofa (I had to convince hubby to do this because it's a new sofa and he was worried about mess 🤪) he went to loo and came back to find me with me legs on the living room wall 😂😂😂😂 SO GLAD I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE PMSL 😆

IM SO GLAD TO HEAR THIS! I literally lie, elbows on the bed, hands flat and push my legs up into the air hoping gravity works a miracle. DH thinks I’m a madwoman.
Clearly I’m not 😏

Oh my gosh, my OH and I literally joked about doing this last month... Might actually give it a go this time round! Can't hurt and if nothing else every giggle we can get on this journey is worthwhile, eh?

Certainly cheered up my first day back at work!! Now off home to DTD.....it's weird how normal it feels to tell a bunch of strangers this information 😆😆ovulation due tomorrow so I'll maybe give that handstand a go @Ginge35 😋lol

Glad you find me funny ladies! Honestly I laughed at myself. Just in a handstand yesterday thinking to myself that I'd lost it!
I usually just lie in a that pose babies do with their bum up in the air but this time I went all out and did the handstand. My DH has no idea I did this thankfully 🤪🤪🤪
He's not well today so I've been denied DTD but I should ovulate tomorrow seeing as though I haven't today so it's gonna be a quickie before work after I've pee'd on my CB OPK! Haha!!!

@Ginge35 that's absolutely made my night 😂😂😂 my husband held my legs in the air the other night and said "ill keep them all in!" honestly couldn't breathe for laughing 😂
I don't think I could do a handstand though my arms would give way hahaha

@cranberry3 that's awesome and so funny! My other half just passes me my phone and leaves me be! He wouldn't do anything like that as he knows I can get into all sorts of positions, with being so bendy, so I'm left to my devices on which poses I chose after DTD! 😝 First time I did a handstand yesterday though for quite a few years!
Honestly it's crazy! The lengths we go to! I bet you I'll still end up getting my AF in a couple of weeks too! All that bending and energy for nothing! 😂

My OH wanted to stay “in” after DTD yesterday because he thought it would all spill out and go to waste. I died.

If he's a grower not a shower @FarmerWantsABaby then once he's done it would spill out anyway! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

@FarmerWantsABaby I read an article at the weekend that said it's apparently good for them to stay inside after DTD!! 🤨

I had my index finger up feeling for my cervix this afternoon and trying to decide if it felt like my lips (fertile) or like the tip of my nose (already ovulate) apparently we are looking for a cervix on SHOW (soft, high, open and wet) 😂 literally sitting in the bathroom thinking to myself I'd gone absolutely mad.

Pretty sure I'm ovulating tomorrow and from what I could tell my cervix is backing that up! This is only my TTC cycle 1 so hoping I've got the timings of the cycle right!

Just told DH he had to keep it in until he is soft and he now thinks am totally nuts! I am defo in the right convo lol

Other than DH and two of my closest friends no one knows we are TTC (we don't want the pressure from family) so this site is brilliant! I'm so glad I started this thread! Pure humour in light of all the stress of TTC!

Another thing I read somewhere (was it maybe this thread?!) is to lie with the ahem "deposit" inside you overnight.....so I'm giving that a whirl tonight 🤣🤣

Rather you than me. I was told to always go for a wee after or risk urinary tract infection.

@newmum2020 I lay with said deposit inside one night. It was horrific 😂
@Geauxtigers I can’t find my cervix. Maybe I’m cervixless. Or my fingers are too small.

@newmum2020 I think I managed to lower the tone....

I actually googled if it was ok to wee or not after for fear of a uti and it's said it's doesn't really make a difference but I still give the little guys some time to do their swimming! Lol
