Despite my TTC last month, it resulted in my AF arriving Christmas Day (deep joy!) it's round 2 this month! I'm due to ovulate on Monday (6th) so anyone else wanna join me, with the overthinking, being excessively paranoid, mystery pregnancy signs and taking PT's when you know you shouldn't be! 🤣🤣

Also don't tell him you're going to do a clear blue because they're not as sensitive and may come up as negative if you're only a couple of days late. Do it then present him with the results if positive. If negative, wait three days and repeat.

@ablisha first cycle after miscarriage last November and can't believe our luck! I will be super anxious after last time but need to try and overcome it

@newmum2020 this is AMAZING!!!!! so pleased for you' fingers crossed everything goes ok for you this time! I still can't believe it. I think I'm in shock. I think because I feel totally fine (so far 😬) I don't quite believe it!

So thrilled to hear all the BFPs. My pregnancy tests arrived today along with blood tinged CM which I always get the day before AF is due, which is tomorrow. I'm so gutted, even though I knew chances of conceiving first try were slim I still had a ray of hope. I'm 12 DPO so I guess I'll buy a CB ovulation predictor kit and get ready to get crazy again next month!

@Ginge35 I'm feeling totally fine, no sore boobs or tiredness like last time.....yet! It's not sunk in yet and I can't talk to anyone about it as hubby away with work tonight. We want to wait to tell people when we've had scan after last time.

@Geauxtigers you'll know your own body but is there any chance it could be implantation bleeding as this is right about time AF due? Maybe don't give up hope yet

@newmum2020 I totally understand that. We aren't breathing a word to anyone until we have an early scan. I won't tell my work until after my 12 week, though my boss does know, as I had to tell someone and I know she won't say anything to the partners yet anyway!
I've read so many things where you get pregnancy for the very first time ever and your body just rejects it, as it's a foreign body and it just goes away!
I really hope that doesn't happen but it scares me to think about it.
As I don't feel pregnant yet, I'm not really overthinking anything.
I think once I start to get a bump and have our scan I think that's when reality will hit in!

@newmum2020 I'm holding on to a tiny bit of hope that it might be implantation bleeding but I've been having lower back pain which is usual for a day or so before my AF and I haven't had any other symptoms at all other than the usual ones. At least one positive is that I know I'm tracking my cycles right as AF is bang on time.

I think I might do CB OT next month just to check if I'm ovulating. An aunt of mine has thyroid problems and although I don't think I do I've never been checked and want to make sure I'm actually ovulating each month, don't want to be trying for 6 months only to find out nothing could ever have happened!

It's all such a minefield. And even though I feel like I'm quite chilled about it all, I never expected it to be so emotionally draining.

In case this is in any well helpful @Geauxtigers I am having some cramping in my lower back right now. In fact it's really like my pre period cramps. I was so convinced over the weekend the AF was getting ready to come, I had cramps on and off from Friday. Sucks so much that the symptoms are the same! Keep your chin up as I was in your place just a few days ago and now I'm in shock! X

@newmum2020 I'm just waiting for the hormones to start going mental and I start feeling like crap! I genuinely hope I just sail through the whole thing! My mom carried me and my brother really well, so I'm just praying that I take after her!

Getting some sharp pains in my lower abdomen today, which apparently is the ligaments in my tummy expanding! My boobs are still like lead but they don't hurt as much!
I just can't wait to see my doctor next week so I can get my pregnancy officially dated and then book my early scan! One of the ladies here said wait until I'm 7 weeks instead of having a scan at 6 because sometimes there isn't a heartbeat at 6 weeks 😬

@Ginge35 yes I was told the same re earliest first scan. I had a private one booked last time but miscarried just before it. The lady said 8 weeks or later. But to be honest that's not too long now! I reckon I'm 4+2 today so should be able to book one anytime from 3 weeks on Tuesday 😃 need to call midwife first though! I'm hoping that I'll get an early nhs scan because of what happened last time.

I'm in purgatory myself, I thought AF had arrived and I was out. 5 days later I'm still spotting wh moth no sign of a full flow. Boobs are sore and lower back pain...did a test yesterday which would have been 10dpo. Stupid that my period is being non committed!!
I usually start my period with 2-3 days of spotting which gradually gets heavier. This time it's just staying as spotting and I'm getting very frustrated. Just want it to come so i can get it out the way and crack on with the next cycle! 😬😩

Took a test this morning and BFN as suspected, AF about to start in full flow. Hubby and I are booked to go to Finland for 4 days to go husky sledding for his 30th, it just happens to fall during next months TWW so hopefully that will distract me from the wait next time.

I did a test a few days early this morning.. as well as an ovulation test just to see.. I think I may of put them a bit too close as I have a faintest I'd faint lines on the PG test but I just don't feel pregnant I'm bloated gassy and feel like af is coming.. anyone else had this??

I was so sure AF started. I mean it did start, but then went after 24 hours. Now I'm really concerned that I'm having short periods?!

@Bethwox I felt exactly as you described for a few days before my BFP!! 🤞🤞i was convinced AF was coming!!!

Me too @Bethwox same as you and I got my BFP instead of my AF! Stay hopeful! You never know! 🤞🤞🤞

Does anyone know how to get the battery out of CB Pts? Looking to dispose of but can't put it in the bin with the battery and I cannot figure it out! 🙈
