In other news, my boiler is knackered. House was 11 degrees this morning. Currently sat in the car on the drive as I don't want to go in!

Ahh @Louu99 so shit but at least now you have a definitive answer so your not left wondering. You also have an idea of what to look for next time symptoms wise. Enjoy your drink x

@Louu99 I'd recommend not to hit the gym after ovulation. Coz u were pregnant!! And now a BFN, but why? So this month go with easy and simple exercises and try. Baby dust!!

I have stopped doing heavy workout from the last 6 months. My DH has requested me so badly to not do anything harsh with my body. But still I forget that quite often and i start working out.

@Louu99 this is quite awful. But don't worry dear. Next month is ours hopefully!!!!!

@Louu99 sorry to hear your news xx I read some previous posts about your lifting. I know from experience with colleagues that you need to be extra careful about lifting in pregnancy. Is there anything else excersize you can do instead hun?

@Skygirl1983 I know it's so hard to remember! I tested on a cheapie this morning that was a BFN.Im 14 dpo and AF was due today if the OPKs predicted my ovulation correctly.
But I've had AF symptoms since Saturday and backache today which I thought meant she'd definitely be here today. Also I previously tracked on womans log for 18 months- and has AF predicted for Saturday 🙄🙄

@nt1992 my cheapie this morning said BFN so ordered a FRER this morning and its almost here! I'd planned to test again in the morning if AF didn't arrive overnight, but reading that link I'm wondering if I should this evening 🙈

@CiaraJ01 how many FRER do you have??

Another BFN for me this evening. AF due any time from tomorrow. Not too sure as I ovulated 3 days late. I don't have any pregnancy or AF symptoms 🤷‍♀️
