Yeh it started the day I had my meltdown! Tbf my temps had gone up again so I was really confused with my body. It's been a lot lighter and shorter than normal but still negative so just an odd month.
I've bought the vitamin b and coenz 10 and using my old evening primrose so fc it helps me too!
Decided this month to ditch opks and just dtd every other day from cd8 until my temp rises- ov expected on Valentine's day!

Aw I’m sorry. That’s a good idea. Fingers crossed it’s a positive for you on the next cycle. I am going to do the same if not successful this time. I feel OPKs add so much stress, I enjoy bbt so i might keep that.

I’m the same, temps still raised, AF isn’t due til Tuesday (15 DPO) so just waiting for the temp drop now. Haven’t got much symptoms that I can differentiate between AF, my breasts are super tender and weirdly started getting blotchy? Never had that before. They don’t feel hard or bigger though. I have on and off cramps and back pain but that seems to be reoccurring the past 5 cycles.

Fingers crossed for you! Tender breasts is a good sign. I don't mind bbt too- i prefer a clear answer rather than guessing how dark something is. Holland and Barrett are doing buy one get one half price plus I hopefully got an extra 15% off too (a code that ended Monday but wasn't working online so hopefully they will honour it)

Aw that’s good! I need some vitamins. So maybe worth checking out. Do you take preconception pills too? I ran out recently but I was taking them. I heard they are good to take 3 months in advance.

I was taking multivitamins and half a folic acid tablet, with iron on days I feel off (I often get anaemia around this time of year) I've not bought the conception specific ones as most will have the same stuff as multivitamins but probably 400mg folic acid compared to 200mg in normal tablets, and folic acid on its own is way cheaper (why I take half a tablet!)
I think the blokes ones have high zinc and selenium in them?

Lillice suggested the vitamin B complex and co enzyme 10, good for energy levels in general apparently and i struggle with fatigue so can't harm!
Folic acid is the main one for women while ttc so the levels are good early in pregnancy when the early spinal cord and brain are developing, anything else is a bonus!

Ah yeah. I never thought of buying them separately. I’m terrible at remembering to take tablets. I might try those fatigue ones you recommended as I am the same! Thanks!

How many dpo is every body? I’m 8dpo and I cracked and tested. bfn, obviously.

Hey all 3dpo.... always boring at this stage of the cycle.... last cycle I had loads of things booked in the TWW which really helped especially in the evenings after work like seeing friends etc xxx

Aw still very soon though @mumoft22m, don’t give up hope. I’m 13 DPO, haven’t tested despite my Femo app saying I’m 2 days late. My other apps say I’m due Tuesday so I’ll wait til after that to avoid heart ache, plus I’ve started getting pink CM so I assume AF is coming.

When do you think you’ll retest?

@sammyclaire22 no AF yet. Femo says I’m 3 days late. Temp is still high just waiting now really, I’m fed up of getting my hopes up so I’m refusing to test.

I don't blame you @lolastanley1- fem seems to predict me early too. Ovia has been right most months and seems to put me a couple of days later than fem but it makes it so hard wondering what if! It's all sounding positive for you though, really hope it's a lucky month for you! X

Yeah it’s confusing isn’t it! Ovia has predicted tomorrow, which is when I roughly calculated it too. I think if I haven’t come on by Friday I’ll take a test then. Just fed up of seeing negatives! I feel so sick recently and my breasts haven’t changed they are just painful to touch so Fingers crossed!

Oh really! When does your temp normally dip before AF? This is my current chart.

@Loloastanley1 That chart looks really hopeful! Here's one of my old ones, it would have a big drop on 11dpo when I'd usually get AF

Oh yeah, so when you have the dip you get your AF that day?

My bbt often doesn't drop until after af starts, it dropped a few days before last month though but actually raised on the morning it arrived but your consistent raises are looking promising!

9dpo today I tested .😑 I can see a vvv Faint line. Can anyone else see it. I am a POAS addict by the way 🙈

@Lolastanley1 here's mine from Jan, I stopped taking my temp a day or so after my bfp as I didn't want to freak myself out. My bbt chart from that month is weird though as I didn't get a big rise until maybe after an implantation dip. I'd sometimes get the temp drop day before AF so yours certainly looks promising
