December bus - testing first week of december

Hi all,

AF arrived today so thought I would start a new thread....feel free to join.

First cycle since MMC and ERPC on 1st October, following BFP straight after implant removal.

Bit odd for me, first proper AF in a few years.

Hoping this is the month!

Joining in, I am 6 or 7 DPO and couldn't hold myself from testing, BFN obviously. AF due on 1st Dec. This is my first cycle TTC but I had absolutely no idea how huge of a struggle a TWW might be. Counting days and watching symptoms literally all the time

@LoveRainbow02 if I tilt my screen away from me there might be a very very faint line but it's really hard to tell, eyes play tricks on you after a while don't they 😣

Welcome @oliwc12! Im also 6dpo and due on the 1st December, and first cycle! It's a frustrating and exciting wait isn't it. Have you had any suspicious symptoms yet? X

@Shuckle I feel really disappointed in myself for getting like this so early in 😔. I'm driving myself insane!! Took another ic and feel like I can see something on that too, the craziness has set in 😂!

@LoveRainbow02 thanks, yeah I'm OK so far. Excited, but I could see me getting really obsessed and anxious if I'm not careful. I'm really trying to counter it at the moment but keeping busy, and no plan to test until at least five days before. Having said that, I've just ordered some first response tests and I have access to tests at work so it's going to be very tempting.
I have ADHD and I struggle both with hyperfocus and impulse control, so this is going to be HARD!
This thread will probably both help and hinder with that, but it's lovely to have people with me on the journey! 💚

@Blooft @AliSxo I'm worrying I miscalculated my ovulation day now as AF due on 4th but I think I'm 5dpo 😂

@meggybug if you ovulated early then you'll probably have AF earlier or hopefully your BFP. Ovulation can change but luteal phase normally the same. Exciting x

@Shuckle Totally! Sore breast mostly, constantly tired and hungry and quite bloated but no nausea or sensitive smell

@LoveRainbow02 Feeling very impatient but overall ok, I just noticed that these days it is so hard to get pregnant for women and am worrying a little it might never happen for me. My sister for example tried for almost 30 cycled until she got pregnant. I even bought a fertility nutrition plan form a Pro Dietitian before this cycle to make it more probable so am really having high hopes

@loverainbow02 fingers crossed for you. It's the OPK that drove you to test 😂 test again in a couple of days x

@AliSxo I might not be exactly 2dpo... I got a smiley face on the clearblue opk on Monday so I assume LH surge then, EWCM on Tuesday, then had the low down ovulation pang sensation Wednesday (this sounds like a really weird Craig David song 😂). So I'm counting it since as 2dpo and I'm day 17 of my cycle, but not entirely sure how long my cycle is, since I've only just had my coil out and not had a full cycle yet since then. So definitely don't go by my calculations, as yours are probably right and mine might be a bit out. X

@Blooft I got my smiley face on Saturday so assume I maybe ovulated Sunday? But I didn't do basal temperature and really struggled with identifying the whole EWCM thing so god knows 😂 my cycle is regular as clockwork so maybe I'm just an early ovulator?

@meggybug if you're an early ovulator that can only be good, should give you a good strong line on a BFP 😊

I think we r ovulate very close to each other. I got positive ovulation test last night. I think I'm ovulate now. So I will start counting my 1st dpo on Sunday. U r going to start testing before me though 🥴 it is going to be long TWW but let's hope for the best! I really want BFP before Christmas 👈🏻🥰🥰🥰🥰

@MrsTwentySeven How long is your luteal phase usually? I read somewhere that the herb vitex is good for lengthening luteal phase.

So I tested again this morning and feel like I can still see a shadow of a line! Tww is absolutely horrendous and all I'm doing is torturing myself.

@Loverainbow02 I'm not sure....as its my first time TTC :/ Yeah I might look into it! And I've heard vitamin C? I also need to lose weight so maybe all those factors might play into it. I may DTD tonight and just see what happens as I should be ovulating today or tomorrow....and just hope this was a one off really late cycle.

I cant see a line btw! Try to distract your mind - go shopping, go to the cinema :)

I'm 7dpo today. We dtd the day I got my positive opk and 3 days before that. Yesterday I had some ovary twinges/pulling and lower backache. I woke up this morning with more of the same but ovary pain a bit more intense, same backache and abdominal cramping but I just feel like af symptoms are on their way. However, about 10 mins ago I feel wet down there, just been to the loo and I had creamy cm in my knickers which I've not had during any of my other ttc cycles... I've read creamy cm is a good sign but I don't want to get my hopes up...

@MrsTwentySeven Yes vitamin c is good also, my friend took it to lengthen her phases and it helped. So I'm not completely mad if you can see a line 😂.

@ceebee21 I'm 9dpo now. Still testing quite early but I literally cant stop myself lol!

@LoveRainbow02 oh gosh I have not been keeping upto date properly due to stuff going on at home. I thought you meant you can see a line and believe youre still ovulating! If thats a pregnancy test, sorry didnt mean to shoot it down and say no line! Yes like ceebee suggested FRER?

Now I'm asking myself if my CB static smiley at CD23 has picked up Hcg instead of LH good Lord the things we convince ourselves of!!! @Nic555 ...is this a possibility ? You know everything ! Say yes and give me hope? Lol!
