Hi ladies . I’ve just finished my period today and my husband and I are now going to start ttc our first baby after having my Mirena removed last week.
Is anyone else TTC this month ? I’ve ordered some ovulation tests after I said I wouldn’t because I’ve read so many success stories on them so I thought I might as well just so I have some in case !

I’d love for people to share their journey with me ! I’m 24, 25 in two weeks . So excited for our journey . I’m trying to figure out this whole lingo on here and stuff sorry! X

My period still isn’t anywhere to be seen. Day 47 today 😂 not sure whether to make a GP appointment or just ride it out and see if my period ever comes?!

@Maddy0405 ride it out a bit longer ! @Konbanwa had a ridiculous cycle about two months ago that went on forever 😂 so frustrating but keep going !

Girls using opk If you haven’t already got it, there’s an app I downloaded called Premom, you upload your sticks and it gives you a precise reading of whether you’re low, high or peak. Might be useful for some of you.

I'm 5dpo and waiting impatiently. I don't think I will be pregnant, so I'm just waiting for AF really 🤷🏻‍♀️

My partner is off work now for Xmas so DTD is going to be so much easier and he’s going to be more relaxed so I am feeling positive we can give it our best shot in Jan!

@CurbsideProphet defiantly don’t give up hope! When is AF due?

@LeaBri AF is due next weekend. I have IBS and often get belly ache / rumbles, so I wouldn't know whether they were unusual or not Confused

@Itsemily that sounds really positive!

I’m not going to do any temping or OPKs this month as my husband is away literally all of my fertile window visiting his parents - I think it will do good to have a month just seeing what happens and maybe I’ll get lucky anyway!

If not I’ve ordered clear blue OPKs which should hopefully help be more accurate the next month.

Hello there. Trying to conceive baby one here as well. I'm using femometer and fertility friends apps to monitor my opks, basal temps, and symptoms.

Last month was my first cycle of trying and currently four days into the two week wait on this cycle.

Fairly convinced I had a chemical / early miscarriage last cycle as my period was over a week late, spent weeks one to two after ovulation throwing up (though this could've been a bug), my stomach bloated to twice its size, and my opks have been odd ever since. But sadly not my month.

We're having our Christmas on the 28th so I'll probably do a test the day before so I'm not distracted.

@notalwaysalondoner yeah take it as a trial month of just being chilled out and see how it goes ! My cervix is very high today and I could hardly reach it whereas last month it was low and hard after ovulation - is this a good sign ?

@ToCaden thank you I’m still in shock. Just waiting for my Drs apt as I have a medical condition where I’m under a specialist so they need to see me a bit sooner so they can refer me . Agrrr I’m so anxious !!

@LeaBri thank you! Such an exciting present! Cannot believe it. Done a few more tests and they're all blazing positives!! Couldn't help myself lol.

@maddy0405 yes second month. It happened way quicker than I thought it would, just hoping it carries on going well.

Ladies, highly recommend just being relaxed about it, it definitely helped us!

Congratulations ladies ❤ I have been getting faint silver lines on the Internet cheapest of a few days now but they came up immediately so thought they shouldn't be evaporation lines because the stip is still wet. Anyway i got a first response 6 days early test today & tested (10 dpo). A strong positive line came straight up.
I also used OPK strips to see when i was ovulating after stopping the pill. Hope that helps and food luck everyone xx
