Fresh off the mini pill today-hoping for BFP Oct/Nov 2019 for a Summer 2020 Baby. NEED A BUDDY?

Off the mini pill (Noriday) today looking for a BFP ideally Oct/Nov 2019 for a Summer 2020 baby - so during the holidays when other kids are on Hols so i don't have to worry about the school run as will most likely have a CS

We will be using condoms but i know anything is possible from when I am off the pill

@wannabemum38 hernia ok is Monday 21st...so hopeing i can take teat this weekend as AF is due next Tuesday. We arent that far apart then me and you. I am 8dpo today...when are u going to hold out till?
I'm ok just still got this cold...none of my usually AF signs but like u i am trying not to get my hopes too up either...no other symptoms here either..just weird going from day to day waiting... 2ww is harder than fertile window lol atleast then ur actively doing something and calculating not just waiting lol

@Luxoire going to try and hold out til weekend wait for AF to turn up I think wont waste any more pg tests then but its very hard

@wannabemum38 do you FEEL different? I am trying so hard to not go to Tesco and buy FRER as i am 6 days away from my period today lol and 14days away from my next fertile window
I dont even know whether to be cautiously optimistic or not as i don't FEEL anything different! and it is only Weds, still have Thursday and Friday to go!!
have you told your DH you are testing this weekend? i wonder if i tell mine, alteast it is out there and he will be geared up for it and I cant do it Before lol

@Luxoire No don't feel any different but not had the usual bloat and backache and painful boobs I usually get week leading to AF
I am 10dpo today and in a rush to work I caved and did a PG test just a cheapie from Amazon or eBay. I am slightly shocked as looks like a very faint line but wouldn't photograph to put on here. As soon as the wee was infiltrating the strip two lines came up but the 2nd line went very faint but I shone a torch and it's definitely there
Just on my lunch and popped to Poundland for some more tests to do for next few days but I don't know seems too good to be true! DP knew we would test this weekend if my AF didn't arrive.

I can sneak a PG test in first thing without DP noticing lol - if u get a BFP are u still gonna do one with him and act surprised? hahaha this is super exciting - now you mention it i have not had my usual breakout i normally have a few days to AF but that could just be bcos i am no longer on BC and pills / fake hormones are not in my system to cause havoc...what kind of tests did you buy?

Cd9, opk negative (ovulated cd10 last month), but have now had light spotting for 3 days which I've never normally had before around ovulation and now I've got what feels like period pains. What is going on?
Temps don't seem to indicate ovulation either

@claireb707 I found this really useful. I have a really slow rise after ovulation, which period tracker doesn’t seem to pick up on so it never predicts ov correctly.

One step cheapies from eBay this morning. Bought some Poundland cheapies and a FRER which I did at home tonight 530pm and no line don't know if it's cos not FMU or my HCG isn't high enough don't know maybe it was a false positive this morning

My af still hasn't arrived yet 🤔 so my mind racing... did I catch the window? Could I be? I kinda wrote this month off when the app said that my af was due on Saturday but that was 24 days so now when I'm 29 and no sign I thought my ovulation day would be later than expected so I must have missed the window?

I'm scared to test in case it's another bfn but as well just need to know!!

I haven't had symptoms as such, yesterday I had bad bellyache like af was due, I was all hot and felt abit sick/ dizzy but kinda went away abit today Iv had the odd belly pain but nothing else.. only thing different in myself is I'm gassy and forever needing the toilet(sorry tmi)

@wannabemum38 I thought its best to do them first thing?! When are you actually due AF? FRER says up to 6 days before ur missed period...but then I thibk it depends on ur hormone levels and how quickly they rise. So you are not out yet. Hang in there xxx

I am so scared of a negative I'm thinking maybe I should just wait for the witch Tuesday...but then ots like thats long!! Hahahhaha

@dancingqueen03 I know what I mean about twsting and getting a negative vs not testing...but if ur late...cd29 and u dont usually have that long a cycle it might be worth getting an ultra sensitive test like FRER?!
It's not over until the witch comes so hang in there and maybe test first thing tomorrow if I can? Xoxox

@dancingqueen03 I might cave lol....i am already thibking of my next fertile period in 15days and thinking of investing in clearblue ovulation..lol ...yeah if I were that far away from a shop I'd definitely stock up hahaha and prob testing everyday till the witch showed lol

Hopefully this is our month I have an interview for a job I was headhunted for today, I'm getting a substantial tax refund tomorrow, if I do get a bfp I would be due around our birthdays next year. The signs are there just need my body to behave

@dancingqueen03 kids came to my bedroom before I had time to POAS with first wee...hopefully that means tomorrow I will. Have told DP we are testing at the weekend but I'm not optimistic..he casually said oh well if it's not this month it will happen next month...he doesn't understand the waiting and suspense and cycle...men!!! As if it were that easy..

I read somewhere the 10uml tests are more accurate from 4days before missed period so hopefully weekend will be in that window..FRER tests are 6uml sensitivity

Not actually feeling that tired.....just so nauseous and dizzy!! Feel like I've got a hangover constantly. I guess it's all a good sign.
