Fresh off the mini pill today-hoping for BFP Oct/Nov 2019 for a Summer 2020 Baby. NEED A BUDDY?

Off the mini pill (Noriday) today looking for a BFP ideally Oct/Nov 2019 for a Summer 2020 baby - so during the holidays when other kids are on Hols so i don't have to worry about the school run as will most likely have a CS

We will be using condoms but i know anything is possible from when I am off the pill

Typical isn't it, it's our anniversary today and I'm treating partner to a night in a fancy hotel n Sheffield, junior suite as well 😂 and I think period is now on its way sods Bloody law

Had more spotting overnight (tmi - brown this time though rather than pale red like the other day) and I've got the beginning of what I think is period pain

@Pinkslink17 hahahaah good luck on your 2WW hahah it is hard to hold off testing - especially when you are so aware of any symtoms hahaha. If you want to test before 9dpo maybe try the first/early response tests - they are expensive though so the cost will mount up if you do more than 2/3 of them...could you maybe keep yourself busy in the meantime? hahaha hard to i know

@claireb707 that is GREAT NEWS! i know it isnt for the night away, but it is for TTC - I hope the witch comes and you can start afresh with a new cycle, she's been teasing you long enough! hahahaha your DH is just gonna have to enjoy your company or you 2 get creative hahaha

Hey @Luxoire thank you for getting back to me 🙂 I was so annoyed at myself for not using the ovulation test 😤!! I read that you may get ewcm a day after ovulation so I did a cervical sweep it seems dry?? Is that normal?

@Pinkslink17 hey I'm in my 2ww too, not feeling so confident as I'm unsure what my body is doing but we did dtd around ovulation period so fingers crossed 🤞 how are you feeling, I don't feel any differently really?

@dancingqueen03 you're welcome hun - i think it may be normal as we all produce ewcm in varying amount some more than other and some only for the 2 days leading to peak ovulation! so, if you are one who does not normally produce a huge amount anyway it stands to reason after ovulation yous would dry up quicker! try not to worry hun, how many dpo are you?

@Luxoire aw thanks hun put me at ease a bit now 🙂 I ovulated Tuesday so if it right saying I'm 3 days?

@Luxoire I have got two ready and waiting 🙈 I think I'll do one on Sunday morning, see what happens and if nothing shows I'll try again on Tuesday..still mega early but I can't help it! I was 8dpo with my first when I got a BFP, I'm kind of hoping I'll get the same again!

@dancingqueen03 it's the worst! I hate just sitting around! I've been waking up feeling off for a couple of days but I don't know if it's because I'm anxious and I know how ill I got the first time! Other than that I've just been feeling tender (stomach) like a dull ache.

I checked my cervix this morning, it felt high, soft but with a firm sort of peak if that makes sense?! Don't really know what I'm doing when I'm checking but I remember doing it last time to check where I was in my cycle!

I'm normally 28 day cycle, this was 34 days

Call me crazy - I've just used a FRER at 7dpo/7 days pre - AF 😂 obviously negative, don't know how I'll hold off testing for much longer!

My period is late. I think it might be the vitamin b12 I’ve been taking. I hope so anyway as I’ve been drinking lots of wine, eating pate and red meat 😂

@Pinkslink17 how are you feeling? I'm 5 dpo I woke up this morning with slightly sore boobs and my lower belly and back are slightly sore too it's like mild cramping or aches ☹️ guess I'm just spotting everything hoping fora bit if luck 🤞

I know I'm trying to hold of thinking about it much.. I'm not feeling too hopeful as I didn't use the tests to pin point ovulation but no not really I never get anything to pin point Af like cramps etc just get really moody haha

But knowing me the closer it get the more I'll need to test!! Haha 😂

So August was our first month of ttc #2 period is late it was due 2 days ago (normally on time) tests coming back negative. Do you think it could still turn positive in couple if days or its clearly a negative.

@dancingqueen03 I've been feeling nauseous, had cramps and exhausted for the last few day, I've also got really sore nipples but I don't know if that's something to do with my son feeding lots at the moment! These were all signs I had with my DS but I'm trying not to get my hopes up! Are you still having symptoms? I can't work out if I'm just anxious which is causing all of them!

@Luxoire I'm crazy, I did another FRER this morning, it immediately showed up with a white second line which then disappeared, but when I hold it up to the light there's a shadow where the second line should be, does this happen on every test and I'm just crazy?! Going to wait to test until Wednesday, does anyone have reviews on other tests that are good for early detection, I've read online FRERs aren't as good as everyone thinks, apparently Superdrug ones are better?

Morning @Pinkslink17, god sounds like your having it all!! I haven't had anything since yesterday, I kinda feel like this isn't my month ☹️ but with a bit of luck it's only early days I'm 6dpo today 🤞

Can you remember when you started to get symptoms hun? I'm just hoping and praying that it might be cause it hasn't implanted yet so they may start coming from today onwards xx

@Zm2019 welcome hun, oh if you are due then you should be getting a positive test - except maybe you are not getting a high enough hormone in your body yet to be picked up on the test. Are you using an ultra sensitive test like FRER ones? Also, when are you testing? first urine? i.e. you are going though a few hours in the night without water and a wee before testing to make sure your hormones are at their highest concentration in the urine? Let me know how you get on xxxx

@Pinkslink17 ohh i dont know...i only used the cheapie ones and i cant even remember how many dpo i got my BFP with my first 2 lol hahaha seems like a lifetime ago now hahahah.. you might not be imagining things... i think holding off for a couple of days is a great idea...also maybe check the sensitivity of the tests online and see if there are any other brands with same level of sensitivity
