Fresh off the mini pill today-hoping for BFP Oct/Nov 2019 for a Summer 2020 Baby. NEED A BUDDY?

Off the mini pill (Noriday) today looking for a BFP ideally Oct/Nov 2019 for a Summer 2020 baby - so during the holidays when other kids are on Hols so i don't have to worry about the school run as will most likely have a CS

We will be using condoms but i know anything is possible from when I am off the pill

@luxoire we start in October all being well. Hopefully will be pretty chilled about it but I think most people think that 😆 excited and terrified in equal measure haha

And yes i definitely expect to have a bad period this time!! Unless I get my BFP 🤞 just in the middle of ovulation now.. Iv been kinda okay up to now had the odd backache or cramps but my ovulation day is Tuesday so I don't know?

Morning, need to spend time catching up but I'm at work just now.
I'm soooooo tired today, like cant keep my eyes open!! Feeling really irritable too. I just really want AF to come now so I know where I am.

Had a lovely time in Paris with my DP missing each other like crazy now but the count down is on for him moving here
My AF arrived day of holiday but only lasted two days of heavy and two days of spotting which was lighter than last month guess it needs time to settle
Onto cycle 2 and ovulation week this week cross fingers and due to a change in his rota he will be here day before ovulation now so cross fingers.

@dancingqueen03 Hahhahaha that made me laugh at condoms one day and freebie the next Hahahaha... I've had a bad headachr today mot sure what is going on.

I bet my kids are acting up determined to stress me out and make me give up on having a 3rd. It aeema like thier arguing bickering and whinging has gone up 5 hears this last week...lol or maybe its just cos I've been off work and poorly?!!

Hi @luxiore I'm ok thanks, still no sign of AF, I keep thinking she'll appear but nope. Still a wee bit irritable but alot better than I was. We had a lovely family day out at an adventure park today so that cheered me up.
I got my coil removed 12th of Aug, I bled really lightly for 3 days a fee days later but no real AF yet. I did ovulate I think 22nd so AF isnt really due until he end of the week. I'm just super impatient lol

I just realised last time I got my coil removed exactly 1 year to the day my daughter was born. So that logic means my next baby will be due 12 Aug 2020 🤣🤣

Hi girls, sorry I've been quiet, I was working and then we have come to Anglesey for a few days.
I've done another test today and the line is darker so that's good.
Told hubby @Luxoire he is pleased. Also told my mum and dad- I know it's early days but I'd want them to support me if anything happened.

@HappyGirl86 awww darling I am sop happy for you. I am glad u told your nearest and dearest cos ur right a support network is important esp if the worse ahould happen...and even if it doesnt you still need the support for day to day life appts etc....aww I hope you enjoy ur time awa hun...hugss..and keep calm and rest. Stress is not good for u now esp in these early days

Still nothing from me. No period, no signs of ovulation no symptoms of anything. Just in the waiting game now.

@HappyGirl86 happy for you, lovely that you've told your family. Were they shocked?

@claireb707 that is so frustrating! What CD are you?

@Luxoire have you seen a GP about your headaches? It doesn't seem normal to have them that often? Are you drinking enough? Sounds horrible!

Not much going on here, just waiting for AF to show, due in about 5 days. Sigh.

Came off mini pill on 15th August, was technically due to ovulate that weekend (but not sure if I did or not as wasn't testing back then). Was technically due on on Friday just gone. (I say technically as I was very very regular on pill and when I had a 9 month break 4 years ago between ex and current partner my periods carried on as normal so sort of assumed I'd be the same this time)
Been opk testing since last week all negative, did a preg test last Wed negative.
Just need to learn to be patient I guess

@CouscousEvaporator I have been thinking about it - my drinking (of water that is) is ok, it is not bad but it could be better - I am headache free today for the first time since stopping the pill 12 days ago so i am hoping it is onwards on upwards. Period is still here and i feel generally blah!! Accoding to Ovia I am CD5 today and my fertile window starts in 7 days - I will try to to test for Ovulation everyday next week to see when I ovulate so hopefully I can track it for October / November when I need it.

Just to clarify - because my AF falls late on one month and early into the new month - is my understanding ok?
October conception - Last period end of September - Due Date July 2020
November conception - Last period end of October - Due date August 2020

Anyone else gaining weight since stopping the pill? Aggghhh 😭

@luxoire Nope, no withdrawal bleed, nothing. Its been over 4 weeks now, no obvious cramping anymore either. So weird, it's never taken this long.

No idea what's going on anymore, my brain is all over the place, my temp indicate I ovulated yesterday, 2 different brand opk tests say no, pregnancy test was negative.
Don't know what to think
Off mini pill on 15th August, according to the app was due to ovulate that weekend (but wasn't using tempts or opk at that point so can't know for sure), had withdrawal bleed that weekend but nothing since, no bleed, no cramps no nothing.

@PieAndPumpkins hmmmm that is strange - 4 weeks is usually the time for a cycle so even if you did ovulate in that time you should be coming on to AF soon....are you tracking ovulation? Maybe start tracking Ovulation now - also when were you due to come on? are you pretty regular?

@claireb707 that is great you are tracking temps - so assuming coming off the pill messed up your system somehow.. assuming your temp chart is right and you ovulated yesterday you have 2 weeks now till your next period. So when was your last period? and was it a 'normal one'? were you regular on the pill?

Regular as, could predict the day normally.
Last period was 3rd August.

If temps predict ovulation why were all opk tests negative?

@claireb707 I was under the impression that the pill masks your cycle? You will be regular on the pill as you have breaks from the hormones at the same point each time. And it won’t be a menstrual period its a fake one. I think you just need a bit more time to let it settle... you look like you’re having sex really regularly so no matter when you ovulate you’ll be covered! 🙂
(Wish I had sex that much!! Shift work doesn’t lead to regular sex very easily!)

What opks are you using? Sorry if you’ve said this already but do you set your alarm each day to take your bbt?

I was on pop pill so no breaks and I believe can still ovulate on it

Been using both clear blue digital dual hormone and cheapy amazon ones

Also! What app are you using? It looks like period tracker? If so... mine is inaccurate when I use bbt as a guide for ovulation.

Oh and bbt no I don't set an alarm for it. I've been taking it when my weekday alarm goes off min - Fri or just before as I'm always awake before it goes off and around same time on weekends.
Im a notoriously bad sleeper so can't set an alarm earlier to do it as I won't get back to sleep and can't sleep in past alarm time on weekends anyway
