Fresh off the mini pill today-hoping for BFP Oct/Nov 2019 for a Summer 2020 Baby. NEED A BUDDY?

Off the mini pill (Noriday) today looking for a BFP ideally Oct/Nov 2019 for a Summer 2020 baby - so during the holidays when other kids are on Hols so i don't have to worry about the school run as will most likely have a CS

We will be using condoms but i know anything is possible from when I am off the pill

@HappyGirl86 really? Yours looked darker than some off mine! Do you have to look at it in a certain time? I don't know how they work really other than it has to be same colour as the control line

The first month on Premom everything is 'low' as it's just recording your cycle for the next month. It looks + to me xx

I thought it looked darker than some of your high ones.....how strange.
I looked at it within 3 mins and within 10 mins which is what the packet says.

I'm so confused. I had a faint line on my OPK (about 50%) but I have all the symptoms of ovulation including the cramping I always get. Currently CD 11 so it's still early. Maybe it's just the beginning of ovulation? We're DTD every other day anyway.
My only concern is we won't be able to DTD from 10pm on Wednesday night to 7am Saturday morning due to work commitments :( think we will still be in with a chance this month if I ovulate on Thursday or Friday? ☹️

@Blossomingflower94 you'll still be in with a chance, it can survive for 5-7 days I believe..
I'm hoping the same here dtd Tuesday ovulated thurs/fri (i think) I know I have as my cervix is lower again now but still thinking I'm defo out for this month.

I guess we just have to hope 🙂 fingers crossed for you

@Blossomingflower94 @Destiny25 fingers crossed for you both! Don't forget......plenty of people get pregnant off a one night stand! So you don't always have to be doing it 20 times haha

I haven't told my DP that i'm using the OPK's ... I don't want to take any of the enjoyment out of it for him by talking about POAS

I said I wasn't going to obsessed with ovulation sticks and here i am!! Oooooops!

Peak today and of course no DTD last night as DH working away! Did the night before and will do tonight (even though I am feeling a bit under the weather!) fingers crossed it is enough. Hoping peak started this morning rather than yesterday eve or something, thought I may have felt ovulation last night when awake feeling ill. Think today is going to drag!!

@Destiny25 thank you, yeh maybe getting close. Iv not peed this morning yet so will do one with fmu, I'm becoming a poas addict!

@Chaosonthehorizon I'm pretty sure that would be ok, I was actually googling ovulation last night and reading loads of info about it and it said the egg is actually released 12-24 hours after your peak opk. So peak today, hopefully egg release tonight or tomorrow and you'd have perfect timing!! And if not, the sperm for the night before should still be lurking 😂 Good luck xx

I've got bad back pain today and been feeling sick since yesterday but I'm putting it down to been exhausted trying not to symptom spot!

@Destiny25 fingers crossed for everyone!! I had another darker opk this morning, still not positive but darker than yesterday, that was my last test though so cant test again (maybe for the best) until my new ones arrive. Iv got bad back pain too, have for about 3 days, and cramps and ewcm so think I am heading for ovulation.
Oh fingers crossed for you! It's too tempting to symptom spot isnt it!

Two days running I've had a line on the OPK but it's just not dark enough. Getting worried it won't get any darker and that I'm too well hydrated to get a result.

Only on day 12 so I know there's so much time left I'm just impatient 🤣

Not as dark today @Destiny25 which is worrying me a bit!
We DTD last night and will do it tomorrow night. But now I'm worrying I've missed it!

@HappyGirl86 don't worry I'm sure you'll be fine if you've been doing it every other day anyway, i had dark tears for 48 hours so I'm not sure if that means I'll of ovulated from when it's started at the darkest or when it's finished. It's all so confusing isn't it, you google it and it tells you different answers 🤦🏻‍♀️

Atleast if your oh has got good swimmers they'll be swimming around for up to a week haha! I'm defo hoping mine has but I'm not thinking too much into this month now it'll happen when it happens I suppose.

Hi ladies, how are you all doing? Sounds like some people have been busy!! Fingers crossed to everyone in the 2ww.
I am having a nightmare with opks...havent had a hint of a second line yet and don’t have a clue what is happening. I had a scan yesterday to check the huge cysts I have developed were going down and I didn’t need surgery (THEY HAVE GONE - yay!!!!) and the sonographer could see I had a dominant follicle/ said I would likely ovulate in the next few days BUT AF started yesterday - how can this be? Now I assume I won’t ovulate in roughly 14 days time so I am totally confused!

Thanks @Destiny25 last night and this morning I'm convinced i ovulated and DH said he didn't want to DTD- long day at work and tired- so we ended up having a row as I felt we have missed our chance now as we'd done it the day before. I feel really fed up now and like I've missed this month arghhh

@Robs20 so pleased to hear you won't need surgery!!! That's great news. What has helped to reduce the cysts? Ooh I'm not sure why you would have AF arrive, maybe see how long it lasts?

@HappyGirl86 just luck really. They went away in a month which was totally unexpected given the size (normally over 5cms need surgery, mine were 6cm and growing.....). The dr wanted to see me again in 3 months but I insisted on a review after a month. So happy! Now she says to RELAX and do nothing stressful.
She said my cycles could be a bit confused...think this month is out of me. Will continue with the opks just in case....

Ps @HappyGirl86 dtd the day before ovulation should be fine! The swimmers can live for 7 days :)
