Cleozeta · 07/10/2019 12:59

Thanks reality

KristieP2018 · 07/10/2019 14:12

Thinking of you @Cleozeta xx Hope it’s all ok

PetraRabbit · 07/10/2019 14:47

I like to see which famous women are having babies in their 40s. I didn't realise she was 41 but Aleesha Dixon's just had a daughter- it looks like the baby was born just before she turned 41, so a real youngster as far as I'm concerned, but might give some hope to some of you!

littlemimosa · 07/10/2019 15:25

@Cleozeta I’m here thinking of you and rooting for your bean x

Chatbash72 · 07/10/2019 17:05

Rest up @Cleozeta and sending lots of love that your naughty placenta is just digging in and causing a little bleed.. xxx

weasledee · 07/10/2019 19:21

Thinking of you cleo x

BooseysMom · 07/10/2019 20:03

Mine was born just before i turned 41 too Smile

Reality.. lovely scan photo. Great to hear all going well. Congratulations again x

Cleo..i'm sorry to hear of your bleed but as culleyace had the same, so did i and i thought it was a strange AF but all along it was DS! Rooting for you now x

Cleozeta · 07/10/2019 20:42

Thank you for the support, you girls are the best x

CritterTamer · 07/10/2019 20:47

@Cleozeta I'm so sorry you're going through such a stressful time. Try to relax as much as you can until Wednesday and remember that there are lots of possible reasons for a bleed - I had one at 18 weeks that scared the socks off me but all was fine 😊

Cleozeta · 07/10/2019 21:23

Thank you critter

Russkispy · 08/10/2019 07:02

Lovely ladies, This process is never straight forward 😔 had my scan yesterday and thankfully the cyst. Phew. But, the lining is too thin. Always was good in the past but not today! Said it’s 85% transfer will happen and 15% not. That made me a bit upset. So she gave me eostrogen patches for every day on my tummy. And Gonal injections to continue till Friday. Then fly for the second scan on Friday.
Transfer Provisionally booked for next Saturday. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
It's really never straightforward and that's before even transfer and we then hit with tww! Never ending! But must stay calm and positive!

@Cleozeta hope the bleed eased off 🤞🏻🤞🏻

And hope everyone else is doing ok.

BooseysMom · 08/10/2019 14:35

@Russkispy.. you are so right, it is never straightforward! 85% is really good still though isn't it? I'm sorry if this sounds ignorant, i don't know anything about it so i'll shut up now! But wanted to wish you lots of luck for the transfer. Remember deep breaths! That's what i've been doing lately for an entirely different reason! good luck Russ x

Realitysucks · 08/10/2019 18:59

@Russkispyhopwdully the patch will help x fingers crossed and 85% is good.

@Cleozeta how are you? Is it any worse? I really hope it isn’t and just bedding in, I really have been thinking of you today, particularly as I got my NIPT test results through.

Realitysucks · 08/10/2019 19:00

@Russkispy what did I do to your name 🤣🤣🤣

Realitysucks · 08/10/2019 19:01

@BooseysMom thanks, how are you? Hope all ok with you x

BooseysMom · 08/10/2019 19:33

@Realitysucks... thanks for your msg. I'm just going thru a bad patch atm with my aged father and peri creeping ever closer. This month has been particularly bad as half the month i have been really depressed and have horrendous anxiety then it lifted for a few days only to plummet again when i had the issues to face with my dad. I've got bad palpitations and insomnia every night and itchy crawling feelings all over me. Shock These are all symptoms of peri apparently.. ladies stave it off as long as you can!! Thanks again Reality x

Realitysucks · 08/10/2019 20:16

@BooseysMom aww I’m sorry you are feeling down. Try and get rest I know how difficult it is with parents. My father was ill for years before he passed away in 2016, looking back I don’t know how I did it all but I did. It was one of my most difficult times in my life. Am thinking of you x

Chatbash72 · 08/10/2019 23:27

Thinking of you @Cleozeta, @Russkispy and @BooseysMom sending big hugs to all... smear booked in for Monday, I'll be day 25 in cycle but as we have only managed to dtd half a dozen times this month I'm not holding out much hope and smear is due.... they are important xxx

Cleozeta · 09/10/2019 07:57

Reality - how were your results? All good I hope?!
Bleeding has stopped now and have scan this afternoon so will find out more then.

Russkispy - fingers crossed for you. There is every chance this could still work for you

Boosey - sorry you are having such a difficult time. I was starting to get those kinds of peri symptoms over the last few years. It was shit.

Chat - dtd half a dozen times is a lot! 🤣 we never managed that much

Realitysucks · 09/10/2019 08:16

@Chatbash72 half a dozen 🤣🤣🤣 we are lucky if we hit 4 in a cycle 🤣🤣 on our lucky cycle it was 2! 2 days before peak and on peak day 2!

@Cleozeta I didn’t want to make a big deal about results as I was thinking of you x But they were fine thank you all came back negative and we are having a boy ! I really hope all is good today and I am keeping my fingers crossed for you, I really am. You so deserve this one last shot. All of us ladies here do. I just wish we could all have one last go.

I’ve been off and on this site for about a year now. There have been a core group of about 5-6 of you that hasn’t changed. You have all been so supportive especially you Cleozeta. I honestly don’t know how I would have got through the ivf this year without being able to rant, cry and panic behind the scene to you ladies. You all have got so much knowledge and advice and all of that whilst you are all going through your own struggles. It’s a pretty big testament to all of you.

Please let us know how you get on today x

twinkledag · 09/10/2019 09:39

Good luck today @Cleozeta and sending 💐 to all who need them X

Cleozeta · 09/10/2019 10:00

Congrats reality! Thats so so positive, and a boy! How lovely
I feel the same about everyone on here, you have all been so supportive. I've been through a lot of shit over the last few years and would have really struggled without the advice and support (and ears to rant to!) So I really appreciate you all Flowers

BooseysMom · 09/10/2019 10:01

@Realitysucks.. thank you for your kind words Smile. It really is difficult juggling it all with a young DS and an old DF who scream at each other most of the time! I'm caught in the middle just trying to keep everyone happy and I sometimes wonder why i bother!! It sounds like you had a stressful time too. Sorry to hear about your dad. My mum also passed away in 2016. It was just the worse time and like you, I don't know how i got thru it.
Now i don't know how i'd cope if i had a newborn thrown into the mix so i suppose it's just as well it won't ever happen Sad

Thank you @Chatbash72

@Cleozeta.. thanks for your msg..Thinking of you today..good luck x

KristieP2018 · 09/10/2019 10:38

Sending good thoughts your way today @Cleozeta xx
