Having quick catch up.. not been a fab week so just been quiet... congrats to all who have had scans... fab news @Russkispy and congrats on Bubba @Floofsquidge
ATM think af is on verge as spotting on day 27 which seems to be now regular to my cycles..

SparrowSG · 20/09/2019 12:13

Hi all, just popping in, I have been reading but not much time to type sorry. Starting IVF cycle next Wednesday and then leaving for Athens the Monday after, have a long list of 'to do's to get done before hand!

Congratulations to Floofsquidge, great to see good news stories on the thread.

I'm keeping everything crossed for you Cleozeta, really happy to hear your news.

rubyroot and Jojowash great to hear your scans went well.

Realitysucks, good luck for your next scan.

Russkispy, fantastic news about the eggs! Such a great outcome, when you say it might be a natural cycle in October, does that mean no drugs? Lucky you Smile

hmmm123, just to say that I also had an ectopic back in 2014, my two subsequent pregnancies were both ok so please try not to worry too much about the possibility of it happening again. Hope that you are taking care of yourself.

Chatbash sorry to hear it has not been a good week for you Flowers

Booseys hope you are doing ok, fingers crossed for the 'not preventing'

Hobbes a little late, huge congrats on the arrival of your babies, hope you are all doing well.

littlemimosa I know it is sometimes not helpful but my very good friend had her first at 43 thinking that she was perimenopausal. She had very irregular cycles and actually was completely unaware she was pregnant at the beginning. I hope that you will also be surprised in the same way too soon.

Sorry if I missed anyone.

Thank you petra. How are things going with you?

Thanks sparrow & good luck for your IVF cycle.

PetraRabbit · 20/09/2019 16:31

@Cleozeta - just hit third trimester and time is flying! I think sometimes I get busy and I need to stop and realise how grateful I am for this second baby. :)

Alarica · 20/09/2019 18:45

Hi @Chatbash72 maybe you've tried it before, but I found Vitex stopped the spotting for me

Chatbash72 · 20/09/2019 19:21

@Alarica I've not tried it before... I'm on 400mgs co enzyme q10 pregnacare concept vits, omega 3,6,9 and vit d spray.. think I'm prob on enough for now x

Cleozeta · 20/09/2019 19:50

Petra - thats great! Getting closer to the finish line Smile

hmmm123 · 20/09/2019 21:21

Thanks @SparrowSG I had never really thought about ectopic as a risk. I've since found out they are 1 in 80 pregnancies which is quite a lot isn't it?

I may give it one last shot but i need to psyche myself ( and dh) up mentally for it.

So excited for those of us who are pg and near the finish line!

I truly hope everyone on this thread gets there in the end!

beckymum · 20/09/2019 22:29

CD1 for me today. Onwards and upwards ....
I thought it was a bit hopeful to be lucky the first cycle after MC but at least at 27 days my cycles aren't too long .(looking for the positive in a negative month!!)
Kxx

Chatbash72 · 21/09/2019 08:36

@beckymum I hear you... day 2 and I'm doubled up with pain. Normally I have a very high pain threshold but this one is knocking the stuffing out of me... still in bed and pain in the bottom left of uterus... I'm wondering if I've missed something and it's a cp
Sending big hugs and keep positive.

DeviousBrie · 22/09/2019 11:35

Hope it's OK to update here, I was following this thread last year but then took a break (done NC as well). I've just got BFP, very early on, and already anxious. I had 2 MC last year (6 & 11 weeks) and I'd be 41 by due date end of May. 😮 since my MCs, I've been taking, apart from pregnacare conception, cq10, vit C and vitD spray. 🤞

Cleozeta · 22/09/2019 12:08

Congrats deviousbrie!
I am very similar to you, except 2 years older - eek!
I got my bfp a week or so ago (now 5+1) and very anxious after 2 mc last year at 10 & 5 weeks. Just did a cb digi for reassurance and thankfully got 3+.
Such an anxious time and its so hard to relax when you have experienced loss, but so grateful to have this chance and feel hope again

DeviousBrie · 22/09/2019 12:44

Congrats and good luck, Cleozeta! 👍

Realitysucks · 22/09/2019 13:06

@Cleozeta glad things seem to be progressing well. I went to gp at your stage and got a HCG test then one a week later just to put my mind at rest only because 5+5 was my danger zone in previous MCs. You must be due not long after me as I’m only 3.5 weeks ahead of you. 9 weeks today I just need to get a good result at my next scan.

Kimm123 · 22/09/2019 13:58

Hi ladies....just to ask what other tablets should i be taking to conceive....at the moment i am taking lamberts strong start vitamins...xx

Cleozeta · 22/09/2019 15:11

Reality - fingers crossed for your scan, please keep us updated! My dangerzone now is 6+4 as that's when baby stopped growing last time. I just hope it's different this time as I know it's my last shot. My due date if this works out would be 23rd May

karryk · 23/09/2019 16:52

Just popping by...many congratulations to the ladies having bfps and scans ❤️ and the safe arrival of your bub @Floofsquidge

Xxx

littlemimosa · 26/09/2019 21:02

@SparrowSG thanks for the positivity. My cycles are SO wacky now it’s scary. Just had a 50 day one. 59 last time. It doesn’t leave me much hope. Anyway CD4 today so at least I still have something. Hope you’re ok x

@Cleozeta got everything crossed for you. I have a good feeling about this one x

Cleozeta · 26/09/2019 21:23

Thank you mimosa x

Russkispy · 27/09/2019 11:35

We have 12 top quality blasts in the freezer. 2 of them were biopsied and PGS tested. I just got results back and both are healthy and no abnormalities detected. A huge relief and passed another huge milestone.
Next weekend I’ll be flying to our clinic for a scan, after AF next week, to check on the cyst and also determine whether I’ll have natural or medicated cycle before transfer in 3 weeks or so. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
