Hi guys I am 7DPO (I think) and don’t think I’ve done it this month but feeling rather alone and would like someone to talk to about it all!

Only symptoms I’ve had this month are IM BOILING HOT (but it is June), I’m really tired constantly and went to bed at 8.30 the last two nights (but my work is crap atm) and really heavy, sore boobs.

Think I ovulated last Monday/Tuesday and going to test Friday. My periods aren’t back to being regular as of yet after coming off the mini pill so it’s anyones guess.

Would love someone to symptom spot with!

It is June but the weather has been pretty rubbish!

I feel sick but I did last month and I think it's my hormones from ovulation!

I’ve been TTC since January but when I came off the mini pill my first cycle was 80 days! Then my next was 40 days and now I’m in my third cycle so hoping they hope back more regularly soon!

I’ve also been spotting for an entire week before starting AF, it’s been horrendous :(.

From my reckoning, I think AF is due next Tuesday but that’s literally a guess haha.

When’s yours due and are you regular? I also feel sick around ovulation it’s crap how all BFP symptoms are AF symptoms too!

Did you track anything to confirm ovulation? Usually af is 14 days after.

Agree the symptoms are too similar it's like a sick joke!

This is cycle 2 for me (came of the combine pill mid March didn't have af until beginning of May)

Will this be your first? It's our first 😁

Actually got a bfp last month, then started to bleed a week later and then negative tests which was rubbish but hoping for a sticky baby soon!

It was like clockwork last month compared to my first af and this one is delayed by a couple of days due to the early miscarriage/chemical but not too far off.

I already have a cupboard full of tests and need to make sure I don't take them early 😂

Are you going to try to wait til after you think af is due to test?

@Abi58 10 years on and off just kicking myself for not coming off sooner! :( had blood tests at the doctors though and I’m all fine so just a matter of waiting!

I always say I’m going to do OPKs but I can never be bothered and I had 3 days of EWCM this month and pain in my right hand side so guessing that was ovulation!

It will be my first and I can’t wait! I am only 25 though so plenty of time but still feeling impatient! So so sorry to hear about last month, hopefully this one will be your month!

I think I’m going to hold off for now but maybe take one Saturday morning and then go from there! What about you?

@AllTheGlitter I was on it for 12 so I know the feeling since coming off I can feel EVERyThINg and am so sensitive to my hormones 😂

Aw yeah you have plenty of time but I get the impatience 😁 I'm 28 so want to have 1st ASAP so if we have more it won't start to get difficult.

That sounds good! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 I'm 3dpo so anything before 10 is prob too early. Got positive last month at 10 so it will be tempting but want to try and hold til next thurs or Friday

Hey ladies thought it may be okay to join, after reading your posts I'm in the same boat as you both. Was on the combined pill for almost 12 years & came off it early March. TTC for the first time ever and learning loads from interacting with others on here! I don't have anyone IRL to go through this experience with so also looking for TTC buddies.
Sorry to hear you've been having a bad time of it, our bodies are crazy with hormones and we're probably all just levelling out atm I hope!
I'm 27 & currently on 11 days PO with AF due Saturday so planning on testing then.
Having symptoms:

• stabbing pains last night in middle of uterus
• feeling like I'm on a boat (not quite dizzy but funny) the past few days
• feeling acid in my throat, heartburn?
• being really thirsty so constantly drinking/peeing
• not quite cramps but more of an ache/twinges.

@lonelyonee have you done a test if you’re 11DPO? Exciting! I don’t know how you can hold out that long haha!

@Abi58 I’m going to try and hold out too but it’s just so irritating when I want to know NOW! Everyone around me is getting pregnant too and i feel like it will never happen

@AllTheGlitter I did one this morning that was negative but it was just an Asda own one- maybe should have used a FRER but I'll just wait now until Saturday so I don't go through a load of them as money's tight atm & I can't really afford to get anymore.
But with AF being due then should be the right time to test really! Just got to get through the rest of the week now!
Have you had any pains?

Welcome @lonelyonee same here only a few know were trying as didn't wan looks and questions as don't want to have to constantly say not yet when I desperately want it! Only told my husband and 2 others about cp/em as well so it's been a lifesaver talking about it here.

Sound like very promising symptoms 🤞🏻 for you and not long to go now!! 😁

@AllTheGlitter I know the feeling I don't have people around me getting pregnant but I'm surrounded by babies in the family and our friend circles. I'm so impatient! You're a lot closer to being able to test than I am 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

OHs family are aware as they're an open bunch which is nice. I'm not sure how I'd tell my family though.
My best friends know but since they're all without children/not trying/single it's nice to have you guys to go through the process with

Hi guys. Hope you don't mind me jumping in. I came off the pill October last year, and my periods have been quite irregular but I haven't being too concerned until now. I'm cycle day 41, and according to my tracker I'm 6 days late, but having done a pregnancy test tonight, it's a negative. I have no symptoms, but so frustrating as I want my period to come so I can try again!! I never imagined I'd have problems getting pregnant but as each month passes I feel sad and frustrated. It would be nice to speak to ppl in a similar situation as OH doesn't really understand , and his thinking is it will happen when it happens! X

I'm 32, TTC no.1
Stopped mini pill in March. 1st cycle was about 60 days long. Currently on cd35. Not sure what's happening this cycle. My best guess I ovulated 5 days ago but actually not sure if I ovulated earlier or if it's still to happen. I've been checking cm but think I'm looking too hard to ewcm, and seeing it on/off for several weeks. Very confusing! Glad to hear from some other people with long cycles after the pill, it's very frustrating!

Hi all, can I join? TTC #2 since feb. I’m in a weirdly long cycle now for the first time (since starting to track). Had a really long period with spotting for days, then didn’t ovulate til cd22. Now waiting for what feels like AGES, for a bfo or af to appear. 7dpo now. I’m not sure when af is due as I’ve never had a cycle this long that I’m aware of. It’s usually 25-27 days.

Going to try and hold off on testing until I’m 11dpo. I hate the disappointment, but it’s so hard not to test

@lonelyonee yeah I completely agree! Both our parents know but I don't want to talk the details and through the cycle so they know when I'm testing that's too much for me.

@Keepingfaith100 sorry to hear you're having a hard time. My husband is really amazing and understanding but similar in that he's trying to be optimistic and it will happen when it happens but he doesn't have weird things happening to his body that make him wonder google and obsess. They mean well but we have a front row seat!

@Skyla01 welcome! Are you using anything like opks/temp? You can get several patches of fertile Cm so it's best to check with others to confirm it.

@CroissantwithCheese how did you confirm ov? 🤞🏻 for you! Not long til you will test then 😁

@CroissantwithCheese AF normally arrives 14 days after ovulation for most people, so if you know ovulation date you can work from there.
@Abi58 thanks. Yes I am planning to try a cheap opk next cycle. Last cycle I knew exactly when ov was from cm changes but unfortunately it wasn't clear at all this month. In limbo a bit just now. Actually might be glad to see AF so I can start fresh on a new cycle!

@Skyla01 I get ewcm for a week before it goes sticky after but I do opks as well and temp so I get triple confirmation it's happened 😂 only started all that as when I stopped the pill I didn't know what my body was doing so I decided to take back control (well knowledge being the control haha)

Have you had any clues when you might have ovd?

@Skyla01 ah ok. Then that would make af due on the 26th. My app was telling me 24th. I used OPK to test for o and added to the app when I got a +OPK. I was feeling very sensitive today though and don’t “feel” pregnant. So I think this unusually long cycle will lead to a bfn :( somehow that makes it easier to wait before testing.

If you know when to expect AF I think it feels better to wait for af than see a negative test. If you're a few days late you can always do a test then.
My problem this cycle is I don't know when I ovulated so no idea when to expect AF.

Hi guys can I jump in :) I’m 27 and TTC no.1.. been off the pill 11 weeks now and haven’t had anything since withdrawal bleed, been trying ovulation sticks over the last month but they are never positive and just keep getting darker then lighter, just home from holidays, had a spike in my BBT last week and serious period cramps but nothing came, took a pregnancy test yesterday and had a very faint line, then again this morning but nothing at all on that. So really confused if I’ve maybe just hormones bouncing about trying to start working again 🙈

So frustrating as I just want to be pregnant already! Wished I knew the effects of the darn pill a lot sooner

Are you guys tracking your cycles & symptoms via an app?
I use ovia atm, it's quite good although it's always telling me to exercise haha!
It's also telling me to take a test today but I'm going to wait until he morning if AF doesn't appear between now and then.

@lonelyonee yes I’m using the glow app so I track my bbt on it as well as upload any ovulation tests I take but because I haven’t had an AF from the pill I don’t know when to expect my cycles to start again

@lonelyonee i was tracking religiously but I eased off a bit now as I don’t want to become obsessed. I used Flo originally then heard of Ovia so I used both to give me an idea on dates. I’ve not used an ovulation testing kit, I’ve used my CF as a guide but think I will try them this cycle (AF arrived yesterday).
I didn’t realise until TTC all the science involved! OH works away a lot, so this adds pressure of timings but fingers crossed it will happen soon!

@PeanutButter19 what pill were you on? I came off the pill October last year, and my first cycle after withdrawal bleed was 41 days. They say your periods should return to normal after 3 months of being off the pill so your body may just be adjusting.
