Hola so even though I said I wouldn’t, I’m at that point in the 2WW where seem to doin is think and worry about whether I’ve caught or not. Ive been doing BBT and today my temp dropped below the cover line. I’m 6DPo, had painful boobs which are increasing since 3 dpo (although this is a usual sign for me that I guess of happened) going out of my mind! Had a bit more cm than usual fx this is my month! How’s everyone else getting on?? X

I'm 6DPO as well! Trying desperately not to think about it, and this is cycle 1 for me so it's not very likely that I'll be lucky this month, but I can't help desperately hoping! Not sure about symptoms as I wasn't feeling well at all last week but it was far too early for anything, so trying not to do too much symptom-spotting at this point.

Hi, im 6-8 dpo depending on which app I look at. From my opk I think 6. Having loads of lower back pains and mild cramping and suddenly aware of tingling in my boobs. Trying to keep a level head and not get hopes up. 2 mc in the last year so hoping for a bit of a break. Fingers crossed x

I think I'm 1dpo not too sure. Had positive opk on Tuesday so assuming I ovulated yesterday (possibly today)

Been having really bad cramps, back ache and nausea since yesterday afternoon, recently off the pill so not sure what's normal for me but it's worse than my usual af /withdrawal cramps!

The more the merrier! Hey ladies! So today I broke out with spots...checked previous cycles and apparently this is the norm for me so I think I’m out. I caught in jan but it ended in mc 😔. Hopefully we will all have something to celebrate by the end of this tww! Sorry to hear about you mcs @dottyp0104 hope this is your year. I had cramps too today. I’ve been BBTing and I had a dip yesterday. Today it’s gone up. Fx for us all!

@Claire78564 don't want to get your hopes up but that sounds like the mysterious implantation dip, keeping everything crossed for you!

Did any of you have cramps or back ache with or immediately after ovulation ?

Haha @Abi58 yeah I’m not holding out much hope :/ used to seeing those BFNs! I’ve attached my chart so far. I had sharp pinches around my left side after ovulation. Maybe it means that you have definitely ovulated. I tend to get painful boobs soon after ov and it lasts until last times. I’m sure it’s all good signs

Hoping so.i stopped the pill end of March and didn't have a withdrawal bleed or af until 3rd May which lasted 3 days. Then had positive opk Tuesday. Cramps since, really bad and backache, and sore (erect) nipples with my left breast having sharp achey pains. And the sick feeling!

Hoping it's good. It it seems quite intense, alsmost like af is on its way but it's far too early.

I was on the pill don’t think I will go back on it after we have finally been able to conceive. All of what they Tell you about catching straight away is a load of rubbish! Your chart looks move steady so I think it will give you more accurate results. All of what you Have been feeling suggests ovulation to me so it’s a good sign for you.

@Claire78564 same here after coming off and having my real hormones start to take over I'm thinking maybe flooding myself with fake hormones was the best thing for me.

I don't think it's more steady I think your temperature axis is more zoomed in/stretched than mine that's all.

Do you follow pg advise on food and alcohol in the 2ww ? Not sure whether it's ok (talking a glass of something no more) until BFP

@Claire78564 how long have you been ttc and been off the pill?

I’ve been trying since November, cause I’m jan, mc in Feb, started TTC in March again. Yeah I get what you Mean :). I try to just eat healthy and don’t go OTT. How about you? I’m too scared to test haha I think I might wait until next Wednesday unless af turns up which I think she will....skin is a nightmare at the moment I’m sure I shall have a couple each month but 6 pimples in one day !! When you thinking of testin? Xx

How many dpo will you be then?

I'm not sure. I want to say until af is due but still unsure what my cycle will be having only had one bleed since the pill. Apps predict af is due 29th/30th May so probably the weekend before with an early in the hope 🙈 I'm at a friends wedding on the weekend after af is due so hoping to know before then lol. I'd love to wait longer to test til more likely but I'm too excited and nervous to know lol!

🤞🏻🤞🏻 😁 I'm actually feeling quite hopeful but trying not to get my hopes up too much.

Work up an hour and a half earlier this morning and my baby was the same as yesterday, as it was early I checked a bbt adjuster out of curiosity and it adjusted it to 36.75 (was 36.58 which is around my usual) hoping that's the rise after ovulation but again will have to wait til tomorrow to find out. Interestingly when I woke up properly I retook my temp and it was down to 36.5!

Would love to understand how waking up and disturbed sleep affects it

Haha @Abi58 those are all good signs! I can’t see why it would go down tomorrow so you prob have captured when You ov. My temp has risen too! Don’t really get it but I just follow what the app Says haha! I haven’t got high hopes this month, I just can’t see it happening which I know is a negative way to look at it but I’m worried getting my hopes up too much will upset me if I get a BFN. I hope stress doesn’t have an impact on these things because the whole TTC is stressing me out!

Hi all..

Can I jump on the bus? I'm roughly 8/9dpo according to my app. I had a progesterone test done on Wednesday got my results yesterday which stated i ovulated. My result was 30.3..is this good? What do you guys think is the chances of being pregnant with that level? I've never got this far before and also I'm thinking about testing tomorrow or Sunday morning with a frer. I've not really got any symptoms. My boobs aren't hurting. Maybe a little bit bloating but that's about it really.

Really upset - my FRER order was supposed to arrive today so I could test tomorrow but I've got home and there's no sign of them. Can't get hold of any locally either so it looks like I'm going to have to wait another few days :(.

Hey @mummylaura1988 I don’t know much about progesterone levels but I would say 30 is good. Why did you have the test? I hope it works out for you! @0teaabdtoast0 try not to feel too down at least AF hasn’t shown so that’s a good thing. I’m going to not test until my period is a day late. I just can’t ever see me missing one tho! Today I’ve had twinges but they could be lady times coming! Skin break out is awful too :( all showing signs of no BFN and too scared to do the test! How’s everyone feeling? X
