Is it me or does number 2 seem to take longer to conceive?

@Wrigleys123 yes I had my blood test Monday - got my results back today and I'm still slightly anaemic, one of my liver functions are showing high and the doctor said it is sometimes linked to pregnancy. But think that's just wishful thinking🙄 saying that I've had lots of symptoms this month and I'm not 9dpo so fingers crossed!
Hope your OPK gives you a BFP this month! Keep us updated 😍

Thanks @Wrigleys123 it's Monday it seemed to drag but now it's feels like it's come round too quick - the 3-5 days waiting for the results are gonna feel like the longest of my life tho!! Xx

Fingers crossed nicole! When do you think you’ll test?

Finding the tww and absolute killer this time. I often get bloating before AF, and it’s always worse when I’ve had a long cycle. I feel like a big gassy whale! Had parents evening last night and I swear by the end of the last appointment half my concentration was on not farting! Think I was a little bit abrupt and basically ran to the loos as soon as I’d got them out the door! . Now on the train wishing there was nobody sitting next to me.....

DH keeps asking me if I might be pregnant. I wish he wouldn’t, Ive told him There’s no point testing for another week. He seems so hopeful this cycle, it’s going to be extra crap if AF turns up. He’s making me feel hopeful, and after so many cycles I thought I was kind of past that.

On the bright side, DD is suddenly sleeping really well. Nightweaning is done, so she still has her bedtime feed before a story, but once it’s story time that’s it. Blacking out her window has really helped as well, she was waking early but isn’t now it’s still dark in her room (in fact, DMum had her yesterday and she slept in till 11.30!!!). Next stop, big girl bed!

@crazychemist - My DH had a good feeling about the month we got pregnant even tho I'd written it off coz we didn't get a positive OPK so you never know!!
It's good about your DD mine had been sleeping really well but recently she's got a bad cough so she's coming thru to our room at about midnight when her cough wakes her up! She goes straight back to sleep in our bed!! Before she was coming thru to us bout 6.30ish or I had to go through to her room and wake her up!

Good luck all! My AF still not arrived. Will do the FRER tomorrow when I get back from holiday. Do you have to do it with first morning wee? Otherwise have to wait till Sunday. It’s killing me not knowing!

Oh explorers how exciting! I have been wondering about you, not sure how you've had the strength to buy one off amazon and pay extortionate postage to wherever you are!

No you don't need to use FMU, it says on the box any time is fine and to be honest at 4 days late for AF I don't think timing of test would make any difference regardless of brand.

@Chips4dinneragain thank you will do it tomorrow, i’ll be home by 10am so it be a mad rush to the drawer where i put the test after removing it from my suitcase. Will let you know tomorrow. It’s very odd I don’t have any symptoms apart from AF no show plus the blood in my pants last Friday which was barely anything

@Explorers10 so exciting fingers crossed for you -you don't usually get symptoms this early anyway! Let us know what the test shows as soon as you know-you might get a stronger result if you use FMU but like others have said 4 days late it should show up anyway! HCG levels almost double everyday for the first 12 weeks apparently!! Xx

Can’t believe it! Didn’t think it would happen for me again after all the things the doctor said. Thank you everyone for your support and to say to keep trying. Also pleased I didn’t have to start the clomid. The bleeding last week must have been implantation bleeding, annoyed I had a glass of wine without realising!

Thank you doesn’t feel real. TTC is really tough. I hope all of you still waiting get your BFPs soon. My due date on my app is coming up as 28th Feb and it’s a leap year next year! My DH was born on 27th Feb.

Congratulations @Explorers10 so pleased for you -I had a result like this where it was such a strong positive that the test line steals dye from the control line! I wouldn't worry about the wine they have there own food sac til about 10 weeks when they link to the placenta!! Xxx

@MummyBearBoo my DH did spot the lines compared to the lines on the instructions that it was the wrong way round and why one was lighter than the other and thought something was wrong . I know a birthday every 4 years

Which month of trying was it for you Explorers ? How funny a leap year baby, would be pretty special!

If I do conceive this month which I highly doubt, would be due the same month as my daughter's birthday

@Wrigleys123 it took 7 months although I didn’t try for 1 month in March as I was too upset as the doctor said with my blood results it was too late and is unlikely I would conceive again with my high testesterone. I guess the next step is to wait for 12 week scan and eat well and hope everything is ok and developing fine.

P.s you never know this may be your month I definitely thought it would never happen and still don’t feel pregnant yet.

Leap year baby would be exciting! I know someone who has this, and they just celebrate a day early on the other years and have a special party every time their birthday actually exists.

I’m so OVER this tww! I’ve still got nearly another week to go and I’m just so sick of it. Stupid 2 LH surges and long cycles I feel like it’s been forever. Bollocks all symptoms so I’m not feeling remotely hopeful and just want next week to be over already.

(Sorry, bit grumpy today as you can probably tell!)

My EDD is same month a me and my DD-, DH's wallet will be crying in January especially if this baby is ok - got my scan and CVS test tomorrow I'm totally bricking it!! Last time NT was 4.1 and day later got confirmation baby had downs and then 2 days later confirmed also had genetic condition which meant I had to have TFMR! Fingers crossed this one is a keeper!!
@crazychemist -like I've said before I had no symptoms and wasn't hopeful month I conceived!!
@Explorers10 -hope everything is going ok have you got any symptoms yet- I've finally stopped feeling sick just got really sore boobs now which I've had since about week 5!
I'm 11w+2days today! Xx
