Is it me or does number 2 seem to take longer to conceive?

@crazychemist my DH was like that over Christmas. It really knocked me he was under a lot of stress with work too and to be fair we had just moved house. It's hard isn't it

I imagine it's going to feel like a long night nespresso! I will be very impressed if you manage to hold off telling your DH Until Tuesday, this time I didn't tell DH the night I got a positive on an IC but I rang him the next day when I got a positive frer and that was 10 days before AF was due!

10 days!!! 😱 that is amazing! I bet it felt like an age til the 12 week scan. I am going to ask for an early reassurance one due to MC last year.

I will at least wait til Sunday as he's out on the razz with friends Saturday and I don't want him blabbing 😂

I'm googling loads. I need to stop.

I'm still waiting, haven't even had my booking in appointment yet but feels like I've been pregnant forever even though I'm o LH 9wks! Sorry to hear about your MC, an early scan sounds sensible to put your mind at rest, I had early scans with DD and its so reassuring.

@nespressowoo woohoo this is so exciting! It's a lucky thread we've got going. I didn't tell DH for two days as wanted the line to get darker and to get a different test. I also needed to digest it myself first. In the end just texted him at work and he was like ok cool! But everyone is different

My DH guessed I was preggers the moment he got in from work as I had a big smile 😂

My DS is 2 1/2 - he's a handful at the moment

Oh that is absolutely great nespresso! Obviously an anxious time but I really don't think brown spotting is anything to worry about, seems like it's just the implantation blood slowly working its way out.

You wouldn't bloody believe it, but DS and I had just got in from walking to the shop to get some kidney beans and my flipping key snapped in the lock and the bloke turned up. Had to call my ILs who came to the rescue. FIL asked what was in the package I said 'oh just some bits for DS!'

Feeling totally shit again today. Trying to find a new preschool for DD, but it’s hard not knowing where DH will be working (assuming he is!). Everywhere near us has a waiting list, the one that we would prefer is booked up for the next two years at least. So it’s all rather bollocks. If I’d seen this coming at all I would have started looking sooner. I’d be cross if I wasn’t so bloody depressed by the whole thing. I think this will be the first month when I’ll actually be glad to get AF as being pregnant would make everything even more complicated. Shit.

@Chips4dinneragain -my Drs told me you usually need to be booked in before 10 weeks so the hospital have your results for your 12 week scan?
@crazychemist -hope your DH finds a job soon and you still get DD into a nice pre-school!

@crazychemist I know how you feel about preschool. It is so stressful. We didn't know where we were moving to and trying to decide which preschool was bonkers. Hope things improve for you soon x

Not surprised you're feeling down chemist what a shitty thing to happen. it really sounds like your DH has been treated appallingly if they have used a technicality to get rid of him for a reason unrelated to his performance.

So I’m 3 days late but tests showing negative. Stuck in limbo now waiting for next cycle

@Ballygowenwater there's still hope. My friend didn't get a positive test until she was a week late x

@chips4dinneragain yes quite, always between 28 and 30 Days. On day 33 now 🤷‍♀️
