Ladies, can you please tell me what you make of these temps? The first pic is November where my temps were more normal and getting higher closer to ov with a clear dip then rising again, and above 36'. The second one is this month where they seem to be going down slightly and I'm due to ov on Sunday??

@BabySquid both completely normal. The only thing that needs to happen is a three-day rise after you ovulate. Whatever happens before that doesn't matter unless it's something extreme, which it isn't in your case. If you've been taking isoflavones, it might change your pattern as well even after you stopped.

@flapjackered, yay to having sex again! You go girl 🙂 I think they want me to wait until next af to give my body time to build back up after the surgery? They didn't actually say we couldn't try before, just that they recommended waiting.

So ladies... In the meantime we're gonna have some fun but I also want to get plann3. I'm determined this will happen for us, preferably soon! So I'll be looking into getting opks, vitamins, an ap (I deleted fertility friend a while ago) and maybe even some of that conception lube! Still not 100% down with temping yet, but we'll see! Xxx

@BostonFern I know, although I am going to try and be really good this month and not symptom spot (famous last words lol) Aww bless how sweet of him, think my DP needs to up his game 😂although he has been good helping out around the house this week.

@LuckyPenguin fingers crossed that you DTD around the right time, sometimes things happen when you are not so much actively trying!

@PinkFizz19 sorry to hear DP is annoying you, it happens to us all and I guess you might just need to try and put your foot down and stress the importance of FW and how small the window is and that he can watch the racing anytime. My DP is pretty lazy but once he's given a push he can be ok. Hope you get DTD soon lovely xx

Didn't actually get round to bding last night... well we did but DH felt the pressure I think 🙈 so going to try again tonight 🤞🏻just hope if I was ovulating we haven't missed anything. We bd'd on Monday night and if we manage tonight then I'll still have managed every other day 🤞🏻 x

Got this result this morning on my opk but it's just behind being positive 🙈 (bottom result) x

@BabyO1988 looks like it'll positive soon. I've seen it happen when it just under positive then goes light, and then you get a true positive a couple of days later. Once it is positive, you won't question your eyes 🙂

@KatBeCool thank you for your support 🙂 I'm hoping that might happen 🤞🏻 I'm going to use the opk's 3 times a day and see if I get that positive soon.

@BabyO1988 - Poor DH 🙈 Mine became positive in the evening after having one that sort of colour in the afternoon, so yours might change to positive later this afternoon? :) FX!
@Fivebyfive2 - good luck to your next try, and have fun gathering all your tools! Remember a little goes a long way with pre-seed lube
@PinkFizz19 - wow 4 times in a row? We'd never do that, get you haha. He might need a day off in the middle of that anyway so can get the wrigglers (and him!) good and energetic ready for the next round

We're gonna get another BD in either tonight or tomorrow, then I'll feel quite confident we're all covered for this month! Can't believe it will be the TWW again so soon, AF dragged on and on with spotting/brown cm afterwards for agesssss, so feel like it's been no time at all leading up to ovulation. It means my cycle is a bit shorter than usual too, which am thinking might be the soya isoflavones? I might skip them next cycle, as that will be the last cycle before I hopefully go back to the docs, so want to have my cycles as natural as possible before then.

@BabyO1988 I'm in the TWW, currently 6DPO and so far not symptom spotting, guess thats cos I'm not feeling too hopeful this cycle

Reading all these I feel for my DH 🙈🤣 or should I say he is privileged 🤷🏻‍♀️😂
We normally average on 4 times a week anyways, so in the FW we manage it fine. But it's obviously not working lol!!
Just don't put too much pressure on yourselves as it totally takes the fun out of it I suppose. But even me, with the relaxed side doesn't work either lol.

@BabyO1988 I'm sure it will be positive very soon 😊 I thought some of mine would be classed as positive, then my first strong one I literally couldn't believe what I was seeing ha!!

I can't wait until AF has finished so I can start over 😊 hopefully tonight/tomorrow!

@Lottiepink you've all got me feeling much more positive (excuse the pun) 😂Just hope I get my result soon. My stronger one on Monday was later in the day so I might get one today or very soon.

Like you say it's hard to not get obsessed and you want to keep it fun.

@lozzlepop @bosternfern @mrsR16 Gonna join you in the TWW madness!? I am dpo 4 - though only got my temp rise this morning which is a bit worrying. But had some blazing positive OPKs, and been at it like rabbits since, so fingers crossed we DTD at the right time. :-)

@pinkfizz My man was like this too for the first few months. I know how you feel! Through the NHS recommend DTD every other day during FW for optimal sperm production!

As we are TTC for longer and longer, my OH is getting more and more interested in the TTC crap. He used to huff when the thermometer beeped in the morning, now he eagerly asks what the temp is! It is all so sweet. And I just can't wait until I can finally tell him he is gonna be a dad!

@baby01988 The pressure does get to them sometimes! Sometimes the little fella doesn't like the limelight... ha! Those OPKs are not quite positive yet from what I can see, test every few hours as you are def close. Then the day after a positive OPK is usually ovulation day. So you might time it perfectly.. FX for you!

@KittieKath yes join us! All sounds v promising, I will keep everything crossed for you 🤞🏻thats so sweet that your OH is taking so much interest, I have been trying to keep things mostly casual for now and not put too much pressure on it just yet but thinking if we don't catch this month a plan will need to be put in place for next month. Trying to focus on March Madness this TWW 👌🏻

After my short period I've had constant back ache and random cramping so I ordered some cheaper tests! I feel like I've lost the plot so much that even when I'm not in the tww I'm symptom spotting 😂

@KittieKath have you done many opk's and had results similar to mine just before ovulation?

@Lottiepink I can't wait to get that bfp. Still unsure whether to do them with DH or on my own and surprise him somehow if and when we do get one! FX for your bfp if you're in the TTW now.

@Lozzlepop my symptom spotting started today 🤦🏼‍♀️ had some weird feelings in my pelvic area and starting wondering if it could be implantation. Will try harder not to symptom spot tomorrow 😂

@BabyO1988 I think you'll get a positive tomorrow! I always think it's quite exciting to see the line getting darker.....I think I might be a bit sad though! If it helps, this is what my progression looked like- as @KatBeCool said once you get a positive it should be quite clear:

@BabyO1988 I have been doing OPKs for two cycles. I have got positives both times, and they got darker over the course of about 36hours, like yours, and were then positive for less than 24hours, and then started to fade again. I got very strong bold positives.

I test about 3 times a day once I start to see a surge. To make sure I catch it.

However, last month I had a temp rise BEFORE my positive OPKs, and this month it was four days AFTER my positive OPK. So fuck knows what that means!

@MrsAW2018 I think i am 4 dpo. But Glow predicted I would ovu on Monday, then I got positive OPKs and it moved the prediction to Saturday, which was in the past by then. Which wasn't very helpful!

We'll see - we were pretty "busy" over the weekend, so fingers crossed!

@lozzlepop Yeah my OH is so surprised we are struggling to conceive, he thought it would be a breeze! So now he has realised there might be a bit more to it than just having a fun time shooting his load (!!!) he is suddenly more interested by all the TTC faff... we now have a definite plan/schedule. pah!

We will give it a couple more months and then head to the docs. Check his swimmers are heading in the right direction etc!

I too am trying to be chill, and feel zen up until TWW - and then go superfucking PSYCHO again!!!!

I've had a few stomach twinges/very mild cramps over the last week and now I've got pains at the base of my back so god knows what that means! I don't want to symptom spot too much but my back is hard to ignore! X

I think I'm experiencing ovulation pains for the first time ever. Suddenly have a stitch-like feeling on the right-hand side of my abdomen it's either that or from the lunchtime yoga!

I'm due to ovulate on Thursday (although not tracking so not sure how accurate that is!). We BD on Sunday, OH was away Monday and we were both unwell yesterday (still unwell) but hoping if we BD today, Friday and Sunday we should be fairly well covered! We're away next week with family so won't be much BDing going on then!

Which means my TWW essentially starts on Friday, anyone else going to be on a similar schedule?

@Lemonysherbet I know what you mean about symptom spotting when not even in TWW - I read the other day about a lady who got her 'normal period' then just felt sick etc so did a test and got BFP. Think she's an exception Ob not the rule but did make me think twice haha.

@starkid sounds like ovulation pain to me!

I've just realised that if I conceive this cycle I will be able to surprise OH with it on our ten year anniversary in a few weeks.
