Yes @blackfriars on an IC this morning. Whiter than white 😭 still boobs are killing, neck is sore and spot central in my face. I’m trying to get as many hot baths in as possible before the dreaded af arrives. Just not feeling very positive now

Mentioned on another post - sis in law just made the big announcement, twins pending. 😶

@SunnyL88 oh I'm sorry. It's such a blow, even if you are happy for others. I've just seen on FB (WHY DO I GO ON THERE!!!!!) that someone from uni has liked Seraphine (the maternity clothing company) and so I'm assuming she's pregnant and not announced yet. She's lovely and I really wish her all the best but I just feel gutted inside.

Whats also making it harder is, my job changed recently and I now work with poorly babies and kids all day and damn it makes me so broody when I see the babies and toddlers especially. Sadness!

Ohhh no to both scenarios- similar, I’m a nursery teacher and those little cuties get me all the time. 💔

@PinkFizz19 hi cycle buddy! I really hope it happens for you this month, would be lovely to tell your DP on his birthday. I'm good, CD 21 now and 7DPO. Thats a pain that your dates were out, it might have moved this month?

I've got work to distract me at least- less nice but very effective! Symptom spotting to the max, despite not actually thinking I've got lucky this month. I'm genuinely not going to know what to do with myself when it happens, I've had so many imaginary and fantasy pregnancies that don't know how I'll react to the real thing

@FlapJackered well they really liked me but are now making changes to the whole department so are no longer after someone at the moment. Said they really liked me and will be in touch. @cupcakesandglitter we haven't even tried this month because of my situation so I'm thinking it's just stress causing me to be late and ill. I did do an IC yesterday at about 11 and it was Negative x

@KatBeCool and @Hannah192 I finally got my positive opk! Thought it was was coming yesterday from my results and got my positive this morning. No denying it or squinting like you said! Confirmed again this morning with another cheap opk and also got my solid face with my cb! Never been so happy. If I'm like this with an opk, can't imagine what I'll be like if and when I get my bfp 😂😂

How do I start counting my dpo? From today?

We dtd last night and the night before and plan to for the next few nights to keep everything covered. X

@PeacockingAbout no it hasn't gone off yet! I've got till Monday. I can't seem to get the wordy bit right, which really frustrates me 😂

@BabyO1988 yay for the positive opk!! I was exactly the same, happy dance and all that! 😂 we will be nightmares when we actually get BFP 😂 I don’t actually know.. I got my positive opk on Sunday, so I think I’m saying today that I’m 4dpo, but I’m not certain 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m deffo symptom spotting after just 4 days though!! It’s going to be a looong 2 weeks!

I have just looked at my opks over the last few days and they are much stronger than normal, I don't know what that means if anything? 🤷🏼‍♀️

AF due next Weds - think I'm going to test on Sat as I'll be 10DPO and honestly, I have no self control and like peeing on sticks I think!!

@BabyO1988 yay for the positive opk. Since you don't temp, it's tricky to calculate the exact day of ovulation after the test. CB, will put you at 2 days after the positive, if you read their instructions. Keep poas until it goes lighter, then you'll see how long your surge is, it can last up to two days and you don't ovulate during the surge. To be safe, I'd go with Friday as ovulatiom. As long as you keep dtd probably until Sunday at least, it doesn't matter how precisely you calculated ovulation or possibly got it wrong by a day.
