Hi all just checking in, my stats are;
29, cycle 10 CD16, due to ov on the 14th 😏

@TrashKitten10 I was the same, felt like I was putting my job on hold last year in fear I'd get a new one then go 'oh btw I'm pregnant!' Soon after. But my ex-colleague told me not to put anything on hold or I'd regret it, now I'm happily settled into a great job closer to home and still on the TTC bus!! Don't wait ☺️

@Lozzlepop I am also well into the TWW also. I am about 5DPO and I will be trying my best not to symptom spot 😂

@thumper59 I have watched YOU and loved it, even though it was strange. I love series like that and I binged watched it with my OH in about 2 days over Christmas 🙈

@TrashKitten10 do not worry I managed to get my Sunday Roast and it was bloody yummy. Didn't even need to cook it as the OH took me out but I don't believe you can ever beat a home cooked roast.

Do we have anyone who will be POAS soon or anyone who is feeling like this is their month??

Well AF is due two weeks today for me but I am still yet to ovulate so we'll see what happens! I'm very crampy today though. I'll do an OPK after work and see what's happening

@KatBeCool @cupcakesandglitter @Lozzlepop @DayDreamer1707 thanks ladies! I'd have loved to have today off work to actually have time to celebrate, but my colleague decided to take holiday instead! 😂 I enjoyed some prosecco last night so that'll do!

@thumper59 there is still time, plus you are still only just off your contraception so your cycle might be longer this time and your body will still be figuring out it's routine. I wouldn't worry too much yet if things aren't falling perfectly date wise, just keep testing and it will happen. I am due the wonderful witch on the 22nd and have a baby shower that weekend...oh the joys.

@MrsR16 just make sure you book their birthday off...I am not petty at all 😂

@DayDreamer1707 its tough isn't it, I also start to think about ridiculous situations like we are going out for dinner with my OHs sister and hubby on the 22nd and AF is due the 19th so if I do get a BFP how do I explain not drinking? Why am i worrying about things that haven't happened yet?! Please tell me other people do this 🙈

@thumper59 I'm not sure what I thought about You i thought it was weird and a bit creepy lol but I did just watch it because i thought it would be channeling Gossip Girl. Did you do an OPK this morning?

Thanks for the new thread @TrashKitten10! Its really hard to know what to do about work and pregnancy - what's your mat policy at your current place, would you be eligible for enhanced in a new role do you think?

@starkid it does feel like I'm in a holding pattern until I get pregnant- life isn't quite stopped, but it's not going full speed. Pity the superwoman juice wasn't a permanent buff! Fingers crossed for good results!

I'm a bit worried about work tbh, the other manager in my team is 14 weeks pregnant and we'll (hopefully) be on Mat at the same time, and that's not ideal. But I can't let that stop my life.

@thumper59 glad the painting went well! And glad to see movement on the OPKs, that's what mine looked like yesterday, hopefully the paler one was just more dilute, they are confusing little buggers! The only thing to do is keep on doing what you're doing. Hope dinner was ok without the veg

Busy weekend, a cousin's baby shower on Saturday which was very nice and then went round to another cousins for cuddles with her two tiny ones. It's strange - I get affected by new pregnancy news, but no longer by people who were clearly pregnant before we started to try .

Is anyone a bit annoyed about how aware they are of the date at all times since TTC? I feel like at any moment throughout the month I could instantly tell you what CD it was and how many DPO I am without having to work it out. Ive become so obsessed with it, but the advice of 'relax and it will happen' is easier said than done!!

I also just wanted to say how much I love this board, how supportive everyone is and how everyone is always wishing each other good luck and congratulations when they get their BFPs, it's very heartwarming!!

I think I'm tumbling into cycle2!

I'm 11dpo and just started spotting when I wiped. Was quite red so must be AF rather than an IB.

Must be one of those people who get temp increases with AF not decreases 😂🙄 I'd also take the usual spots and cramps over the 4 days of nausea I've had.

I'm hoping that doesn't come back next month!!

@Jooloo11 welcome ☺️I know exactly what you mean, also feel like I am wishing the year away I want the TWW to be over so I know either way then in AF comes I want OV to hurry up- stuck in a never ending cycle lol

@Lozzlepop I got a good few episodes in! I'll have to watch the rest tomorrow. No I haven't done one this morning I thought best to not use FMU and I'm at work now... I'll do one after work but I'll not drink from like 1? I must watch gossip girl properly! I always start it and don't finish.

Of had a face on 😂. Yeah they are confusing! Judging my today's CM and cramps I think Ovulation is somewhere near. Didn't DTD last night because oh fell asleep 🙄 but will be sure to tonight!! I wish his sex drive matched mine. Even when not trying I am always up for it and him not so much. It's not something that bothers him all that much, it was always a huge deal breaker for me but I've grown up a bit now 😂. I get grouchy if we go more then every other day 😫

@Jooloo11 welcome to our crazy but extremely supportive thread. I am sure you will fit in and be able to go more insane with the rest of us. Yes I have never know so much about my own body and lady parts in my life!!!

@Jessikka I always get spotting before AF now. I am not sure about the whole implantation bleeding stuff, I hope it could be that for you but you read so much about things you don't have a clue what is true. When are you due AF?

@PeacockingAbout You know what I have learnt with this whole TTC thing is that there will also be something that can get in the way or make things difficult. But no matter what that is, you will be able to sort it. You certainly can't put things on hold. You wouldn't expect people to do that for you no matter how inconvenient it was. You get up the fluff and only worry about you and your little one. Everything will fall into place x

@MrsAW2018 You aren't out yet and you can still get your BFP.

@thumper59 I know, so many all the time. Hopefully I wont have AF but if I do I can just eat loads of cake and grin through gritted teeth haha. I hope you get your positive OPK tonight X

I usually spot for two days before so I'm just a few days early. Last month I was 27 days... looking like this one will be 25!

Might have to get my iron checked though; I've been very nauseas and dizzy this week and I remember as a young teen I was told periods make me anemic so will look into that again I think.

10dpo 3 days until AF I'm still trying to hold off testing but laying in bed busting for a wee wondering should I POAS or hold off until AF day?!

@MrsH497 sorry about the BFN :( I never know if it's better to try to keep people's hopes up by saying 'its still early' etc, or best to just say 'sorry it's negative this cycle, sooner AF comes sooner you can start trying again'...?

@thumper59 - I'm with you on the DTD - I always feel like I'm up for it so much more than my husband. The media and TV make out like men always want sex all the time, but so many women I know have higher sex drives than their partners. I thought TTC would be all sexy fun all the time and DH would be thrilled... But instead I get a lot of 'Not again...!' from him! To be fair he always does do it when I tell him it's time, but he's not exactly thrilled! I think trying the SMEP last month was too much and we'll have to go down to every other day.

Ps - I'm not sure how to do the @'s, so if they're not coming up right it's cos I'm not doing it right!
