@DayDreamer1707 it hasn't been heavy the whole time- started off as spotting, then became just like my normal periods, I thought it was coming to an end yesterday but as of this morning, still there. It's back to being light red blood though, as opposed to the dark clotty stuff I get (TMI, sorry)

@AngeloMysterioso were you in the pill before? My periods are 8-10 days now rather than 5-7 when I took the pill, have got gradually longer

@thumper59 I think our cycles are similar? I'm supposed to be CD1 today, but no sign of AF yet. Fully expecting her though, got a BFN on Tuesday night, and I've just wolfed down my usual AF food craving (salted peanuts and dairy milk 😂).

My work has been fairly horrible recently, too, but in a way I'm trying to put it all into perspective and switch off from it. I dragged myself back to the gym for the first time in two months and have been out running this week so feeling proud! I have to force myself to do it but telling myself how good it is for fitness/ttc/being strong in future potential pregnancy helps.

I am about to do an Amazon order and thinking of adding OPKS as I am pretty sure I am out this month and AF is due in a couple of days.

I would struggle to test regularly during the day due to work, so would a Clearblue be best as it just needs to be once a day? I know they are pricey, but the money I am saving on wine can cover the cost for a month.

@BostonFern yeah they will be how many days was your last cycle?
If mine is due Monday that will be a 28 day cycle same as when I was on the pill, I can't remember for the life of me what it was like before I don't ever remember having any long/odd periods though. I've had some low stomach pains today so reckon AF could well be on her way, my mood isn't bad though and it always was this week when I was on the pill 😂

@daisiesandpeonies I came off birth control around 2 years ago, they've been pretty regular since then and usually 5-6 days. Until recent months...

@thumper59 this is also my first cycle off the pill, but I was only on it for 15 months. I've used Clue to track cycles for the last 4 years, and my cycles were usually between 27 and 30 days. On the pill I could almost predict it up the hour though!
I've got back ache, feel tired and a bit tearful today - but quite honestly, I think I feel like that every Thursday as my working week is very heavy Mon-Thurs so I'm usually ready to cry by Thursday evening 😂. I even purchased a cheap pack of tests on the way home thinking that would induce Sod's law and AF would be here by the time I got home!

I've just had to lay down for a bit. I just feel really naff! I don't quite know why. I ache, my head is pounding and I just feel so exhausted 😕. Think I could do with an early night but I've got 2 trail makeups to go and do at half past! If AF is coming I'd rather her hurry!

@thumper59 I know how you feel, I really should still be working at home tonight just to get a head start for next week, but I haven't got the energy! I'm just laying about on the sofa!

@thumper59 of yes the well placed hand always works 😂 yeah I know AF really does have a lot to answer for! it’s just a pain in the butt as I know DP won’t want to DTD if she’s deffo not finished and I have needs when not TTC too! Still feeling bloated, sick, dizzy with a full back ache so if that could all just disappear then that would be fab 😂

@AngeloMysterioso perhaps see the doctor then if you're still bleeding in a couple of days, put your mind at rest

@Lozzlepop I hate that! The other month I was in a mood because he hadn't come on to me on like the Sunday (AF stops Friday/Sat) and he was like what's wrong? I said oh just you don't even touch me it's been like 3 weeks 😂😂😂 (it hadn't) he was like well it's the wrong time of the month isn't it! No hun she stopped like 2 days ago!!! How do you not know my cycle by now 😂😂

He'll be in for a shock if my cycle doesn't go back to normal he won't know where he is or how close to me he can come, he's either welcomed with open arms🤨 or growled at 😂😂

Put the washing in the washing machine at 5:45 before I went out. Forgot to put it on didn't I. 😭. If that doesn't sum up my week I don't know what does!

@thumper59 haha don’t worry I like to de dramatic if feeling neglected too! Oh no what a pain! At least it’s almost the weekend, I am fully embracing caffeine and have been promised prosecco at the weekend for a work promotion, DP said oh that great you get a pay rise then you’ll be off on maternity leave- clearly very optimistic of how things are going to go 😂🙈

I've just done a IC at 10 DPO and not even a shadow of a bloody line. Think I'm most certainly out this month roll on AF

@FlapJackered no I have none in the house! I have very bad willpower when it comes to POAS so I don't allow them in the house. I'm 12dpo, trying not to get my hopes up. This might just be a blip.

I'm not telling DH. He is happily planning loads of BD for next month and has accepted this isn't our month, no point getting his hopes up for nothing.

I'll let you know if I cave and buy a test. I will only buy FRER in Boots because they're too expensive to buy without getting Advantage Points on! 😂

Well we didnt DTD again last night. Im totally full of cold. Was never going to happen! More chance of cuddling a lemsip and box of tissues. Alas, CD 16 no positive OPK yet so this weekend no holds hope for the swimmers! TGIF!

@DuchessofPemberley Monday I think, i calculated that for 28 days from my withdrawal bleed so maybe Monday. I did ovulate when I think I did though because the day previous to when I should of ovulated my OPK was very nearly as dark as it should be so I assumed by the next day it would be. We did plenty of BD'ing round that time too 😕 x

@AngeloMysterioso get an appointment booked and if its settles down you can always cancel it. I'm sure it's just an off cycle.

@DuchessofPemberley I don't temp and don't fully understand the rise and fall of your temperature but that sounds good right??

@thumper59 it's still looking hopefully for you. Try and hold out till Tuesday to test haha.

I am currently still just spotting...wish the witch would just show up and then I can start a new cycle. I sometimes worry that my AF isn't heavy enough. Does anyone else have really light AF? Do you think I should see someone? I sometimes think it's just how they have changed since my MC, has still only been about 3 months....

AF is most definitely here... cycle 7 it is!

@thumper59 if it's Monday I wouldn't count yourself out yet! A lot of women don't get BFP's until later on, I really think it's too early to tell definitively for you. I'm due on Monday and I wouldn't count a negative before Sunday as being definite, and even then as we often say on here you're not out until AF appears! 😂
