I'm not feeling great this morning either. Temp has risen, but to pretty much my normal 'pre-ov' temp. If it doesn't rise tomorrow morning I'm just going to be super annoyed really. Either I haven't ovulated at all, or I don't have enough progesterone or maybe I'm going to ovulate late? Either way, I've not BD since Sunday so I'm out 🤷🏻‍♀️

Wish mine was, I got pink/orange spotting yesterday mixed with CM sometimes but I think it's just pre AF. I've had nothing all night and currently nothing this morning...we shall see.

@DuchessofPemberley Sorry to hear you are out. Least you know for definite with temping. Sometimes think I should but I'm a rubbish sleeper.

@cupcakesandglitter I'm due on Thursday next week, and I'm off next Friday so I'll test then.

Thanks everyone. DH is onto the next cycle in his head already, talking about how we'll time everything right next time. But we timed everything right THIS time. I don't know how much more of this I can do, I really don't.

I felt so nauseous yesterday I really thought that this might be our month. I know I should be optimistic, but I'm running so low on it.

I don't even want a great baby. I'd be more than happy with a mediocre one that has no particular talents or gifts. A face that only a mother could love? I'll take it! 🙋🏻‍♀️ 😂 it would be perfect to me which is what counts.

It feels very cruel also that what I was googling double implantation dips, my body had unbeknownst to me moved on.

Fuck it anyway.

I agree it's the not knowing during the tww that's the worst! I'm busy analysing every symptom while the egg is sat there utterly unfertalised!

It sounds like you have a dh whose on board at least. I'm going to try and convince mine to try smep next cycle

Take care of yourself today and allow yourself to feel shit about it and I'm sure things will start to look up again. xx

I don't know what's going on. I had no CM for a few days then just felt damp and now have some CM again. 😕 keep feeling a bit like AF has come but nothing there when I go to toilet. Never paid so much attention to my bodily fluids 😂

@AngeloMysterioso I thought I'd reply on the new thread - I'd give your doctor a call, I'm unsure as to why they can last longer. I had one with a day of nothing and then started again... returned to normal after though, so don't panic xx

Ok, upbeat now, on to cycle 7!

So supposedly ovulating on Saturday according to the glow app. Hopefully get a positive on OPK tomorrow. And am so ill today with a sore throat, cold etc! Think Thurs-Sat are my most fertile days. DH and I didnt DTD last night as he was too tired! I told him we both had to put the effort/spark-in and he told me I shouldn’t make him feel guilty!!!!! Ha we are all tired! Tonight is another night.....I honestly think sometimes Ill only concieve if not in school leadership. I just think the anxiety my job brings will hinder this process.

I think we need to start a board on how to get the OHs on board, and get them round to our way of thinking

I think with mine if I discussed it, my FW etc he would be put off and find it all a bit too planned, I've taken to just initiating more during my FW although we have always had a fairly good sex life anyway. How many times during the FW should we be at it? And how important is it to hit ovulation day?

@thumper59 I completely agree, I don’t want it to feel forced or that we feel we have to and I think if I went into FW etc he would deffo feel the pressure! I’m the same with trying to initiate more than letting him take the lead!

I’m feeling meh today, had 3 days of spotting then AF for 3 days and now back to spotting. Anyone else had a nightmare with coming off the pill and random spotting?!

Hi ladies
I'm starting to get really worried now. On top of the worry of my period arriving a week early, I am still bleeding. We're on day 9. My periods usually only last 5-6 days. Could this be a sign of perimenopause? Or do I just need to calm the fuck down?

@Lozzlepop yeah I find slipping a hand down does the trick 🙄😂

I haven't reached that stage yet but I've read a lot recently about people having random bleeds after coming off the pill. Sometimes 5 days some times less, heavy then light etc. I'd try not to worry (easier said than done I know!) and don't let it stress you out. AF has a lot to answer for!

@Nextchapter19 I agree with you. Both myself and DH are going through a lot at the moment, and when I'm feeling down I can't help but wonder if the anxiety is preventing us getting pregnant.

So I thought AF had arrived yesterday after some pink spotting 11DPO along with some CM. Had nothing all night and then very tiny bits again of pink spotting. AF is technically due on Saturday so this must be pre AF fun 🤨. Just wish I could come on and move onto the next fresh cycle.

@thumper59 FX you could still get your BFP.

@AnnaMC214 the TWW is a killer, just rather know yes or no and then move on...

@DuchessofPemberley hopefully the weekend will make you feel better, try and get out and occupy your mind with other things. Go on a date with DH and have a drink, light some candles and put some music on and just be with each other x

@thumper59 I would love it to be that but since my MMC I have had random spotting throughout cycles until this one which is just before AF. Just have to see if it progresses 🤷‍♀️. When are you testing? x

@DayDreamer1707 I think we can read and know everything we think there is to know about cycles and ttc and whatever else, then something else will always come and boggle our heads!

After my BFN I think I'm just gonna wait for AF to turn up, or I'll test after then if she doesn't. I don't 'feel' pregnant though, not that I'd know how that feels 🤨. But I don't know I just don't expect it'll be a positive this cycle so I'm best just keeping all my disappointment for one day! I really don't know where I am this cycle really, I don't know if I ovulated when I should of or what so it's just a big guessing game. I'll try harder next cycle!

@AngeloMysterioso - I didn't want to read and not reply as I'm sure it isn't great fun for you :( Looking online it says if you've missed a period it can make the next one longer, was this the case for you?

It was not- my period arrived a week late in November (getting me all excited thinking I was pregnant) then bang on time in December (Christmas day, joy of joys) and I was due yesterday but started bleeding Wednesday last week and haven't stopped. Don't know wtf is going on at this point.

@AngeloMysterioso - I'd personally call the GP or 111 to see what they suggest as that sounds uncommonly long, especially if they aren't ever usually like that xx

Sorry @thumper59 I must of missed where you said you got BFN. God I've read all sort where people have said IB is a myth. People have had bright red bleeds and still got their BFP and god know what else. Basically we will just never know until AF isn't here and we see those 2 pink lines. We are going to do the SMEP next month and have that as our first real go at it since our MC. i always think a little hope and excitement is needed, after all we should try and enjoy getting pregnant but it's so difficult with all the uncertainty.

@AngeloMysterioso it will probably help to try and calm down but I totally get how it must be stressing you out. Is it still really heavy? If you are worried about menopause or anything else, maybe book an appointment with your doctor? It could just be that odd bad cycle...we all have them I suppose but if it helps ease your mind there is no harm in booking an appointment x

@DayDreamer1707 yeah I did but at 6 days before my period is due on a FRER. But I read online also that that's actually not true they can pick up that early you have to be like 12DPO or something so I don't feel to bad about it. Time will tell! Everyone says the cycle they relaxed was when they caught but how can you relax when your monitoring every single thing that happens to your body.

I think so about the excitement and hope. I keep trying to myself if/when we do get a BFP and it sticks that our lives how we know it with just the two of us is over, so we should be enjoying and making the most of whatever time we have left being a team of two. It was him I wanted and loved first after all! Then I see him with nephews and friends children and my ovaries ache for a baby all over again 😫
