@tigsy that's nice for you, cold dog sick in the morning 🤢 My DH is pretty good with dog stuff but he seems to have a policy about DS's nappies. He'll occasionally change one, but he can never manage to get it into the nappy bin, just leaves it lying around somewhere for me to tidy up. It's a pretty strong message actually, he's 'doing me a favour' doing a nappy (he expects to be thanked) but really, it's my job 😠

tigsyboo · 26/01/2019 09:51

@rarher were you in Birmingham?? Welcome to the shithole that I call (10 miles from) home!! 😂😂

Yep, happy Saturday tigsy!! 🤮

Here's a rant (sorry!!)
Got a night out tonight with DHs loser mates. I so don't fit in, they have all been couples since uni and are all boring as fuck! The ex wife was part of the group and friends with some of the girls (some have disowned her because of her actions) but I'm basically NOTHING like any of them!!
I spend my evenings exchanging barbed comments with the ex-wife's best friend.
They've just started a group chat on Facebook where the best friend is constantly trying to mug me off - unsuccessfully.
She's just referred to me as 'miss maiden name'- (dh's EX STILL refers to herself as MRS DH)
I've pointed out it's Mrs DH , but I understand the difficulty seeing as there are plenty of fakes out there, but the easiest way to distinguish is to note the genuine one is to look for the mass of diamonds on the finger - but I do understand her confusion seeing as she wasn't invited to the wedding - and then sent a wedding pic!! (the only couple out of a group of 6 couples that weren't - I put my foot down with that one!) .... someone else has just sent a 'burn' gif.... which means I win this round 😂😂

BettySwoll0cks · 26/01/2019 11:11

That sounds horrendous @tigsy!! I would find the bitchiness unbelievably stressful. What is wrong with people, is it so hard just to be pleasant?

tigsyboo · 26/01/2019 11:28

@BettySwoll0cks after 4 years I'm used to it

I also get all the 'you haven't got children so you don't understand' comments that are hard at the mo.

Last time I saw them the best friend was trying to organise a ladies spa day and said 'we could have called it yummy mummy's spa day but Rach has ruined that - dogs don't count ha ha ha ha haaaa!!'... to which I replied, (now you have to understand she is an ugly morbidly obsese pig - and I'm quite glam in comparison!) "that's ok - I'm quite clearly the yummy , you can just be the mummy!"

To note- I'm not a bitch usually , but I do give as good as I get!! X

Frazzlerock · 26/01/2019 12:04

Oh man @tigsy I'd be FURIOUS!
I'd be telling them exactly what I was thinking after that comment (the yummy mummy one). I'd tell her I am in fact a mummy of the babies I've lost. Give the mad bitch a big slice of humble pie

tigsyboo · 26/01/2019 12:53

@Frazzlerock she wouldn't give a shit and DH ex would RELISH knowing I'd had a miscarriage! I wouldn't give them the satisfaction.... I stick to witty comebacks and being generally more quick-witted!!

Rose68 · 26/01/2019 13:01

@Tigsy I would also be furious, in fact I would refuse to spend any time with them! Re the yummy mummy comment, you are already a Mummy to the boys, and I expect a much better Mummy than the one who gave birth to them.

I have had a lovely morning freezing my tits off at football 😩

tigsyboo · 26/01/2019 13:28

Believe me I get out of it wherever possible..... but if we go she doesn't, and sometimes I like just ruining her social life!! 😂😂😂😂

tigsyboo · 26/01/2019 13:32

By her I mean the ex wife btw
Some of them still invite us both!!! They are morons lol

Pegase · 26/01/2019 14:01

Wow @tigsyboo I don't think I'd be spending any time with them either! How evil!

So I'm out for this month - AF has just arrived and I'm half delirious with flu. So bloody frustrating, feel like we did everything right this month. Only 10 day LP though. With all the spotting as well, am very worried based on Dr Google that I have low progesterone.

tigsyboo · 26/01/2019 14:09

@Pegase dr google is a knob.
He is to be ignored!!
Let your cycles get back to normal before diagnosing yourself she says currently deciding if she is haemorrhaging or premenopausal or just having a period based on dr google x

Rose68 · 26/01/2019 14:36

@Tigsy I don’t blame you for wanting to ruin her social life 😊

@Pegase a 10 day LP should be okay, but you wouldn’t want it to be much less than that. But it might be worth having your progesterone tested, I’m sure your go would sort it for you.

TwittleBee · 26/01/2019 15:15

ratherbeshowjumping oh I am also a massive Kodaline fan, also love snow patrol (been listening to the latest album as I've been decorating today). Desperate to see either live but no one else I know likes them!

I am so furious on your behalf tigsyboo !!!!!! I can't believe those comments! So bloomin rude considering how much you do for the kids, you've stepped up to be basically their better mum.

Pegase · 26/01/2019 15:41

@Rose68 will probably give it one more cycle and then ask GP for tests. Spotting continuously since ovulation isn't a good sign either I don't think. Feel really shit Sad

ratherbeshowjumping · 26/01/2019 16:27

@tigsyboo it was b'ham!! My first time there... interesting place! Good luck tonight, looking forward to hearing how you get on... actually lol'd at "you're the mummy & I'm yummy!"

@TwittleBee ahh they're fab live!! Definitely worth seeing!

@Pegase might be worth having your progesterone tested as Rose said, but as long as it's 10 days LP, should be fine, spotting or not?

Lots of EWCM (excitingggg) but no flashing smiley yet... managed to dtd this afternoon... I usually ov on cd13, I'm on cd10 right now. Managed to grab the pre seed too so hoping there's a chance!! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

TwittleBee · 26/01/2019 16:46

So sorry you're feeling so shit about it Pegase Sad Certainly worth mentioning to your GP how much spotting you've been having as spotting between cycles can be a sign of an infection.

Yay FX and good luck ratherbeshowjumping ! Got to love the fertility lubes haha

I am feeling so crap today, my anxiety is so bad. I can't shift this heavy chest / unable to breath enough feeling that I suffer when my anxiety gets too much. Thankfully my sister has DS today anyway but even a long soak in the bath with a cuppa hasn't helped. I also can't drink enough water atm, constantly feel like I am gonna die of dehydration. Don't wanna risk taking any of my meds like the diazepam or propranolol which I usually take to fend of the feeling of an impending panic attack. So worried as I know I had this feeling, and a panic attack, after the car crash which is looking to be the likely cause behind last MMC as growth stopped at about those dates.

tigsyboo · 26/01/2019 17:07

@ratherbeshowjumping Birmingham is not interesting, it's a dump! Lol. Where did you stay?
Luckily I live far enough out not be classed as a brummie!

@Pegase you can request a day 21 test that tests progesterone levels. It's only a blood test so worth asking if you describe your symptoms??

@TwittleBee DONT take propranolol, beta blockers are a massive no no as restricts blood to the baby!
See if you can get booked in for a massage somewhere PG friendly? Xx

ratherbeshowjumping · 26/01/2019 17:13

Lol @tigsyboo that was sarcastic 😂😂 driving through broad street at 10.30pm was an experience 😂 we drove back to Bristol & stayed with my parents!

tigsyboo · 26/01/2019 18:27

@rather oh what a dive broad st it!!
Even now at Xmas they make us put out uniform on and swap out normal shifts for night shifts to work there. I fucking hate it!!

ratherbeshowjumping · 26/01/2019 19:10

@tigsyboo it was bad enough driving through, I can't imagine working it 🙈 poor you!!

InDreamland · 26/01/2019 21:35

Hi ladies. So I am still alive after yesterday's due date. We went away for th night. It has been difficult emotionally.
We're back home now. Did stuff to try distract the mind from what yesterday should have been but it was impossible. I did see a rainbow though .......... wish it was a sign but I am not pregnant. Didn't help that at dinner there was a heavily pregnant waitress.Feel like my face is being rubbed in it. I can't escape pregnant women and babies. Driving home today all I could think was we should have a car seat with our newborn strapped in at the back and we should have been on our way back from hospital not just from a night away. Now for anniversary of first BFP, then due date of second baby which is same as first mc in July then anniversary of second mc in November. This will be one painful year.

@tigsyboo goodness the ex and her friend sound like perfect candidates for me to take out all my anger and frustration with life on!

tigsyboo · 26/01/2019 21:40

Kill me now.........

ratherbeshowjumping · 27/01/2019 08:36

@tigsyboo how did you get on???!!!

Oh Dreamland I'm so sorry you're having a rubbish time. It really is so hard isn't it, and due dates & BFP, scan, MW appts anniversaries are so painful I know. Sending lots of love & im keeping everything crossed that the rainbow really is a sign ❤️

Had a flashing smiley this morning & managed to dtd this morning again (god knows what's wrong with DH 🙈) so at least we'll be in with some sort of a chance!

Rose68 · 27/01/2019 09:02

That’s fab news @ Ratherbe! If you can dtd tomorrow eve and again on ov day x

Rose68 · 27/01/2019 09:11

@Indreamland, it’s so hard isn’t it... good news on the rainbow..... maybe you are pregnant... or is it the wrong time of your cycle? Or maybe it means you are about to get pregnant x

I am officially 1dpo, DH will be back early afternoon, but I know it’s too late. I was shattered yesterday and felt stressy too, this morning I have had diarrhoea, nice. Anyway, I know all of that is already a really bad sign.
