Thanks @MrsEG! I have a busy weekend so lots to distract me. I guess I’m just beginning to realise what a rollercoaster this is! 😃

@KatBeCool that's true, it's still difficult though 😩 there's always that glimmer of hope left I guess.

@Scotslass55 it's awful symptom spotting - every cycle I've had new symptoms that I then google and must be a sign of being pg. it's super hard!! I did Christmas shopping yesterday and came back, got pissed again 😂 but finished wrapping presents etc and do you know I actually didn't think about being pg once. I actually smiled when I realised I hadn't thought about it!!

Me and DH DTD last night, but I've not had any EWCM since Thursday I think it was. Oh well, if we've missed it we've missed it 🤷🏻‍♀️

@EltzBee well done on being restrained at your works do! I decided to drive to mine so I had a good reason to not drink. I had a fair bit to drink while I was away with work over the week so I wanted to make up for that with an alcohol free day.

@DayDreamer1707 maybe you should poas again just to be sure??

My AF should be due tomorrow if it sticks to my usual 25 day cycle. No cramps yet but I have terrible backache, no idea if that’s related or not though as I often have a bad back after an accident years ago. It’s not usually this bad though! Might do some baking today to distract myself, I love baking!

@stormtrooperjulian I was going to pee on another opk and see if it was just because it was FMU and then try another pregnancy test tomorrow but there's no need as I've just had a bit of spotting so I think I cycles are clearly still messed up 😢

@stormtrooperjulian I love baking! Literally proofing a brioche right now. It does take your mind off things for sure.

@cupcakesandglitter yeah, can't argue that. But that's exactly the reason not to poas too soon, as torturous as it is during the TWW.

@DayDreamer1707 have you tried temping? That'd be pretty telling, although soul crushing too.

@KatBeCool no I've never done temping. This is only my 2nd cycle since my MC so was just hoping for things to go back to normal. But this 2nd AF all I've done is spot and it's frustrating because I already feel like I'm out this cycle now x

Did another OPK and I've attached the pictures. Top one is from FMU and bottom one is from about 3 this afternoon. Currently on CD6 is it possible to ovulate this early?? I've had spotting today too only once and lots of CM the past 2 days.

Hi guys, sorry it's been a while, have been taking a break but I have Big Confusion so I am back to seek out your wisdom!!

Been using clear blue smiley sticks for a few cycles now, usually all good; 3ish days of flashing, then a solid. Last month it went from blank circle, straight to solid face, thought ok whatever, roll with it... this month?? I am on day 8 of the flashing smiley!! Day sodding 8?!! Has anyone else had this before?? Still using the original reader I've always used. Xx

@DayDreamer1707 that does seem very early!! I just saw this on google (on a US fertility site) - could this be what’s happening maybe?

‘However, some women experience mid-cycle or ovulatory bleeding (bleeding that occurs around ovulation) and may mistake it for a period. This can be seen in some women who have very irregular cycles, maybe coming once every 3 months or 2-3 times in one month, although it can occur in women with regular cycles as well. They may experience what appears to be a period, but, in reality, this is most likely ovulatory bleeding. Ovulation can occur when you experience mid-cycle or ovulatory bleeding.’

@fivexfive I had over 10 days of flashing smileys more than once when I used those bastarding things, I had to start on cd7 following the instructions but never ovulated til like day 17 or 18. Maybe you're just ovulating late? There's also a chance you missed it - I never got my static one month but I did get a positive on the ICs that I was doing alongside. If you slightly miss the window or if you dont have a strong surge they aren't always as sensitive x

I am just making a tagine with flat breads tonight so nothing as exotic as brioche!

@DayDreamer1707 it doesn't seem likely you would ov that early, although I am sure it is possible? are you sure you had a proper period? Have you tried another pg test? I would do a first response rather than a IC or supermarket cheapy.

@Crossfitgirl Great to hear from you, how is it going? Has the morning sickness set in yet? How many weeks are you now?
I have over indulgence sickness from too many Christmas treats and wine so feeling my own type of morning sickness from my junk food baby 😂 😂

@FivexFive I had 14 days of flashing smileys one cycle, almost killed me 😂 🙈 it did go static in the end though so glad I kept with it in a way. Although I had long irregular cycles.

@fivexfive I'm good thanks for asking! Well if you have missed it at least you know you've got the swimmers in! Maybe give It a few more days though. If you temp I'd keep going til after the temp rise!
@flapjackered oooh I love tagine! Do you have a good recipe? Gonna try some new recipes in the kitchen in my week off next week! And I'm good thank you! I will be 6 weeks tomorrow (my birthday!) time is going soooooo slowly it's unbelievable.

I still feel normal, no sickness or anything and if my boobs weren't a bit sensitive I wouldn't even know I was pregnant! So much for symptom spotting whilst ttc... how about symptom spotting when pregnant! Where are they?? Lol!

Although... Been told 6 weeks is the time a lot of people start with sickness, half expecting to wake up tomorrow all sicky! Lol. Hopefully not and I'm lucky and don't get any... I'm super pathetic even if i get a slight headache so coping with nausea would be a nightmare 😂

How is chilling out more going this month?

@MrsEG I thought I had my AF on mon-weds but was extremely light. Don't know If things are still messed up from my MC but I've had an AF some and that was fine.

@FlapJackered I thought it was early, I just wanted something to wee on and then came up positive! I've not really had any symptoms other than cramps and backaches so just put that down to AF but I'm not sure it was an AF it was that light. I've had a lot of CM but that could also mean anything. I do have more cheap test at home but not a FR. do you really think to try another, don't know if I'm just over thinking things...x

@FlapJackered I might test on Monday if AF doesn’t show up tomorrow. It doesn’t feel like she’s coming but I’m sure it’s just my body trying to trick me! This back pain is killing me though (overly dramatic much 😂😂)

@Crossfitgirl aw it's so good to hear from you! I'm glad you're doing well and happy birthday for tomorrow! I'm currently in the TWW, 6dpo according to Flo. AF is due Christmas Eve, so I'll be testing Christmas Day if she doesn't rest her ugly head in the meantime! Xx

@Crossfitgirl Great to hear from you and happy birthday! Just think your halfway to the 12 week scan already :) I’m in the 2WW and really not stressing this month and just thinking that it will either happen or it won’t. It feels fabulous!!

@MrsR16 I’m in a similar boat - AF due Xmas day! We shall see what happens now I guess!

@Crossfitgirl yeah, I am still in two minds as to whether to hold out as long as I can, because if I do get a BFN, I would be a grumpy sod on Christmas Day!! But we will see 😊 I have a good feeling about this cycle xx

@MrsR16 Same for me - I think if AF isn’t here on Xmas day morning I’ll test just so I don’t think about it all day long! I’d love it to be our month too, FX for us both. At least if not we have the Xmas feasting and drinking to console us!

@Crossfitgirl argggg I just wrote a huge long post then managed to delete it by pressing the wrong button! Gahhh.
Here is my tagine I made last night, it looks a bit like cat sick but tastes delicious! It's a Gordon Ramsay jobby I will dig out the recipe later and send a photo.
I served it with Jamie Oliver's easy flatbreads and tzatziki which are yummy and some rice.

That is great you are not feeling sick, long may it last!! How exciting about telling everyone at Christmas, have you decided how you are going to break the news?

I am coming up to ov now I think but I'm not doing opks this month so not totally sure! We Dtd Friday and going to try and initiate today but only if we are both keen, not going to push it this month as trying to chill and have a break this month.
I am not too worried as I think it's unlikely a baby will want to set up shop in my unhealthy body this month 😂 I will be on it in Jan though, and going to try the Soy Isoflavones too which will be interesting!

@DayDreamer1707 I personally would test with a first response tomorrow morning with fmu. If only just to make it clear once and for all. I don't want to get your hopes up but I do think it is more likely you are pregnant than ovulating on day 6. 🤞🏻
