@Delilah7 just admit it, you knew you were pregnant! I've never seen anyone trying to deny it so persistently. Congratulations!

Delilah7 · 01/11/2018 13:47

@KatBeCool oh it's not that I knew. It's very hard to even get your head round when you're miscarried. I'm not trying to string it out x

@Delilah7 you absolutely have to stick around! It wouldn't be the same without you! Plus, as @SullyWifey says, I'm hoping your babydust is contagious! Xx

rj995 · 01/11/2018 13:49

MrsR16 · 01/11/2018 13:55

@Delilah7 course not! I've got absolutely everything crossed for you that this one's as sticky as they come! Aside from my legs, that would be counter-productive...

I reckon you could just say "Hey, Daddy-to-be" when he gets home and give the test to him! Xx

Delilah7 · 01/11/2018 13:56

@MrsR16 might have to do that! Xxx

OP posts:
SullyWifey · 01/11/2018 13:57

MrsR16 · 01/11/2018 14:00

@Delilah7 you'll have to let us know what his reaction is!! Xxx

@SullyWifey I'm glad to be of service! Giggles are good and healthy! Hehe xx

Been trying since our wedding in June but AF went awol following the wedding due to stress I think 😫 so on cycle 3 now. Just coming off my period and already getting impatient for the DTD days to come!

MrsLBear · 01/11/2018 14:08

Must be the best feeling being able to tell them that news.

Delilah7 · 01/11/2018 14:09

Hi all,
New poster to these boards. I have been TTC for the past 4 months - I had a BFP last week but began bleeding on Monday and had it confirmed yesterday I have had an early (5 weeks) miscarriage. I am trying to console myself that I can get pregnant and just try to focus my energy on the positives. It was my first pregnancy and were so keen to start trying again after the hell of this week. I also found these boards so helpful as doctors were saying terms and words I had just never heard of before!

If anyone else has been in the same boat I’d love to hear how you moved on and when I should TTC again. The very best of luck to everyone :)

Delilah7 · 01/11/2018 14:24

@MrsEG welcome! Sorry about your miscarried. I miscarried in August at 5 weeks too on my 3rd cycle. I started trying as soon as my first period came after. I have just found out I'm expecting again this morning. Xxx

Honeyspice · 01/11/2018 14:40

Hey everyone,
New poster to these boards too. I’ve just started ttc so cycle 1. I’m also 1dpo so fingers and toes crossed lol. Smile

Delilah7 · 01/11/2018 14:41

@MrsEG keep faith. It's hard but give yourself time to heal and grieve. Doesn't matter how long you had your baby for it was still your baby and inside of you! Lots of love x

@Honeyspice welcome to the mad house!!! X

MrsC87 · 01/11/2018 14:47

Checking in, yes stay with us @Delilah7
As I always ask, what did you do different this cycle? xx

Delilah7 · 01/11/2018 14:48

@MrsC87 well apart from take one OPK I didn't take any. Relaxed ( hate saying that but I did ) and had sex when we wanted too not scheduling or doing anything. I knew when I was fertile due to the EWCM and ovulation pains and just done the deed around them! X x
