Another TWW - BFP at the end for us please!

Thought I would start a new TWW thread for those of us just entering, or soon to be entering, the TWW

I’ve been TTC#2 for 12 months now (DS was 1st cycle no trying required) and really need some positivity that things will get there for us soon.

What has everyone been trying to get their sticky BFP?

This cycle we have given ConceivePlus fertility Lube a go along with Seven Seas Trying for a Baby pills.

I have also said “sod it” and gone back to eating whatever I fancy, having a beer when I fancy it but have cut down to only two coffees a day.

@Starry1234 well I had a tiny bit of dark brown spotting last weds 31st so I thought that was implantation as that tied in with my ovulation, I've had pains on and off for the last week since I got spotting it's like a dull ache really low down, I'm just really confused and just feel like crying because I don't know what's going on.

Guys I'm in exactly the same position! Have been cramping on and off for the last week, a little bit of spotting yesterday (which I thought was AF coming as it was cd25, about normal for me pre-pill) but now nothing. ZILCH! And still a sort of dull crampy feeling. So it Is definitely not unusual if three of us on this thread all newly off BC have it. Hope that's reassuring that it's not abnormal 😁xx

So I had my dark brown spotting on CD26 and today CD30 is when I had the pink when wiping which is what I thought was AF! Thanks for the reassurance @PineappleC glad I'm not alone

It's all so strange. This is my 2nd month off BC. I've had no spotting. I had cramlinf sometime last week and it coincided with implantation if it was anything. I've had no cramps this week. No pregnacy sigms.all I've had is negative tests and it's soooo frustrating!!

@starry1234 yeah I also now feel basically no symptoms of anything!! Just a few mild cramps occasionally. I am going to do my first test tomorrow morning, not really expecting anything but want to check!

@MrsP4 you're welcome 😁 I hope something happens for you soon, this limbo is the worst!!

@PineappleC Good luck! FX for you! Let us know how you get on, AF degibteky hasn't arrived because I've hardly had anything since earlier just light pink occasionally when wiping, so god only knows, gonna wait until the weekend and maybe rest again if AF still doesn't arrive in full force!

Well seems I'm out ☹️ just been for a wee took a test an FRER one and it's negative. Went to wipe and I had light pink blood when I wiped. Still no cramps though. Bloody typical. Test was negative so seems I'm out

I'm definitely out too AF in full force here. Oh well back on the rollercoaster, I've got loads of ovulation tests and bought that conceive plus lube so going to try that as I've heard really good things about it, I feel prepared for next cycle, just can't wait for AF to go away now!

@twittlebee I know. It's now turned to brown discharge but still no cramps. Thibk I'm just being too hopefully now. @Mrsp4 has yours come on any heavier? Good luck @PineappleC let us know the outcome

@Starry1234 Yes mines heavier now just like a normal period definitely not spotting it's too heavy would of said I was spotting yesterday but this is too much, definitely out for this month but looking on the bright side the quicker AF Comes and goes the quicker I can start again 👍🏻 it just wasn't my time!

Sorry @Mrsp4. Didn't see your previous message. I've not had any more of the brown stuff and I've got no pains. I've started a thread on here but no one seems to have got back to me.

Ahhh sorry to hear that @starry1234 and @MrsP4. But you're quite right in that the sooner it comes and goes the sooner you can try again 😊 Also a great sign that your body's working properly so soon after pill!

Thanks all! Couldn't test this morning as had to rush out of the house so will do one tonight and let you know!! No symptoms at all for me at the moment, bit worried that my hormones are just rubbish and I'm not gonna ever start a proper cycle 😭 Its only cd26 so probably being over-dramatic, just every other time I'm come off the pill (Not to TTC just for a break) things have instantly gone back to 25/26 day cycles. So I would actually celebrate if AF came today!!🎉😅 xx

@PineappleC how many days are you late?

@starry1234 it's my first month off the pill so not sure whether I am yet, I'm on cd26 but had 25/26 day cycles before pill so I guess I'm about due. It probably sounds stupid but I'm just a bit worried because currently my symptoms are getting less rather than more, so feel like im quite a way off AF and I got my cycle back instantly before. I'm taking Pregancare so maybe that's helping my hormones extend my cycle a bit 🤞xx

Ahh I get you. I had a withdrwel bleed on 4th September then got my af bang on 4th October. Bought cb opks and I ovulated bang on in my fertile week too. Im 30 day cycle. But with this brown stuff coming today with being 3 days late I'm so unsure. I've not got af as had very little of it all day. I had light pink blood when I wiped and that's it but would seem to late for implantation as that should have already occurred. There's just so many different answers I don't know. Plus I have zero cramps

Think AF is finally here!! 🎉🎉 Never thought id be this happy about a frigging period! Dont think I'll be the same if it shows up every month of ttc but as the first month after pill I am just so very happy that everything seems to be "working". This gives me a 27 day cycle which I'm pleased about too!

I had spotting and cramping on and off for about a week, kept crying at really stupid stuff but was still sure I wasn't BFP. (And negative FRER) so was getting quite worried that my body wasn't really work I g after the pill. Now the brown spotting has turned to more like a dark-red, which I think puts me at cd1 of cycle 2!! Hope it carries on and is "normal". Wine tonight and then back to the drawing board! 👍👍👍

@PineappleC aww thats good news. I was the same when my first af came after coming off BC. Sadly my af is in full flow. Just normal but was heavy last month. Still got no cramps though. I didn't the last 2 times either. Befor BC I used to get awful cramps. And it would last for 5 days in stead of 3 which it currently is doing.

Aww sorry to hear that @starry1234. My last pill withdrawal bleed was a bit shorter than usual actually so I looked into that at the time. Didn't find anything that suggested 3 days was a worry and your body is perhaps still getting used to building up a lining naturally without pill hormones, and finding it's rhythm. It would be so much easier if our bodies worked like clockwork but so many factors - stress, diet, hydration, exercise, weight, apparently even weather!! Anyway I hope things even themselves out for you 🤗 xx

How's everyone getting on?

@MrsP4 I'm due to ovulate tomorrow. So it says on my app. Got some cheap opks from pound shop today. Did one about 6 this evening and it had a faint line 🙄 iva had theeee worst cramps and lower back pain today. I struggled to stand. It's all gone now though. It was that bad I had to keep running to loo to see if I'd come on as I was a little wet. But nothing. Just creamy cm. Strange thing is though I had signs of ovulation the day after my period and for about 2 or 3 days so on. Beginning of this week I was soo dry. Now it's normal and cramping. My af lasted 4 days this time and started on 6th nov. I had a really high sex drive and now it's non exsisnt really. How you doing?

We're cycle buddies my AF Came on 5th and only lasted 3 days been using OPKS and I ovulated yesterday and today had really sore/sensitive nipples which I didn't get last month but reading up it says about progesterone levels causing it, so here I am again in the TWW! I've been a lot more relaxed this month though as been decorating so think that's taken my mind off it a bit.
