Another TWW - BFP at the end for us please!

Thought I would start a new TWW thread for those of us just entering, or soon to be entering, the TWW

I’ve been TTC#2 for 12 months now (DS was 1st cycle no trying required) and really need some positivity that things will get there for us soon.

What has everyone been trying to get their sticky BFP?

This cycle we have given ConceivePlus fertility Lube a go along with Seven Seas Trying for a Baby pills.

I have also said “sod it” and gone back to eating whatever I fancy, having a beer when I fancy it but have cut down to only two coffees a day.

You had cramps a few days ago though didn't you? It could well be implanting. I hope it is. I've had no other signs so I'm not holding out. I would test again tomorrow if no sign of af. When I came off the pill Beginng of September I had terrible ovulation pain. But I'd been on BC for 7byears so I thibk it's pretty normal. I then started with what you had but no pms or cramping. Later that day af fully arrived and I was heavy which is unusual for me and it lasted 4 days. Usually 5 before BC and bad cramps at least a day before. I always knew when af was coming. This month I got opks to really track when and if I was ovulating as I was desperate to know. So I've clessed my last period as my actual one. And praying I caught the egg this month. Any way I got my peak bang on and had awful cramps and pains on one side for my whole fertile week. If you don't catch on this month it might be worth a try getting some opks as this would be your first proper cycle so to speak. Everyone is different though. My friend caught on a week after coming of the pill with her second but it took 5 months to conceive her first born. Just keep your hopes up. Keep positive. I'd test tomorrow but then not again until af is due if its a bfn

@Starry1234 yes had cramps on an off they come and go over the last week, I've been on the pill for 10 years so this is all new to me 😂 one of my friends in work is pregnant and I've messaged her she said she had a brown stain and a week later she got BFP I think aslong as I don't get anymore I think I could well be in with a chance, could just be the start of AF but will test again in the morning and see, what pill was you on?

@MrsP4 I've had the same. Cramping on and off for the past week or so. I had awful lower back pain one day too and then the Saturday just gone I had bad cramps. My discharge has been very watery these past two days too which is weird. Its all new to me too. I think if I don't get bfp this month I'm not even going to bother trying. Just let nature do its thing. With my first i just dtd every other night and it worked straight away but can't remember any symptoms before my missed af. I'm praying it's not. I was on lucette, what were you on?

@Starry1234 I swear we're cycle twins I've been exactly the same I had such a dull ache in my lower back one day, and same clear watery discharge the last few days! I was on dianette for the last 18 months but before that was microgynon, I'd be really shocked if I was as I didn't expect it to happen straight away, just trying to get to know my body again, will let you know how I get on in the morning! Got everything crossed for you! This is my first time trying and will be baby no1 so I've no idea about anything 😂 who knew it was so difficult! X

@MrsP4 omg this is weirdly good 😂😂. I'm loving this. Basically had the same things happening at the same time hahaha. Yeah I googled about watery discharge and it was banging on about ovulation. When that's already happend 🤔. Its all so confusing. I'm pretty sure dianette and lucette are part of the same family any way. Oh gosh I do hope you get bfp sooooon!! Praying for you and at least a faint line tomorrow fingers 🤞x

@MrsP4 and @Starry1234 it's my first cycle too and having exactly the same thing! I'm about 7 or 8dpo today (felt ov pain and ewcm) and for the past few days been cramping on and off with a bit of watery discharge, no spotting though yet. So maybe it is normal for the first few months after coming off the pill 😊 I came off Cilest on 10th Oct, definitely still learning about how my body works normally!

Still no sign of af but I did have a little cramping yesterday so it's surely on route. Although today I feel OK. No tests in the house so will buy one when I'm out. Wish me luck ladies, and as always best of luck to those still waiting. @pickingflowers thanks so much, I'm sure ur next cycle will be ur month xxx my doctor says a couple under 30 can expect to conceive within 6 months of trying, over 30s will be closer to a year anything over a year u should seek medical advice xxx

@Starry1234 @PineappleC just done another test it's still a BFN however been reading up and it says if you do have implantation bleeding you need to wait about three days to do a test as not enough hormone yet, so will test again Saturday if AF still hasn't arrived, no more spotting through the night either.

Possibly 6 DPO got my static face on ClearBlue ovulation last Thursday but feel like egg came Friday 24 hours after the peak reading and I've cramping since Sunday on and off, odd tingling sharp pain in boobs just intermittent and nausea yesterday. Today can't get rid of the metallic taste on my mouth, never had this with my other pregnancy which I lost on 4th October.

Only another 6 days before I can test... nervous 😬
I haven't had first AF yet after my MC so gotta understand if this isn't my month by body needs a rest, but trying tell my mind that is a different matter 🙈

@MrsP4 I'd defiantly wait until after af now. It's so hard isn't it. My boobs ache but not tender. I'm just taking it with a pinch of salt now coz it could all be signs of af. Although I've got no cramps which I defiantly get before af arrives a day or two it's due. I'm just glad I've got no tests in the house or I'd be doing it daily 🙈. I'm even trying to convince my self not to test until at least a week after af is late if it Dosent come hahaha. Although I have noticed the little bumps on my areola are very promenant which I've not noticed before.

@OctoberGirl91 everything you've said defiantly sounds like ovulation signs to me. I experienced the same thing and I also used the opks as you. When I got my static face I felt what you did the day after and the following week. I'm sure it says once you get the static face the egg can be released 12-24 hours after.

@Starry1234 yes I'm going to wait until Saturday now, wild wait longer but supposed to be going out on Saturday night and don't want to drink if it's good news! FX for us all! Xx

Why do we do it to ourselves? Testing at 6DPO and obviously BFN! Grrr!😬

I'm going try and resist till next Wednesday/Thursday to try get past 12 DPO.

Hey ladies! I hope you don’t mind me joining!

I’m on my 2ww. I had a MMC in July and currently on my 2nd cycle of trying! I’m 10dpo and am hoping and praying this is the month I get my BFP!

How’s everyones symptoms so far? I have a very tender chest and a few niggly cramps here and there but that could just be me being more in tune with my body that I’ve started to notice these things or that the dread AF is on route!

So no sign of af arriving yet and sges due to shoe her ugky face tomorrow. I'm thinking of testing today!! If I were to get a FRER would there be a good chance of it being positive and getting a solid answer today? Could I use any time of day urine with it now or would it be best to use fmu? What you guys think? Ive done so well not testing up until now and I just don't think I can go any longer

By being a solid answer I mean a solid negative or a solid positive 🙈

@Starry1234 everyone is different which is what makes it so difficult I've tested the last 3 mornings and BFN however I think I saw a line this morning but I kinda think I was imagining it not enough to post a pic 😂 think I'm just seeing it because I want to, I think my AF is due between tomorrow and Tuesday going by if I ovulated between the 20th-23rd, one of my friends didn't get a BFP until a few days after she missed her period so I'm not giving up hope yet! FX for you, I would always use FMU if you've not missed AF yet as hormones are stronger and less likely to get a false negative and be disappointed xx

@MrsP4 my head can do that too, i want to see a line so badly I convince myself there's a very faint line, I was due my af on tues but I tested wed morning and it was a bfn, was sure there was a very faint line but i cant trust my own eyes lol, was going to test again yesterday but didn't, so defo going to test today. Just don't want to be disappointed. Good luck ladies xxx

I couldn't get hold of a FRER but I got a pink dye one. BFN!!! Will test again in the morning as that's when af is due. I've got no pms!!! So frustrating

@Crazydreamer @Starry1234 really hope you both get your BFP, I was walking round Morrisons today and thought I'd felt myself come on so left my friend went to the loo and no AF just a bit of milky white discharge not stretchy or mucus like just odd but like everything I've googled and be sign or AF or early pregnancy! Who knows the wait continues!

@MrsP4 oh wow I've had exactly the same today about an hour ago. I thought ewww what's that have I just come on even through no signs and it was exactly what you've described.

Sorry you've had another bfn @Starry1234 it makes your spirits just go flop 🙁 you're not out til AF though but the waiting game is horrible I know x
