Another TWW - BFP at the end for us please!

Hello Smile

Thought I would start a new TWW thread for those of us just entering, or soon to be entering, the TWW

I’ve been TTC#2 for 12 months now (DS was 1st cycle no trying required) and really need some positivity that things will get there for us soon.

What has everyone been trying to get their sticky BFP?

This cycle we have given ConceivePlus fertility Lube a go along with Seven Seas Trying for a Baby pills.

I have also said “sod it” and gone back to eating whatever I fancy, having a beer when I fancy it but have cut down to only two coffees a day.

@MrsNK oooh so we're only a day out between us. Yes my cramps and back ache have come back for the past 2 hours. I'm not goi g to test now past my af due date if I do get past it that is. Please let us know how it goes in the morning

Ladies!!!!!!! BFP!!!!!! Omfg!!!! It's not even a squinter! Shocked as didn't even have a faint line on my BFN yesterday! OMFG! So took day before AF on a FRER

Thank you ladies! Also just to say, I barely even got a squinter on the internet cheapie strip I used first (which prompted me to use a FRER as I thought I could maybe see something) so FRERs are certainly better than ICs

MrsP4 well I think I implanted yesterday actually as I had major sharp shooting on my left side for a while. And today I have woken up with killer boobs and a proper headache that wont shift, feel like I am hungover.

@TwittleBee Ahh but I bet it's so good in a way to be feeling like that making your BFP feel more real! Trouble with me is I don't actually know if and exactly when I ovulated so just gonna imagine 28 day cycle that's if my body has kicked in straight away after coming off BC and test on Saturday the day AF I think is due to arrive, I think I'm around 9 or 10 DPO, I feel sicky every now and then and feel exhausted but I'm on lates at work so could just be that, I think AF is on her way though because I'm a miserable cow atm 😂🙈 I think I'm going to try that conceive plus gel next month is it any good?

MrsP4 hoping you wont need to try Conceive Plus as you will get a BFP and come join me on the July thread in ante-natal board but yeah I recommend it! First time we used it this cycle and got a BFP!!

Cycle 1 after having a miscarriage on 30th September 7,3
Been using dual hormone CB ovulation for time this month after my MC and got days of high fertility until peak on Thursday 25th think I ovulated on Friday/Saturday, DTD Friday and Sunday because of DH work. Haven't been told to wait expect for dating purposes so please don't judge me for not waiting for AF.
I'm 3/4DPO and dreading the two week wait.

Fingers crossed for sticky baby dust and congratulations to everyone who has received their BFP xx

Omg @TwittleBee sooo many congratulations!!!
You've given me hope because I took a FRER yesterday and it was BFN, but AF isn't due another 3 more days or so! I'm gonna test day before AF as well because that's when I finally got a BFP when I was pregnant with my son!

No judging here, I was exactly the same after my mc just wanted to get straight back to it. Sorry to hear you've been through it,  fx for a BFP for you soon.
What's the dual hormone CB? I'm worried my progesterone is low after the mc I had...
I've just got AF so out this month. Next month will be cycle 3 after mc for me x

Thank you. Clear blue Ovulation tests the purple ones that apparently detect more fertile days never used them before with my other 2DC but after MC wanted to track when I ovulated and it was 3 week after my surgery for MC.

Also used fertility gel this month but won't keep my hopes up, very nervous for how I'll feel if I am pregnant again. Sorry to hear your out this month and Fx for your BFP next month.

I'm having twinges today but know it would be far too early for an symptoms. I keep thinking about asking GP for full blood test to check everything is ok but I'm taking Seven Seas TTC vitamins and also DHA and Co Enzyme 10 as I've read they all help.

Thank you so much @OctoberGirl91 I was going to research extra vitamins. The midwife told me just to keep taking the Pregnacare vitamins after the mc but maybe the ttc ones have more good stuff in for conception. What are the other two supposed to do?!
I've just got this horrible feeling that I'll never be pregnant again, I just can't picture it and no dc yet. Am 38 in a few months so feeling really worried.
Seeing all the BFPs on this thread has been really lovely though and gives hope!

The Co Enzyme Q10 is meant to help with Egg quality and DNA production and the DHA is a fish oil with added zinc which helps for both female and males, I've got DH on this as well just as he is a Type 1 diabetic. The DHA is an essential fatty acid which helps with feral heart and brain function and it's good to have it stored prior to conception, so because my baby had a heartbeat and then lost it 10 days I just want to give next one best chance.

I found a blog with all the recommended vitamins I thought it can't harm anything and if it helps all the better, I'm 27 but the eldest is 6 and don't want the gap to get any bigger, just pining for third baba.

Let hope nature is kid to us, this thread also has given me hope x

I have a question about preseed etc.. I was under the impression it was sold as a conception aid because other lubricants are not safe rather than because it actually helped iyswim.

Am I wrong? Do these things have magical properties?? I’d definitely get some if this cycle is unsuccessful.

@LatteLover12 you’re right - other “normal” lubricants can hinder the sperm getting where they need to go, whereas Conceive Plus and Preseed act like EWCM and aid the sperm along to their final destination !

@LatteLover12 I used Tesco Fertility Gel this month which was responsible priced and was a nice smooth texture.

Am going to try red raspberry leaf tea til ovulation this month as apparently that's good for uterine lining... I've got capsules.

Yes, fingers crossed nature does her thing for us soon.
