TWW begins...stop me POAS every day!

Anybody else? I'm on CD16, pretty sure I ovulated over the past day or two, now for the long frustrating wait to POAS! Why is it so hard to resist for 14 measly days?!

We are TTC #2 and this is our first cycle of trying.

Am I too late to join? Trying for baby #2. Think I ovulated a couple of days ago. Going to test in about 12 days time if I have symptoms. That's when my period is due. If I have no symptoms I might wait until about a week later as my cycles are a bit all over the place at the moment.

2nd month ttc but last month I was still breastfeeding once a day and didn't have sex enough I don't think!

Hopefully by the time I finally test you will all have your BFPs. 1 week left of my maternity leave would be nice to go back to work optimistic about maybe being pregnant!

@GlamourBear we had such a busy day yesterday I didn't get a chance to grab one. Saying that, I have been having really bad cramps so think it may be AF 😢

@AlwaysInJods oh no I hope not! Saying that, I'm now not feeling much different to usual motnhs at this time I don't think. Boobs still sore, lower back pain on and off and I feel like I need the loo more frequently but I think these are all just AF symptoms too. I have not tests at home so just going to hold out until closer to 6th when it's due. I often start spotting a few days before AF is due so by this time next week I'll know for sure. Unless I cave and buy a test over next weekend which is highly possible 🤣

Welcome @ChikiTIKI I'm in a similar situation TTC #2, second month but we were all ill over ovulation last month so it didn't happen.

What do we think? I’m very confused as I had spotting (fresh) yesterday.......

Today is the day of AF, nothing going on up there after using a Tampon.

Going to wait out until the end of the day before I get my hopes up.....It could arrive at anytime!

@LaYC it looks like a very feint positive to me eeeeek! Did it appear very quickly?

@GlamourBear that's exactly how I feel... unless cramps are a symptom? I've never had backache or massive veiny boobs before... so confusing!!!!!

@AlwaysInJods only will time will tell! I've dragged myself back to earth and decided I am not going to over obsess about it this time. For the past week or so it's all I've thought about so trying so hard to put it to the back of my mind and let it happen when it happens! It's so hard!! I thought I'd be so much more relaxed second time around 😐

I've started feeling nauseous today though but I'm not sure if this is just because subconsciously I'm still whittling about it!!

Just sitting here waiting for AF now.......will go an by something a clear blue/frer later for the morning.

Had cramps etc yesterday as per normal AF arriving but everything has died down.

I did a frer Sunday and convinced myself that i could see something but i wasn’t sure. Left it to one side and now I feel like there’s a line - is there an Evap line on these?

If it’s a BFP I feel guilty as I treated myself to wine last night!!

6th September here! Yes it is so hard to relax! I went to a wedding 4 days before I got a BFP with DC1, as you can imagine I had a few drinks! So I wouldn't worry! I'm tempted to get a couple of FRER tests too

@LaYC 31st 🙂 don't feel guilty! Isn't there an unwritten rule that if it's before a BFP then it's ok?

@GlamourBear that's my issue too - I honestly don't know if these symptoms are made up in my head!
I keep reminding myself to calm down and not obsess but it's impossible 🙈

Ive heard it's fine to "drink til it's pink" too. I have long cycles (usually, although last month was only 29 days) so think I ovulated day 21 this month but I suppose I could have actually ovulated up to a week before. I had half a cider on day 21 though.i won't have anything else now but just though why not, for hopefully the last time in a long while, enjoy a nice cider.

I've been eating cured meats, soft cheeses etc too. And licking the spoon after making brownies. Anyone else binging on all the good food before we aren't allowed?

@ChikiTIKI me! 🙋🏼‍♀️ I scoffed all to myself ate a huge piece of St Endellion & Saint Agur yesterday hoping that next month I won't be able to do that.

I did do a test today, BFN, I am only 10dpo so hoping there's still time 😢

Sorry about the BFN. Still plenty of time left though, I think the pregnancy hormones double each day at the beginning? So a few days would make a big difference in testing.

Hope everyone else gets theirs soon. I caved in and did a test about 9dpo which was bfn! No symptoms just the occasional stabbing pain in left boob lol 6 days til AF so just now whether to wait or buy fr test x

@GlamourBear I'm due 5th Sep so planning on testing on 6th (if I can hold out).

I've been feeling some very light cramps today and a fluttery feeling in my lower abdomen. I keep staring at my calendar trying to wish away days so I can test. I'm going away for the weekend with DH and DS and am contemplating sneaking an HPT in the weekend bag but I really don't want to see a bfn so maybe I should just wait it out.

I purchase the digital clear blue this afternoon and if came back ‘pregnant 1-2’

I’m still very scared it’s a false alarm! Iv learnt that symptom spotting doesn’t work for let. I was convinced AF was enroute.

How's everybody else doing? The wait is killing me! My app says I can test in 5 days (Monday) so have hidden a FRER away in the drawer and trying to put it to the back of my mind until then!

Yes! Try and hide them......I didn’t get anything positive until day of AF, I’m worried I missed a positive from Sunday on a FRER but it didn’t come up straight away so I stopped myself from analysing it all night!

Now that I have my positive I’m still not convinced! The result of a MC I think, we MC in Dec 2017, and have been trying on an off since!

I’m really hoping it’s good news for us all!

@LaYC sorry to hear you had a MC. So pleased for you now though! Keeping everything crossed it all goes well.

I've felt nauseaus for the past couple of days, been burping a lot (sorry tmi, but very unusual for me and same symptoms as when pregnant with DC1) and have super tender boobs - my body is being very mean if this month isn't our month! DH and I think I may be almost bringing the symptoms on as I'm only 7/8 dpo so surely too early for such symptoms! Sitting on my hands until my app says so this time! I also have some internet cheapies on the way ready for AF due date!

Huge congrats @LaYC - sorry to hear about your MC. We had one last year at 16 weeks. I completely understand how indescribable the pain is... just focus on your hopefully sticky bean now! ❤️

@GlamourBear I've been burping lots too... it's so gross! Also, I'm so sorry for tmi, but I honestly cannot believe how much white lotion cm I have. I woke up twice in the night as was so "wet" 🤢 sorry I was convinced I'd come on!
I honestly can't remember my symptoms from my MC as didn't find out until 7+5 but this is definitely unusual for me! Has anyone else had this as an indicator?
