TWW begins...stop me POAS every day!

Anybody else? I'm on CD16, pretty sure I ovulated over the past day or two, now for the long frustrating wait to POAS! Why is it so hard to resist for 14 measly days?!

We are TTC #2 and this is our first cycle of trying.

Evening all,

AF arrived on time this morning. DP bought himself an at home testing kit ahead of us starting the conversations with the doctors which broke my heart. Had a bit of time to feel sorry for ourselves before DP cooked us roast and gave me a huge glass of wine.

Onwards and upwards. Fingers crossed for November and good luck to you ladies who are still awaiting your October BFP xx

@LondonKez I'm so so sorry to hear this. DP sounds lovely looking after you today. Your time will come, don't forget that. There might be something really simple that isn't quite right that the doctors can help you with. That happened to my friend and it all came good xxx

Thanks for your kind messages everyone about my AF turning up. Nearly over now so I am being optimistic about this month. Going to drink lots more water and get in more exercise.

Saw a friend at the weekend and learned they are expecting their second baby. I must admit I felt a little jealous! Hoping we all get our babies soon! My family have gone home now so it's time to relax and get back to normal :)

Flossy I hear you. We moved around 8 years ago ans I found it super stressful. Fx you are nearly sorted. DH hasn't mentioned ovulation and neither have I. I have been drinking loads of water and I can see a difference in my cervical mucus.

London I am so sorry that AF arrived. The doctor can do CD 3 tests to get a baseline of your hormone profile and do another bloodtest at 7dpo to check for ovulation and progesterone levels.

Chiki I had a similar experience a few days ago. I was super happy for them but I felt so sad and disappointed that I am still waiting. I honoured how I felt and let it pass. I keep praying that I will be pregnant for Christmas 🎅🤶

I am CD 13 and I got my first high reading this morning. Last cycle I got a high CD 9. Anyway at least it looks likely that I will ovulate.

Pops sorry you got a BFN 😔 You are still very early, so I wouldn't be disappointed right now. Try tobhold out until 12 dpo

@Carastarchild I know what you mean. So happy for my friends but anxious about when it's my turn again too :) I wanted to be pregnant before the end of November so that my second baby would be in the school year below my first baby. I just thought it would be nice :) I just want a healthy little baby though whenever God sends them my way... I am here and ready! Xxx

Chiki I know it's so hard sometimes, and sometimes more upsetting than other times. We just got to trust that we too will get a BFP soon 🙏

@carastar yeah we are nearly done, living around boxes but can’t wait to get settled in our new home. However if AF comes tomorrow then we are taking a break till feb. We have a few long haul trips that we have been putting off. Think it will be the best time to bite the bullet and do it before we have kids. It also sounds like the approach you have been taking this month is working, keep at it 😊😉

Well I am CD 14. I am on the second day of high fertility. If it goes like last month I will ovulate on Friday! Looks like I predicted my ovulation date without even knowing with my don't tell DH plan 🤔 Thing is since I began drinking a lot more water, my cervical mucus has really increased.

I felt so sad and frustrated last night. I ended up going to bed early and resting. I tried not to tell DH why I was feeling that way, and just said that I had a rough day at work. I don't want him feeling the pressure, and I knew I needed to work through it myself. We DTD this morning. I didn't expect to get a Peak today! I can't believe it really 😊

I forgot to mention that I got my first day of peak fertility 😊

Hi :) also OPK'ing - still no positives, on timings I should have already O'd but who knows! Potentially, could have missed the 'surge' I suppose.
Just ordered a load more OPKS for next month, as not feeling positive this month.

Hi ladies, hope you’ve all been well. So I took a Frer using fmu but BFN...so I spent the day waiting for AF. Praying every moment the hour passed, was scared to even say it out loud to the DH in case I jinxed myself. Also spent the day checking because sorry for tmi...I felt I had started due to loads of cm. Long story short...no af..yet, no af cramps just twinges here and there, banging headache🤕, sore erect nipples which are super sensitive.

Don’t know what to make of all this...will test again on Friday is af is still a no show.✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

EltzBee I use the clear blue advanced fertility monitor. The picture shows the screen and the peak day information. How manys CD's are you?

Do you know when you ovulation which ovary is releasing the egg. I woke with pain in my right side, but now I can feel my left side as well. The left side is now more painful. It's like they are both racing against each other to see who will release the egg.
