Too early for a September bus?

I've (intentionally) missed out on an August BFP due to planned holidays but I'm crossing my fingers for a 7th September BFP/AF! Not sure if there's a September thread already?

Getting my coil taken out this coming weekend and really hoping I'm one of the lucky ones whose cycle goes straight back to normal! I haven't had a period for years but have been tracking my bbt for the past month.

Oo @CornishFairing hopefully you'll be our first BFP!

DH got back from a week away with work yesterday and we started off our baby making with an early night...must do better! I don't think I'll ovulate till the middle of the month anyway so we haven't missed much.

I've lost my folic acid which is annoying. I've not made any healthy lifestyle changes other than folic acid and trying to cut down on sugar.

@LumosNox I know what you mean about wanting to get it right! Temping seems pretty easy though. The app says my temps have more variation than usual and the timing is not always exactly the same but it's still easy to make out a pattern.

Currently miscarrying at 6 weeks. Hoping bleeding will stop soon and we can start trying again ASAP. @Littleray84 it sounds like we're in a similar position. I'm generally ok, but have the odd wobble. All a bit rubbish but trying to stay positive.

Hi @LittleTipple what is the age gap with your other two children? My 2 are 16 and 10, feel like my body has forgotten how to do this pregnancy thing. I had a spontaneous Mc in March at 6 weeks also.
#3 Will be my partners first. It is shitty trying to stay positive isn't it.
This time I'm taking my pregnancy prep very seriously 😂I've stockpiled my pre conception vitamins and got back to the gym yesterday trying to keep myself In tip top shape 😊

Cycle: I'm coming off the pill this Monday, so no idea!

I'm a bit nervous with all this, to be honest. Also scared to have the real AF again as I did a rest on the pill two years ago and my periods were really heavy and painful, so bad that some months I had to leave work.

BTW my DH is really jealous I'm writing in this thread as he wants to be part of it too. Please, tell him he's also welcome

@DoubleChocaMocha welcome and I can't see why dads can't chat🤔 I know my other half would find it a bit tmi when people are discussing Cm tender breasts etc x

@KinCat thank you for the encouragement about temping. I'll probably give it a month or two and then try temping if monitoring CM isn't getting me anywhere! 😊

Hello all! I think I am ovulating...have had sharp pinching in lower right side today...I have everything crossed that I am and that we catch it!! I'm probably totally wrong though so not getting hopes up! Is anyone else still breastfeeding? I am bf-ing my 14mo and was worried it may impact fertility? GP said it shouldn't but just wondering if anyone is doing the same?

@Littleray84 I'm still in the little children phase! Mine are 3 and 1. I suppose it makes sense that the more times you are pregnant, the higher the chance of miscarriage. I'm just praying we are lucky again. I'd hate to finish my pregnancy journey with a miscarriage. I feel like I'd always be wondering 'what if.' Anyway, feeling fairly positive and sending out good vibes to the universe.

TTC baby 1 and am on month 3 of trying. I'm 3dpo (I think) and have said to my DH I hide the tests this month as I had 2 faint negatives last month and then a normal period which I found really disheartening!

I was on the August bus but AF showed up 10 days early!!! So here I am. Really hoping my this month is more normal. I thought my periods had regulated since my MC but maybe not.

Hi everyone! I'm pleased because based on my last cycle ovulation this month should be on a Sunday which is as good as it can be because DH is away Monday - Thursday most weeks. Just going to try and DTD as much as possible while he is here. Not too stressed about it though. Today was the first time I've ever had unprotected sex in my life so I've really no idea how easy or not it would be to get pregnant.

First time posting after a long time lurking around the conception board...

Have been trying to do as close to SMEP as possible for previous 6 months or so. Will follow it again this month and also have some pre seed in order although normally have some EWCM anyway. Worth a try though!

I have PCOS and both my DSs took a while (nearly 18 months each) to conceive so I expected it to take a while again. I got a BFP on our second cycle trying this time but it ended in a chemical. I was gutted but it's given me a bit of hope that it might not take as long this time.

Really struggling with the fact I'm not pregnant this cycle feeling a lot of pressure as this is my last chance to BD during ovulation until Christmas as my Other half works at sea. Just needed someone to complain to really. how's everyone today ? X

Are people tracking or just seeing how it goes? Because I’m donor inseminating I’m tracking and have been for a few months.

Af has just arrived 6 weeks after mc!
I'm so happy! And hopefully that means I'll ovulate on the first night of our honeymoon!

So last cycle I’m pretty sure I had a very early miscarriage, which ended up as 2 days of heavy bleeding after AF being a week late and having extensive pregnancy symptoms that I’ve never had before. I’m not sure if this next cycle will be normal yet. I’ve stopped bleeding completely on #CD3.

I’m just tracking with clue and having regular sex. I’ve not used any ovulation or temperature trackers but may do so in a few months if no baby dust coming our way...

@GreatestShowWoman I'm tracking, I use an Ava bracelet and OPKs. I've been tracking since 2011 when we started TTC our first and am hooked now! It's a very bizarre hobby 🤣

Hi all. So glad we've got this board to support one another. Sorry to hear about your miscarriages ladies. I am tracking. My cycle is 30-33 days so start opks around CD 13 but tend to ovulate cd16/17. We don't dtd enough not to track!

This month I've bought some new supplements as suggested on the August bus and I'm going to try and be more healthy. I've got myself into a but of a comfort eating cycle which I need to break. I've also got my thermometer which I really will try and use this month
