Too early for a September bus?

I've (intentionally) missed out on an August BFP due to planned holidays but I'm crossing my fingers for a 7th September BFP/AF! Not sure if there's a September thread already?

TTC: No. 1
Cycle: 1

Getting my coil taken out this coming weekend and really hoping I'm one of the lucky ones whose cycle goes straight back to normal! I haven't had a period for years but have been tracking my bbt for the past month.

Can I hop on?!
Will be coming off the mini pill at the end of this month and ttc #2 so hoping for something to happen in September - even if it’s just AF to let me know my cycle is back!

Been waiting a while and now feeling really nervous about ttc again! Is that normal?

@LumosNox ooh I'm not sure if it has vitamin a in it, is that bad?
There is so much different info on the internet. I've read about raspberry leaf tea been great for ttc but also read it causes cramps and spasms in the uterus.
I've read things about maca root and some say ginger is great and others say ginger is bad.
I was taking evening primrose oil but then i read that it's not good after ovulation.
I honestly wish in this day and age you could make an appt with a fertility expert before ttc to get all the correct info. I think GPS just know the basic info about hormones and you don't get as much info as you would like.
If I had lots of money I would go private.

@LumosNox I just bought the cheapest one 😂 it seems to do the job fine. Hopefully won't need to use it for too long!

@KatnissK @ImpatientMammy I agree the coil is horrible to have put in and taken out but for me the benefits were so worth it - I loved having no periods.

@Blondemummy - I feel nervous too! More nervous than the first time we did it tbh. Didn't really know what I was letting myself in for with DS, haha!

Hello ladies! Can I join? jumping on the September bus now as AF due tomorrow and got a negative FRER today.

TTC: #1
Cycle: 3 (I think as I conceived on cycle one but had a MC at 5 weeks)
AF/BFP due: 5th September

Trying not to let the AFs get me down now, it’s really hard as I feel like I’ve lost my chance as we were so lucky to conceive so quickly.

@Elderflower78 all I know is lots of stuff I've read warns you off supplements and foods containing vitamin A. Google suggests high levels of vitamin A can harm the baby, and I think pregnancy-safe multi-vitamins don't contain vitamin A. I know what you mean though, there's a lot of mixed messages online!

I actually made an appointment with my GP once to discuss TTC, hoping for some advice and guidance - my GP was confused about why I'd even made an appointment and it was a waste of time.

@LumosNox that's bad. I've had more luck reading Pinterest than I have with any medical professionals.
I've considered buying a book but sometimes I think I'm getting a bit obsessive and it's unhealthy. Not sure what to do myself just now. Should maybe take up reading novels or something.

@Elderflower78 reading definitely keeps me busy!

I know what you mean though, I keep having to reign myself in. I could happily spend money on all sorts of tracking methods given half the chance.

@Blondemother - he is 14months old. He is such a sweetheart but a terrible sleeper. Hopefully I get a good sleeper next time! How old is yours?

Miscarried at the beginning of July- not had a period yet
Hoping it comes soon (never thought I'd say that!!) so we can jump on the September bus!
We get married in 3 weeks so lots of lovely chances to DTD and fingers crossed for another positive!!

Thanks @Elderflower78 it seems we're in similar situations!! So so cruel! I'm generally okay had a wobble yesterday- did a first response last week which showed a faint line and got my hopes up but when I tested again yesterday it had almost disappeared so looks like 5 and a half weeks on my hcg levels aren't normal yet!!

DS is 3 and I fell very quickly with him and just know lucky that was!

Had some awful lower back pain yesterday and thought AF might be her way but nothing as yet!

My lovely DS has been up since 5am so going to make my second coffee 😂

@mrss2018 I'm sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I hope AF makes an appearance for you soon so you know where you're at. 😘 I know what you mean about not normally wishing for AF. I'm due on today but nothing yet and we don't start TTC until after my next AF has been and gone - this final wait is driving me nuts! 😂 Do you have much left to do for the wedding to keep you busy?

@Pawpatrolandprosecco Aww well at least you'll know where you stand in your cycle if AF does arrive soon. Hope you're not waiting long either way. 😘 In the mean time, hope the coffee has helped! 😅

Just finished FP so starting again this month. I have just started using flo app and ovulation calculator and I think me and DP have been DTD at the wrong time! Fingers crossed this will be my month, and good luck to everyone here! FP due 1st sept so hopefully it will bring lots of BFP's

@mrss2018 I've got everything crossed for you on that one. My AF cleared off the day before my wedding - talk about timing! 😅 Glad you've got plenty to keep you busy. And if you find a way to spontaneously lose lots of weight, let me know! 😂 I've got my pre-AF headache now, so she can't be far away...

Recently had a mmc. Had Erpc a week ago, hoping to get straight back on the ttc bus. I've stopped bleeding but still waiting for my PT to get back to negative....so not quite sure when I will ovulate / return to my normal cycles. Trying to remain optimistic though so will tentatively join the September bus.....if i may.
