Anyone around 9 dpo?

Hi wondering if anyone is around 9dpo and wants to join me for the agonising wait? I'm trying to hold off from testing until at least 12dpo but it's so hard! I've never obsessed over something so much and I'm only on my 2nd cycle

@2mummie5 I'm so sorry to hear that. Be kind to yourself today. You don't need to know how to be yet. You just need time to process. And you need and deserve spoiling. I hope you guys can do something nice tonight to help distract you.

The disappointment for the3rdtime is hard enough. I know you ladies know how this feels. But I now have no idea how we will get the money to continue. Well I do, we will save but most likely it will be 6 months min begore we have the £5k for the next try. I just don't want to wait anymore. I'm 33 so not getting any younger.

I just have no solutions right now. It's hard to be kind to yourself when you feel like a failure. My wife is so supportive but I just feel like I have let her down. We have a holiday in 2 weeks which is now needed more than ever.
Also got the dreaded call to the hospital to let them know I've failed again.

I'm sorry for the rant. I'll keep off the thread and not bother you ladies with it all. I hope those of you waiting for you BFPs get them soon.

@2mummie5 I'm so gutter for you.. if like to say till af arrives you're still in the game but I can literally feel your disappointment. How many cycles you been trying ? I'm due next Saturday so now waiting for af symptoms. This game is so crap at times 😔 xx

@Thethreeandme this is our 3rd IUI. But witblh pre tests etc we have been u der the clinic since last octover so feels longer.
AF is here now.

It's been an emotionally and financially draining time. I think the break will do me good in the long run although it doesn't feel that way today.

2mummie5 it won t feel positive today but you're so right you need a rest .. let your body relax and not be stressed for a while. It will happen and you can carry your own. If we don't see you on here for a while .. all the best to you and your wife I wish you all the luck with having another xxx

Af came on this morning.. I'm gutted but not surprised..
I feel bad but I think stress makes it VERY difficult for the baby to have a chance. I really did think I was pregnant but I've also been extremely stressed out and feel like I made the journey too hard on my lil nug..

Af doesn't even feel normal..

@2mummie5 thinking of you too. you aren't moaning or bringing anyone down. These forums are about talking to others in the same boat as it's just a weird time.
I hope you manage to have a lovely evening with your family tonight. perhaps write a list of all you are grateful for and focus on your holiday too.

@TaelovexD please please don't blame yourself. We can do everything right but for whatever reason it just doesn't all align. It's just one of those things.

Thank you everyone for your kind words. My emotions are a little more in check now and we are both already feeling a little more positive about moving forward. We are going back to see our consultant early September to put together a new treatment plan. In the meantime we are doing the maths to see if we can pull together the funds.

So in the meantime I'm going to welcome the breathing space from it all and indulge in few things I've been missing... like Costa coffee that I've not had for months

Because I'm so impatient I've come up with a way to stop myself obsessing.. I chart cm and cp.. to stop me checking position I've put fake nails on.. so unless I want to stab my cervix ill just have to wait and see 👌🏼 my boobs hurt but I think it's because ice squeezed them.daily to see if they hurt.. someone needs to put me in a straight jacket till saturday

@thethreeandme you've made me chuckle! Fake nails sounds a great deterrent.

I've gone full on mental today. AF is due today, so I've been popping to the bathroom all day to check if it's arrived. Even though it's still too early I think I'm going to cave and test tomorrow unless she rears her head before then.

AF here for me today. Roll on cycle 6 😥 tried SMEP to the letter this cycle too.

arrived here yesterday as well, was really hopefull this cycle thought it felt different (obvs not!)
@thethreeanme I might steal your idea and get fake nails on for next cycle as I became a bit too obsessed about checking my cervix, to the point that I was checking it 3x a day 😶

well 10dpo and a BFN so I assume I am out but what's annoying is there's a small hope yet which means the wait continues.

Sorry to hear @akasia on to the next month 🙄 jist seems never ending doesn't it.. each month I try and convince myself I'm not really bothered and it'll be good for work.if I werent pg this time.. in a hope it'll trick the universe into making it happen.. I also try my hardest to tell myself thay sore boobs and cramps are af.. jist so I don't have to feel the disappointment .

Sorry af has arrived for you too @TaeLovexD @teacuptale @blitzen @Akasia. Bloody witch spoiling it for us. Hopefully we can keep each other company on the next cycle too! I'm currently deciding whether to order more OPK's or whether to try and relax a bit more with it this month. What do you think?

Ok so I'm a flake. I tested bfn.. only bought the ones for a quid because I didn't wanna waste money so early lol.. knew I should of waited now I'm disappointed xx
