Hi ladies how are you all doing? Everyone had a nice weekend? 3dpo here keeping everything crossed!

Delilah7 · 24/06/2018 16:13

Hi lovelies. I finally let my hair down and drunk for the first time in years. ( not because I was an alcoholic I just never liked it ) now thinking uh oh what if I'm pregnant lol. How're you all xx

OP posts:
ChaosMoon · 24/06/2018 17:12

Don't worry @Delilah7. Plenty of women don't even know they're pregnant for over a month and drink in that time. It doesn't help us get pregnant but as long as you're not wasted every day, it's not too much of a problem.

I think O is today @RanchoRelaxo so it looks like I'm joining you for the tww. Hopefully this glorious weather can bring us some luck! Xxx

Delilah7 · 24/06/2018 18:51

@ChaosMoon that's certainly not me hahaha. Hardly ever drink xx

OP posts:
RanchoRelaxo · 24/06/2018 18:54

Ah try not too worry about it @Delilah7 I am a believer in the saying 'drink till it's pink' haha
Good luck @ChaosMoon will keep everything crossed for us! A little march baby would be just perfect SmileSmile

Lorica · 24/06/2018 19:06

Hello everyone, just joined today and this is my third month TTC, I was taking atenolol and propanolol once in a while for my nerves but off for 3 months now. Thinking the meds are causing the delay in me conceiving, really want a baby. Anybody with similar experience and adviceSmile

ChaosMoon · 24/06/2018 19:43

Ha ha - drink til it's pink - I like that!
March would be just lovely wouldn't it?

Welcome @Lorica. I haven't had the same experience, but you've come to the right place for support. Have you asked your GP if the meds could do that?

Delilah7 · 24/06/2018 20:09

I'm out x

Any updates from you lovely ladies this week? Anyone hoping praying and wishing for a July miracle? Never mind the TWW being painful, it’s so hard just waiting until the FW isn’t it!? Mine is next week I hope. Sending you all baby dust x

ChaosMoon · 25/06/2018 08:40

So sorry to hear that @Delilah7. I really hope this cycle has a better result.

@FSlater I've been quite good at waiting for the FW but I go immediately crazy when it arrives and start symptom spotting almost before I've dtd!

Natural Cycles has changed it's mind and now thinks O is today. I really hope it doesn't change again - the 2ww is bad enough without thinking it's started early!

Delilah7 · 25/06/2018 09:35

@ChaosMoon me too, im defo more ready for negatives at the moment. Unless I'm not catching ovulation at the right time but I don't want to use OPKS yet! Xx

Hi ladies, first time poster on MN and first month TTC. I am currently 4DPO and am convincing myself I am having symptoms!! I actually think it is my brain convincing me, but every twinge I get I find myself googling it!🙄 saying that, I have had fairly consistent lower left abdomen cramping. Anyone else suffer from anything similar? One week til AF is due so it’s just a waiting game now!

Delilah7 · 25/06/2018 14:16

@Booklover87 hi lovely I had that but mine was because I've just come off pill so body was adjusting xx

OP posts:
Booklover87 · 25/06/2018 14:48

@delilah7 yeah I’m off it for around 2 years now though. I think I’m at the stage where if my left arm fell off... I’d probably put it down to pregnancy symptoms!!🙈😂 I am being very realistic though and have just ordered OPKs in bulk from amazon

Saraelle · 25/06/2018 15:52

Feel like I have not commented for ages, went a bit off the boil whilst sulking about AF but I’m back and ready for month 7 TTC. Clearly it’s going to be a case of keeping going until October and praying. I haven’t used my OPK since the doctors but feel I should as I’ve paid for them!

How is everyone doing?

RanchoRelaxo · 25/06/2018 18:30

Hi @Booklover87 I'm 4dpo too, we can symptom spot together haha
Sorry for the negative test @Delilah7, hope July is your lucky month!
I am loving this weather (probs won't be loving it so much when I can't sleep tonight haha) the only problem is it makes me want to snack and drink lager Grin haha

Delilah7 · 25/06/2018 19:57

@RanchoRelaxo thanks lovely. I'm ok. Seem to be getting my cramps which is obviously PMS related!

OP posts:
Booklover87 · 25/06/2018 20:45

@ranchorelaxo I definitely need a fellow symptom spotter, especially when I am being totally ridiculous😂🙈 when is AF due for you? I O’d late so am due next Monday when I will be 11DPO! Just reading through the thread and I totally agree with everyone, it’s so easy to get super obsessed fast...I need to calm down a bit!!

ChaosMoon · 25/06/2018 21:45

@RanchoRelaxo and @Booklover87, when I start "spotting" the same symptoms, you're going to have to remind me that I'm 4 days behind you and being ridiculous! Grin

@Saraelle how are you feeling about it all now?

CobaltRose · 25/06/2018 21:54

Hi everyone, mind if I join?

We're currently on cycle 3 of TTC #1 after a miscarriage earlier this year. I'm 8DPO, so still very early, but caved and took a cheapie test and got this. Why do I do this to myself Grin

TTC First Baby! Anyone else?!
Booklover87 · 25/06/2018 23:49

Ha @chaosmoon we are in this together, every ridiculous symptom spot included!😂

Welcome @cobaltrose, I’m also new! I have never taken one of them so I’m no help to you unfortunately! I read about introvertimg the pic( not sure if that’s right) and it makes it easier to see...maybe try that??

RanchoRelaxo · 26/06/2018 07:02

@Booklover87 I'm due af on Saturday which will be 9dpo (short luteal phase since coming off the pill 6/7 months ago)
@CobaltRose im sorry to hear about your miscarriage, I don't think I can see anything on the test, but actually when I zoom in I think I can see a vv faint line? Sorry thats no help is it 😂
I was getting really obsessed at the start, inputting every little symptom into the apps, but this month I really haven't been bothered to do it, none of the apps that I have found properly work for me so I only use them as a rough guide anyway.

broodybrody · 26/06/2018 10:31

Hi all, been following this thread for about 3 weeks but haven’t felt brave enough to join in yet!

A little info: 32, first cycle ttc, first baby, overweight and vegan. My birth control was the copper coil (the new one!) and I had it taken out at the start of June.
Had one late period after removal and very short! Since having coil taken out my cm has been pretty none existent but we dtd last night and Flo says I’m ovulating so fingers crossed! Hoping to dtd a couple more times this week but I’m really thrown off since having my coil out.

I guess I’m on the 2ww? Af is due while I’m away in Berlin so I will hopefully be distracted with my friends and not go symptom spotting crazy (which I know is gonna happen!)

Luck to you all Star

Delilah7 · 26/06/2018 12:44

Advice ladies. As we know my test came up negative so I'm pretty sure I'm not. Periods due tomorrow, however for the first time EVER I've felt like really loose and damp down there. Keep having to go toilet like constantly. Ever hour without fail.

OP posts:
ChaosMoon · 26/06/2018 17:57

Thanks @Booklover87! Smile

Ooh, @Delilah7 you're not out until af shows her face and that sounds like a positive sign!

Welcome new ladies, glad you've joined us!
Sorry about your mc @CobaltRose. I don't see a line but I do see a bit of pink at the bottom of where the line should be... Do you still have the test?
@broodybrody it's such a pain when you're not sure about your cycle. Thank goodness for Berlin!

I'm having a great day - my chief exec has been singing my praises to my boss and I'm getting a pay rise. That's a nice distraction too!

Love and baby dust to you all. Xx
