TTC First Baby! Anyone else?!

Hi Ladies.

Anyone else on their first cycle and TTCing?! I'm seeing all these beautiful posts about ladies getting pregnant and how they have bonded with people on here soooo, thought I'd make one at the start on my journey!

@EllaR1 it's so hard to tell, just waiting for the time my AF is due so I can know either way. I wish there was just a way for your body to tell you if you're pregnant, take all the guess work out of it!
Fingers crossed for all :)

Hey thanks @Delilah7, I'm desperately trying to hold it together this morning so I can at least leave the house in a fairly decent state! Thinking maybe this is just PMT showing that AF is definitely coming this weekend. Hoping that today my boss doesn't ask me again if I'm pregnant as I think I will just fall apart!

@CookieWaffle sometimes it's good to share. But don't if you're not up to it. We have all our fingers crossed for you. We want a BFP! Xx

Thanks @Delilah7 xx I think a proper bawl last night was long overdue! OH never knows what to do with and we ended up getting angry with eachother before I just started coming out with thinking I'm just broken and it's never going to happen. But he's very pragmatic and just said well we'll just try harder next month. Gah why does it have to be so hard lol

@EllaR1 In our attempt this month I did a legs in the air dance just to jiggle them tadpoles into the right place! May not have worked but kept me entertained for a bit!

What the hell? I can't believe your boss would ask you that @CookieWaffle! So unacceptable. I'm sorry you're still feeling rubbish this morning. I really hope you're boss behaves himself and today goes ok. At least it's hump day and we're half way to the weekend!

Thanks @ChaosMoon yeah I'm ready to slap my boss one day, doesn't help we're clashing a bit too much at the moment! This is only my third month so really not long but as I'm now in my 40s and been wanting this for about 15 years I'm just finding this really tough! Especially when friends say 'oh you'd be a good mum'

#CookieWaffle your not alone, im always telling my hubby i dont work properly. Hes promises me wel try harder but we never do. We may start off BD everyday then it soon gets less, then I get upset wev missed it but its so easy to feel constantly pressured that your feeling like you need to keep on top of it all the time lol oooh well I may give the legs dance a go.

Iv just been for lunch with my best friend who is 6 months pregnant and shes getting very big now. It was all baby talk and we went shopping to get stuff for her hospital bag. Im so excited for her but also angry inside that I feel like a failure. She asked me how the trying is going for me and its just the same, still not happened yet, and, we give up trying I dont think its going to happen. Its been far too long now and im so fed up. I do deep down think its my hubby that has low sperm or something cos iv had tests done and all was fine

Argh! Ladies I have been reading all your posts and really feel for you all. Why is it that 2 weeks in the sun goes by far too fast but waiting the same time to find out if you’re pregnant or not is a lifetime! I’m currently still sat waiting for AF to turn up...expected this Sat but not feeling any usual aches and pains so hopeful! I’d rather go to my dr appt to say “yay I’m pregnant please test me!” than “I’m getting older and my body is not what it was!” Lol. I know loads of people who have conceived older than me naturally and some who needed help so I am a bit on the fence. Good old Mother Nature not allowing the best of our egg years to be 20s and 30s!

#Saraelle im not having the usual pains either for AF showing up or my spotting, but still not getting my hopes up. Just my body messed up I think.

Hey @Saraelle they kinda knew I wanted babies before they were my boss, then I got engaged and now everytime I get a stomachache (which is often!) they think I'm pregnant. I think after the last time when I just said 'No' and walked off they should've learned now! They're just trying to be friendly but I just wanna cry every time!

AF is due Sat and I think I'm getting the signs so I think that's definitely me out this month...

Does anyone usually start AF the day it should be or can it vary? I was 4 days early last month so I could expect it anytime and I know that will then affect when ovulation day is meant to be. Why is it so confusing

I usually do opks and have worked out that I have a short luteal phase, hoping for everyone that this is our month

Day of or day before?!

I've been having some odd feelings today, kinda like cramps but kinda not and all across the bottom of my stomach, just on and off, nothing permanent! And I have a headache :( no idea if this is the start of AF or not.
How's everyone feeling tonight?
