Hi all,

Just started the 2WW (I think) as I’m pretty sure I ovulated yesterday/today based on Flo & the bloatedness I’ve had...just wondered if anyone was at the same stage as me and how they were feeling about it all? This is TTC #1 for me xx

Omg why did that go all bold?

LG88 · 07/06/2018 07:38

@buntingandstarcharts I know exactly what you mean, 6 months definitely felt like a milestone for me too. I was absolutely convinced it would have happened within the first 6 months. My biggest fear is that I will have to wait another 6 months for another BFP and then I will just lose it again. Sad on a more positive note though I finally got my positive ovulation test this morning! I'm so relieved as I was so worried that this was going to have thrown my cycles off completely and that I wouldnt ovulate at all. I was only about 2 or 3 days later than normal. When are your husbands tests booked in? It will be a weight off your minds if you know nothing is wrong. @Hopefulbunny when is af due for you? How are you feeling? Come on girls, we got this!! Bugger the statistics and everything else, we are individual and don't need to be told what is 'normal' for other people. We WILL have our babies!!! Xx

RobynC19 · 07/06/2018 08:31

Starting my tww kind of fist month off the pill had a with draw bleed and 6 high fertility flashing faces on my clear blue ovulation test and some lines but never a positive on my opk tests so now I'm just waiting for AF don't think I ovulated which has made me worry that I'm going to be in for a long try all I'm hoping is AF comes soon ish so my body can get back to normal

Hopefulbunny · 10/06/2018 17:00

Hi Ladies, AF arrived for me so onto another cycle, How are you LG88, buntingandstarcharts have you had AF yet or are you in with a chance?
I hope you are all well.

RobynC19 · 10/06/2018 18:38

I had a stretchy brown mucus on cd 17 lasting 2 hours if that and had one big cramp earlier in the day am I tricking my self in to hoping that was implantation bleeding. I'm now on day 19 and have been extremely tired and bloated not due AF till June 19th

buntingandstarcharts · 11/06/2018 15:16

Hey all, my period came, of course! I was more crazy last month, actual meltdown! Feels like it just won't happen! How are you @LG88 and @Hopefulbunny? What month are you on now? X

buntingandstarcharts · 11/06/2018 15:17

Good luck @RobynC19 what number cycle are you on?

RobynC19 · 11/06/2018 15:25

This is my very first cycle from coming off the pill cd 20 from my withdrawal bleed and stopped taking my pill 25 days ago :) here is to a speedy ttc journey, I'm 25 ttc baby 1

RobynC19 · 11/06/2018 15:27

@buntingandstarcharts actually got a peek on my clear blue fertility monitor this morning

LG88 · 11/06/2018 16:38

@buntingandstarcharts I'm doing OK thank you. I finally ovulated so my cycles have been pushed on a bit. We made sure we continued to try this month but really not expecting it to have happened this quickly so just waiting to get my next period out of the way. How are you girls doing? Xx

buntingandstarcharts · 11/06/2018 18:26

@LG88 hurray you ovulated! @RobynC19 good luck - us 3 Long timers here are on 6 months + trying! So hopefully you won't have to wait as long as us! How old are you @LG88 ? I've never asked! And @Hopefulbunny ?

RobynC19 · 11/06/2018 18:42

Thanks fingers crossed been waiting over a year to be in the right position to try and support a baby so we are very keen for it to happen x

JigglyBlueCat · 11/06/2018 23:44

Am just starting the tww! I’m really hoping this month is the month! This is cycle 14 and feeling rather deflated at the moment :( my best wishes to everyone!

buntingandstarcharts · 12/06/2018 07:32

@JigglyBlueCat hi! Cycle 14! Wow, keep going girl! Have you seen your doc for tests? X

LG88 · 12/06/2018 08:06

@JigglyBlueCat gosh, everything crossed that this is your cycle!! How have you kept sane? I have so much respect for you. 🤞🤞
@buntingandstarcharts I am 29 and this will be cycle 7 for me, I have no idea what to expect this month though because I don't know how much the mc will have knocked my cycles out. Sad how old are you? When are you due to ovulate? Xx

JigglyBlueCat · 12/06/2018 09:37

@buntingandstarcharts the doctors have been pretty useless, they pretty much just said that we were dtd to often. This was on cycle 12 and have tried everything possible so will be going back to them soon!

@LG88 I am very sorry to hear your news 😢

LG88 · 14/06/2018 14:08

Hi ladies, @JigglyBlueCat and @buntingandstarcharts how are you both? When is af due for you jiggly? Xx

JigglyBlueCat · 14/06/2018 16:57

@LG88 my AF is due on the 25th.

Trying to keep myself busy, how are you? Xxx

LG88 · 14/06/2018 17:35

@JigglyBlueCat very similar time wise to me then, I think I should be due on around 21st or 22nd from when I ovulated but I have no idea if this cycle will be a bit different after the miscarriage last month. I have to remember not to get my hopes up if it doesn't arrive on time as it is not likely to have happened so quickly after the miscarriage and that my cycles may be out. I know what you mean, I try everything to keep my mind off it all. The days seem to drag so badly when you just want to know. Confused do you have any symptoms? I have literally everything crossed for you. Xx

JigglyBlueCat · 14/06/2018 19:39

@LG88 the past two days I have been so tired to the point I’m not getting out of bed till 11/12 (I finish work around 11pm) used to get up at 8 still! And today I have been so bloated to the point that it feels like I’m going to pop!!! What about you? Xxx

buntingandstarcharts · 14/06/2018 20:52

I had a scan today and I have an ovarian cyst blocking one Fallopian tube which means I'm not ovulating from that side. I'm gutted as I will need to have it removed and I don't know how that affects baby making and whether it will delay it 😪

LG88 · 14/06/2018 21:23

Oh @buntingandstarcharts I am so so sorry to hear of this added complication for you BUT (and I don't claim to be an expert) I did think cysts were relatively easy and uncomplicated to remove? My sister in law gets them but has had them removed in the past. If this is the case and that has been what has been causing a problem for you ttc this may really be the turning point for you. You know now and can get everything underway to get it sorted and it's like you are starting fresh. (please don't want to punch me in the face, I know how shitty it all feels when you are in it- trust me!!) just feel like we have to try to remain positive for each other with everything that has happened recently. We will get through this together.. And hey, maybe one day we will meet up with our babies. Smile sending lots of love and big hugs your way. Xx

buntingandstarcharts · 15/06/2018 11:03

@LG88 thanks for your positivity, strangely I feel positive too! I'm so glad there's a reason why this is taking so long and without a glimmer of pregnancy I did think something didn't seem right! I'm pleased to know your sis in law gets them too (poor her but glad for me) do know how long he recovery is and have her cysts been on or inside? It's nice to know the experiences of others to compare etc. I'm just worried if the recovery is ages and the cycle is affected then we will have to wait ages to conceive- really that's my biggest concern. How are you @LG88? Yes let's meet with our babies one day! Where also you live? X

buntingandstarcharts · 15/06/2018 11:04

Why do I keep doing bold writing? I don't know how to change it?

LG88 · 15/06/2018 13:56

Ah @buntingandstarcharts I'm so pleased that you are feeling positive. It is good news really in a round about way because once this is sorted it will probably happen pretty quickly for you. I guess you will double your chances. I don't know loads about it but I'm pretty sure it is a relatively small op that she has to remove them. They come back for her so she has to go every now and again to have them removed so it cant be a big deal and I don't think it will hold you up TTC very much at all. Probably less than a month I would imagine. I think it will be a real change for you. Keep us updated on how you get on. I'm doing OK thank you. Period is due next week and although I feel fine about it now I'm sure I am going to be really sad to see it arrive. 😣 I live in Devon but pretty sure I remember you saying your in London? My sister lives in London so I visit and you could always come for a trip to the seaside. 😊 Xx
