Anyone just starting the TWW..?

Hi all,

Just started the 2WW (I think) as I’m pretty sure I ovulated yesterday/today based on Flo & the bloatedness I’ve had...just wondered if anyone was at the same stage as me and how they were feeling about it all? This is TTC #1 for me xx

@buntingandstarcharts, it is due around now or in the next few days but can’t be sure as last proper period was end of feb then game off pill beginning of March had 3 day withdrawal bleed and then nothing since.. been waiting for af! XX

Yes faint but slightly darker xx

I haven’t anymore tests... will test in a couple of days but have zoomed in and there’s def a line and I’m pretty sure it’s not an Evap as feeling funny today!!!

@Rose2887 I'm jel! I came on my period today. 5 months down, feels like it's never going to happen! I won't let it bring me down! I guess there's no 'rush' but worried there's something wrong (I know loads of people take over a year to conceive etc)

Don’t be disheartened, it will happen! My best friend was trying for ages,Infact years, she then started to relax and bam she was pregnant!
Have you been to drs? I’m not sure whether this is why but I started taking aspirin.. not sure if you’ve googled it but I think it may of helped!!! Good luck and I’m going to stick around until I feel I’m in the all clear xxx

@buntingandstarcharts I am really sorry to hear this, it really is rubbish and tough. I think month 6 is going to be the charm for us!! 🤞🤞
We will see out the journey a bit longer together and in no time both of us and @Hopefulbunny will be discussing our pregnancy symptoms I'm sure of it!! I know we can't really help but your not alone. 🤗 Big hugs. Xx

I had my peak ovulation test on Tuesday so literally just starting another 2ww. Why does it always seem to be the bloomin 2ww!!! I have been moving house so am not holding my breath for this month as it has been a pretty stressful time. You feeling positive this month? Xx

@LG88 every month I'm so grateful of you! I don't know what I will do when you get pregnant! 🤣 haha. I actually do feel hopeful this month. We did everything possible, maxxed out the sexytime, legs in the air, you name it! I think maybe rather than hopeful, I'm just less bothered, each month I'm getting less and less up tight about it as it feels far away. But there's nothing we can do! How long are your cycles by the way? Do you mind me asking?

Ah @buntingandstarcharts I'm really glad to have you too, I am extremely hopeful that we will both fall pregnant at the same time as I would absolutely love to continue the journey with you! I totally get what you are saying, I think each month that goes past I get a little less hopeful and just wait for my period to start without doubting that it will. Ah I really really hope that this is the month for you, I have a very good feeling for you this time! 🤞
No of course I don't mind, we are here to share, pretty much 28 days every cycle give or take a day or so. What about you? Xx

@LG88 my cycle is 26 days in the dot, I get sore boobs about a week before which I've read is due to riding progesterone (initially of course I assumed it was a pregnancy symptom🤣🤣) Moving house sounds stressful but exciting, you just need the new addition! Also, I wonder if physically there can be any pregnancy symptoms before period is due? I've read that before implantation the little cells aren't even able to give off signals anyway. And implantation happens over a week after conception... so symptom spotting is useless anyway! X

LG88 , I'm good thank you, I'm on cycle day 20 I think, however I didn't get a positive opk this cycle so I have either ovulated earlier than usual or not at all which is a bit worrying. I'm pretty sure this cycle is a right off so I won't be that disappointed but I'm 36 so need to get moving! How are you all doing? It would be great for us all to get BFPS together.

@Hopefulbunny yay you're back! I know I said that I had read symptoms don't start til implantation - well I feel sick. Really fat and sick and hot! Could these be...?

Agghh, @buntingandstarcharts they do say you can get sickness from very early on.. 🤞🤞🤞

I am OK, no symptoms for me but I honestly haven't thought about it all much this month at all because of moving. I don't think this is going to be my month, I have had too much on and been too distracted. Hopefully month 6 is yours and 7 will be mine. 🤞🤞🤞 Then you can tell me what to expect. 😊 Xx

@LG88 I know my period is coming. Tell tell signs. I feel totally gutted this month. I know people try for a lot longer but I just can't help thinking that it's not working. We couldn't be doing any more to help matters, I've been so chilled about it all, just feel disappointed. To make matters worse, I had a huge argument with my husband because he said I was putting too much pressure on it and I told him that he drank too much each week whilst out with friends. I'm sad and annoyed. Boo.
