Cramps and brown here for me too, Weasle, think I'm about 13dpo, but I'm pretty sure af is on its way. Bfn two days ago. Fx for you.

peachesarenom · 17/02/2018 21:47

dulwichdays I'm TTC#1!

Congrats Cakelaur I love doggos. So much so my DH keeps offering me dogs to try and cheer me up. Then two days in a row, while out walking two different black labs came up to me for a cuddle! One looked into my eyes like they were in love with me. I think dogs can tell!

Eastend2015 · 17/02/2018 23:07

whyhastgerumgone I’m so sorry for your loss. Opks won’t hurt and perhaps a ttc app could be helpful. It felt like I was doing something practical iyswim.

Primose do see if you can get referred for tests from a sympathetic gp. I actually do have a condition that would make me more likely to miscarry boys- had EP, MMC, DS, MC and now 5 wks pregnant but this pregnancy feels very different. I’m hoping maybe that means I might be carrying a girl this time but don’t want to give myself false hope! Symptoms are coming and going and while I know that’s normal i’m just a bag of nerves!

dulwichdays · 18/02/2018 06:32

I am slowly driving myself mad. Had a few symptoms over the last few days and have slowly convinced myself that I might be pregnant. It’s most likely that it’s just symptoms of AF, but I don’t remember being as aware of these previously. If, and it’s a BIG if I know I’m pregnant, I think I ovulated sometime between 3rd-6th February. It’s first month post MC so I have know idea when to expect my period so that’s probably not helping me! I was usually 28 days and regular which would predict AF for Wednesday this week, but told to expect it 4-6 weeks after surgery. Why oh why do we do this to ourselves...I need some serious distraction techniques to quieten my brain down and to accept that I’m not pregnant!

Boboelephant · 18/02/2018 12:10

@PassTheAfterEights I'm so sorry it looks like you've had another chemical. Sending hugs.
@dulwichdays you're not out til the witch shows. Fingers crossed that you've caught straight away!!
@YassQueen take as long as you can and need and don't feel bad. You've experienced a trauma and need time to recover. I took 2 weeks off after seeing scan, ERPC was in the middle and it was too soon. I went back, cried everywhere, only did half days and boss referred me for therapy. Luckily Xmas was coming so I had 2 weeks leave straight after.
@Eastend2015 nice to hear from you. How are you feeling?

Boboelephant · 18/02/2018 12:11

@weasledee I don't know as ive never had implantation bleeding but fx for you!

PassTheAfterEights · 18/02/2018 12:18

@dulwichdays the acceptance is the hardest part i'm finding. I felt all PMA post mc but now just a bit angry again. 12dpo today, symptoms and the same nothing of a line on a FRER so assuming we might have conceived but not implanted and expecting AF tuesday - again, based on normal cycles but post mc so who knows. Thrown myself into work a bit but brewing a cold and generally feeling low. Might try the curl up with a boxset approach next! Hope you get some peace from it.

PassTheAfterEights · 18/02/2018 12:20

@boboelephant thanks that's kind x yes think so :( trying only to be irritated rather than worried and want to stay calm for March, but not a thrilling first attempt Hmm hope you're ok too x

Boboelephant · 18/02/2018 12:41

@dulwichdays its hard as before pregnancy loss I hardly noticed my period at all. Now I seem to have all these obvious and confusing symptoms that I can misinterpret easily. Don't know if I am just so aware now or if they are a side effect from what your body goes through.
@PassTheAfterEights definitely curl up with the box set! It's hard not to feel worried. And angry. And sad. Fingers crossed for all of us for March!

Cakelaur · 18/02/2018 12:55

For those asking. The puppy is a St. Bernard... (a Beethoven!!)Haha!!! We ordered him when we found out we were pregnant. But his appearance is still a joyous one. 🐶

Anyone who's had their first AF since erpc/d&c/mc was it the mother of all Afs? Normally I'm 3 days, heavy, medium, light then finish. Maybe a bit crampy on day one. This time I'm 3rd day still heavy and still crampy and WAY more painful than usual. Hoping she'll just buggar off now... so that we can crack on with this month!!!
I had an erpc so assumed af wouldn't be any heavier as theyd sucked everything out.
🙈

peachesarenom · 18/02/2018 13:00

Cakelaur My AF was the same number of days but v light at first then very heavy. I'm glad it is over. I feel like my hormones are more balanced and I feel more normal.

I love your dog. DH says a st Bernard would be too big for us but I'm pondering a new foundland!

Martydog · 18/02/2018 15:12

I think I am out this month as i have started spotting. I was so sure that I was going to get a bfp as I had loads of symptoms.

Patienceofatoddler · 18/02/2018 15:19

Hi All,

Hope everyone is well and there's been some BFP I The last 2-3 weeks.

I've had a couple weeks away with family and some time to concentrate on us.

Feeling quite frustrated and stressed still but I dont think that will honestly change until we get a BFP - Still feeling incredibly let down by my body.

3 days til AF is due and 2nd full cycle since MC so got our paws all crossed.

@Cakelaur Love the puppy photos.

We have a Rottie who is 8 years old now - Would be lost without my shadow. 💕🐶 Wouldn't be without a dog in our house these days.

SuzieBa · 18/02/2018 15:24

Hi I miscarried on 21/1 in 5th week. When I stopped bleeding on 26/1 I did the test again. It was negative. So we started Ttc again. From yesterday my breast are feeling heavy and sometimes painfully. They were this way when I was pregnant. I also have wet discharge which before period it was always completely dry. I did first response test on Friday and it was negative. I did one from poundland this afternoon and it was negative. The problem is I don't know when my period is due. What are your thoughts? I really feel different and hope I might be pregnant.

Primrose16 · 18/02/2018 16:46

@eastend I understand the bag of nerves. Especially with what You have been through. I couldn’t enjoy my pregnancy as I was scared of loosing. I missed out on so much, I regret not getting photos etc. I hope other than the worry you are getting on okay.
So I’m not being nutty? Only being able to carry one sex is a thing?

Primrose16 · 18/02/2018 16:50

@Cakeleur my periods have always been messed up after mc. I was one of those who has easy periods, no pain, done and dusted quickly. I never understood why some complained 🙈 since my first mc my periods have been horrible. Stopping then starting up again. Period pains.

dulwichdays · 18/02/2018 17:11

@boboelephant fingers crossed, but I do recognise that’s its highly unlikely. I’ve decided I’ll wait until next weekend which will be 4.5 weeks after ERPC and longer than my normal cycle and then do a FRER

@passtheaftereights - you should definitely tuck yourself up with a box set, that’s how I’ve spent a lot of my time recently and it definitely helps me to distract myself and get away from my constant wandering thoughts!

dulwichdays · 18/02/2018 17:28

Forgot to ask - did most people AF come back in line with their pre-MC cycle or totally random?!

SoozC · 18/02/2018 17:32

I had two longer cycles post-mc but af was similar. This cycle I had acupuncture and my cycle has returned to normal 29 days but af is screwed!

Boboelephant · 18/02/2018 17:59

My first af after erpc was 32 days after which was pretty in line. Before MMC cycles were 31 to 34 days. It wasn't too bad although a little heavier. On cd4 of second af which was 33 days between. This one is a beast. Not bleeding any heavier but had horrendous double over cramps for a week leading up to it and have had excruciating back pain up until today. Since my ep I've gotten back pain but usually it goes as soon as af starts. This one its stayed. Today is a bit better so hopefully that's it now. Really hope I catch this cycle so don't go through this again next month!

dulwichdays · 18/02/2018 18:16

@SoozC how much longer are we talking?

dulwichdays · 18/02/2018 18:17

@boboelephant that sounds absolutely nasty. Fingers crossed they go back to normal ASAP! X

DaisyMay25 · 18/02/2018 18:20

@dulwichdays mine are completely the same, apart from I completely
Missed January, just the smallest amount of spotting

Llondbol · 18/02/2018 18:44

@YassQueen I agree with everyone else - don't rush back in 😘 I had 2 weeks off and still finding it hard mentally. Been a tough week this week cos I've just been thinking it would have been the 12 week scan 😭 I've had my negative test now after the D&C so I've been measuring my BBT again and it looks like I've ovulated completely as normal on CD17 so might be lucky enough to fall back into fairly regular cycles. Wound myself up a bit tonight looking ahead to my predicted ovulation days and looks like we're going to miss our chance in March and April because I'm working away and then my fiancé's on a golf trip 😭 Hope ovulation comes early!!!

SoozC · 18/02/2018 20:13

Dulwich - usual 29-day cycle went to 36 days 1st two months. This cycle was back to 29. I don't know if it's because of the acupuncture or if my body would have self-regulated though.
