Holly I could have written your post myself. Had EP, MMC, then DS, then MC on 10/12. If there is any silver lining my body dealt with this MC itself whereas MMC just went on for ages after ERPC. Also trying to call myself lucky but so frustrating when I hoped we’d got all of our bad luck out of the way! Just trying to stay positive and focus on all the good things I have in life.

Flatwhite32 · 01/01/2018 15:20

Happy New Year lovely ladies. Hell, you all deserve one! Xxx

Boboelephant · 01/01/2018 15:46

Happy New year everyone! I hope this year brings us all what we wish for. Sticky beans for those who are in early stages and successful pregnancies for those of us still trying soon!
@Holly and Eastend , I've had mine the other way but still so hard. DS who was a brilliant easy pregnancy, then EP, then MMC. I feel like my luck ran out and really hope the next one sticks. I'm pretty sure I ovulated Sat although that's just going from physical signs so am expecting AF about 13th too. Hopefully she never comes!!!

Eastend2015 · 01/01/2018 17:32

Amen to that bobo, everything crossed for you. I’ve just started following uterusmonologues.com/author/uterusmonologues/, well worth a read.

Boboelephant · 01/01/2018 19:49

Thanks @Eastend. You too!! 🤞🤞
Thanks for the recommendation too. I have had a read through some of them and they are very relatable.

Lovemysparkle · 02/01/2018 09:39

Happy new year to all you lovely ladies,
Well I got a great birthday present this morning sodding AF😡😡 28 days would have been Thursday but my cycle usually 26-27 so we have been back on the ttc bus November/December so on to January am hopefully having my first session of acupuncture this weekend, love to you all & great news with your scan flat ❤️❤️

Dandelion89 · 02/01/2018 10:59

Happy new year everyone! I've not posted for a few weeks but I've been keeping up to date. I got a very faint bfp New Year's Eve, I've done a few more and they are all very faint so trying not to get too excited.

Flatwhite32 I'm pleased everything is going well so far. Long may it continue.

Happy birthday Sparkle, sorry to hear about af. Enjoy acupuncture at the weekend, I've had two sessions and I'm still not sure what I think yet.
All the best to everyone for this year, I hope it's a positive year for all of us 🤞🏻xx

DaisyMay25 · 02/01/2018 11:01

DaisyMay25 · 02/01/2018 11:01

*lovely, oops

Dandelion89 · 02/01/2018 11:04

Thanks Daisy, that's very kind of you to say.

Eastend2015 · 02/01/2018 11:24

Good luck dandelion, so nerve wracking isn’t it!? Just got an appointment through for the recurrent miscarriage clinic at whipps cross in early Feb. Anyone have any experiences?

Boboelephant · 02/01/2018 11:47

Happy birthday @Lovemysparkle. Sorry about af. Fingers crossed for Jan!
Congratulations @Dandelion89! I hope the line continues to get darker!
@Eastend2015 no experience here but I hope you get some answers. You must live close to me!

Mimilicious013 · 02/01/2018 12:07

hello ladies

di626 · 02/01/2018 14:40

Welcome new people 😊. Congrats @Dandelion89 everything crossed for you 😊!! That sucks @Lovemysparkle, get a large glass of wine in you tonight as a birthday celebration 💗💗.

@Eastend2015 i have a private obgyn app tomo eve & really hoping they'll do something for me as ive now had mc, mmc & chemical so will let u know.

Im in fertile week at the minute & not sure whether to dtd or not, feel like i should as will annoy me if dont ttc & then on other hand scared that if successful it will end badly again & more time wasted so should wait on testing - ah just dunno - will see what obgyn advises tomo 🤞🤞

di626 · 02/01/2018 14:41

At this stage im desperately hoping for positive stories & scanning the net for successful pregnancies after rmc 🙄🙄, my 2018 positive vibes are not great 😏

Eastend2015 · 02/01/2018 15:28

Thanks di and bobo. I’m in Buckhurst Hill bobo, where are you? I’ve been travelling to the EPU at st thomas’ but now i’ve been referred for rmc, their waiting it’s is 3 months plus! Sigh- I’m sure whipps is fine though. Just not sure what to expect- I have a number of underlying conditions so taking something to prolong a pregnancy isn’t the right answer if there are chromosomal problems. I guess it can’t hurt though!

Boboelephant · 02/01/2018 16:51

@di626 I hope the appt tomorrow gives you some answers and hope. This story is an old one but my mum had 4 mc before having my sister and me 2 years apart so it can happen. I really hope you get your sticky baby soon.
@Eastend2015 I'm in Stratford. Haven't used Whipps Cross but have been to EPU at both Royal London and Newham and they are all Barts Health. Royal London in particular have been amazing. I hope it goes well, let us know what they say. 🤞

Mimilicious013 · 02/01/2018 17:03

failing to post eeish

Mimilicious013 · 02/01/2018 17:06

congratulations @dandelion í¼í¼¹. wishing you a healthy pregnancy

Hollymchollyface · 02/01/2018 18:08

Congrats @dandelion ! Fingers crossed its a sticky one. It's so nice to read about bfps, there is hope after all!
@eastend, my last mc all happened naturally too which I was very grateful about. Now that its over it feels like I was never really pregnant and I just had a horrible heavy period. But then I remember how it felt thinking I was pregnant for 3 weeks, and I am feeling sad today that it didn't work out.

NelleB · 02/01/2018 19:48

I was wondering if anyone could provide me with some insight, I had a CP 16th December, 3 days of bleeding and then did a HPT (FRER) to confirm I wasn't pregnant. Definitely not pregnant but just wanted to know about peoples cycles post CP. GP said it's fine to carry on as normal and keep trying. Also taking some complex b vitamins on top of my regular ones as I read online they can help and I'll try anything not to go through it again. Thank you xx

di626 · 02/01/2018 20:08

@NelleB ive just had cp myself around same time as you & hoping to be in fertile week atm. I had m/c at 5 weeks in april ... cycles returned to more or less normal but a lot of spotting the days prior to the af following that mc

Stowie3012 · 02/01/2018 20:43

Happy new year to me!

NelleB · 02/01/2018 20:52

@di626 thank you so much! This has helped as I don't want to keep asking GP like a nutter who desperately wants one baby. X

DaisyMay25 · 02/01/2018 20:56

@Stowie3012 huge congrats!! Great way to start the year!
