December Bus - Christmas Wishes

Hi all,

I’ve decided to take the plunge and make a December Bus. I know it’s still early in Nov but for those of us whose cycles fall early in the month it’ll be nice for us to have a new thread!

I’m 23
TTC #1
Cycle: 2

Had so many symptoms in October (unusual for my regular AF) so felt so disappointed when it wasn’t meant to be.

Anyway let’s hope December is our month and hope for that Christmas surprise!

Still a BFN :( I'm never late and I've never had bleeding/spotting mid cycle. My periods have always been regular so I don't get what's happening, is it too early for a BFP? CD32

😔 might stress be delaying AF @peterpanwendy ? I wish I knew what to suggest, have you been testing with your first morning wee? X

Quick question re temping, I cosleep (wrestle through the night) with my 2 year old. My temp was higher when I first woke up this morning then at lunch because he had been laying on me. Does this mean temping probably isn't for me? X

@ImpatientMammy I highly doubt it, I'm not even that stressed right now and I'm a teacher so have been way more stressed before and it's not made a difference to my cycle

Ok so came off cerazette 2 weeks ago. Didn't want to use clear blue opks when I've not had a natural cycle since before ds so got myself some ic opks. This evening for first time in 5 days I've seen the faintest of lines- does anyone have any idea how many days away from ovulation that might be?!?!?

@Jfw82 for me that was about 3 :) I'd do 2 a days from now on if I were you! Good luck x

11dpo here and a bfn :( Ovia is telling me to do another test tomorrow but I'm not hopeful.
I'm angry and fed up with this horrible condition (endometriosis and adenomyosis). Not only do they stop me from getting pregnant but they rub salt in the wound by making me look like I'm 12 weeks pregnant. What kind of sick irony is that?

Rant aside, I am very happy to see so many bfp's on here! Congratulations! Lovely Christmas presents!

@ImpatientMammy AF isn't due until Friday, so I know I'm a bit early. But I've got all the usual signs that AF is on her way. I'm sorry for having a bit of an angry rant lol I can't really say the things that are bugging me to anyone else except DH, and bless him, he hears it a lot from me lol!

Does anyone else feel that when it comes to poas time, the odds seem similar to when you buy a lottery ticket? Like, I'd absolutely love to win, and I'm going to fantasise about it, but I know it'll never happen 😢

Going to bed with no sign of AF, so although Im probably just a day late, I'm still in No tests so no POAS tomorrow, how annoying.

I hope you get a clear BFP tomorrow peterpanwendy.

AF has just finished for me but i had short cycles before my mc so should be ovulating before the week is out.

Jfw mine took about 2 days to get from faint line to strong positive, if that helps.

Virtual hugs peterpanwendy i can imagine how excruciating this wait is for you.

Good luck everyone this seems like a really positive bus so far! I'm on January bus as currently cd3 boooo! However I may still keep an eye on this bus as may test next cycle around the 30th December x

12dpo here. Ran out of tests so used an opk, bfn. Have NO idea what my temp wants to do, perhaps its increased again because i was unwell yesterday.

@HoneyCake86 I think I read that an OPK won't show as early as a pregnancy test would if that makes sense x

Hmm im not entirely sure tbh i think i just wanted to poas this morning so my precious FMU didnt go to waste 😂😂

😂😂😂 when we first got here 1DPO I bought 1 OPK with me I weed in a McDonald's cup as I forgot to bring something to wee in and grabbed my test. It had HCG written all over, obviously I angrily dipped it anyway 😂 x

Argh I caved and tested this morning. It was a bfn on a cheap test so I'm not wigging out too much lol. I have creamy like cm thus morning so I'm taking that as a positive. Flo is either due tomorrow or Sunday so I could still have a good few days yet. I hope everyone is ok :-)

I feel like we should all be buying shares in the PG test companies! I swear I'm single-handedly boosting their annual profits...
